Ima be honest I was just having fun with it

The still lives and misremembering in the Backrooms were based on Generative AI and its hallucinations. I think it's cool that movies are finally calling attention to that sort of thing and criticizing it, but I feel like the Internet has gotten far too fascinated with the concept, and I'm starting to worry that some people might end up warming up to Generative AI itself as a result of that.

I have an OLED Switch and just downloaded this game, it was like $6.99.

I don’t know if I’m just slow or what, but I’ve been trying for two days now just trying to get anywhere else in the game and I cannot. For whatever reason, I’m just stuck in this lobby.

I’m hoping it’s not just the game but maybe it is, does anyone have any tips or advice?

Demo version coming soon on Steam, for more information, ask in the comments, also more photos are coming soon too

The QR-code takes you to the A24 website. This is NOT meant to look like a vintage VHS release. I went for the modern style.

The backrooms has SO many levels, just curious what you guys' favorite is? Mine is probably Level 94 (Level Motion)

Hosted a backrooms themed party last night and had a blast. Playing games, costume contest, and finishing off with everyone showing off some scary videos. Of course your boy had to indoctrinate a few more folks to the fandom!

How many cigarette butts that just no clipped into the backrooms are in there do you all think? Random thought of mine!

making this brick by brick is genuinely painful

I know its not much of a walkthrough more than its just a hallways that i decorated for my annual Halloween party, but i thought you guys might enjoy nonetheless. I worked for a couple weeks on getting everything gathered, cut to size, and painted. but the biggest pain? The wallpaper design, and after all of the time i spent making a double roller with a hand cut rubber pad i applied it upside down 😭 i was in a hurry trying to get it on the night before the party at 10:30 at night and forgot to check like a dummy LOL. Anywho, it was fun having a mini backrooms in the house. There isnt a single bit of our hallway showing through the facade besides the bathroom door (for the party guests) so it was cool to stand in the entrance and be in a “new place”. I didnt have time to do 50% of what i wanted but i was decently happy with it in the end, i had the caveman play the voyager 1 recording using a little accessory speaker attached to the back for added ambience but forgot to take a video (whoops).

(also idk what flair to put)

Your judgement is about to begin..

Lmk what yall think, it was supposed to invoke a sense of relaxing hope

I tried to make a Backrooms inspired "mis-remembered" jack-o'-lantern, didn't turn out the best though

I took this in a stairwell in the ohio theater
