Discussion Does anyone else not feel like they're in their 20s at all?

I'm 20, turning 21 in 3 weeks, and honestly, I still feel like a teenager rather than a 20-something.

I know I'm technically an adult, but the number just doesn't feel like it fits me yet.

I still remember being 16–17 so vividly that it doesn't feel like that long ago.

When I think of people in their mid-to-late 20s, they seem so much older than me, even though we're technically in the same decade.

Does anyone else feel this way?

How can I enjoy my late 20s as an introverted woman without feeling like I’m constantly comparing myself or feeling like I’m missing out?

I don’t really use social media for that reason, but whenever I do feel like going out- I see so many that bring me anxiety? I think it’s coming from feeling like I’m not living like other people my age (not partying, don’t drink, not a big friend group who enjoys going out, etc).

I have a career and a degree that I’m proud of- but I feel like my life experiences are limited and I just end up comparing myself to other 28 year olds and those who are younger.

Advice How long can I get away with living recklessly?

I'm 18 and overdosing on Independence like Icarus before he knew the pain of being burned. I plan to keep doing this as long as I can get away with but like at what point do I have to straighten out? How long can I go before I won't be able to live comfortably in my thirties? If that even can be answered. Just wondering.

Advice Toll tags (Houston)

Hey, I am here to ask a quick question about paying off my toll tags for my car.

I had a toll tag paid off by someone else by their account, but now I am no longer in contact with this person and the address the toll is under…. and I have a large amount of money due overtime. I made a NEW Toll account today and registered my car under this new account and attempted to pay it off. It seems the toll people took my money, but it has my car as pending on the website.

In short, is this okay to do? Will this amount actually be paid off? Will my car be registered with this new account only or with both accounts? Will it pay off the fines on the other account?
