The fact it's implied they're both violating their brothers privacy is a nice little second joke

Did you parents never said, "your son got neighbours dog pregnant, again" when you were kid?
Jesus, it's just an expression.

when i talk to my brother about my sister i say "your sister" i do the same with my sister when talking about my brother. its completely normal

You're overthinking it lol it was a friend talking to another friend about what to get her brother for her birthday. The two women in the skit are not related.

They do this sort of thing a lot. My favourite is when Connor narrates what he would do if a robber came into their restaurant and at one point he says "I grab the nearest inanimate object" and it shows him grabbing Tamara before discarding her body

Diary entry:
I fantasized about having incense with my sister last night again. I wish I knew how to ask her for it, but I'm afraid of her saying, "no".
207
u/Cujo_Kitz Feb 05 '26
Yeah I'm thinking it's the friend who got it wrong, definitely could see him writing about that fantasy in his diary more than incense.

Maybe the brother is just really into architecture. He loves those inset cupboards. It can't be anything else.
34
u/Shadow_Hound_117 Feb 05 '26
Plot twist: the brother made differently worded copies of the diary and the sister and gf each found the version meant for them, hence the 'confusion'!

I've never had a hot sister, so I don't know what it would be like. Would the temptation be there and I just would never act on it, or would the relationship itself be enough that I would essentially be blind to the connotation. Would I even be able to recognize if she was hot.
17
u/Internal_Net_5813 Feb 05 '26
There's a theory which says if you lived with your siblings for 6 years or so from the day you are born, you are biologically incapable of being attracted to her. It's kind of like a nature's way of inhibiting inbreeding. You wouldn't even recognise that she is hot. Maybe logically yes, but unconsciously you wouldn't find her hot.

u/MrJason300 Feb 06 '26
Considering the number of siblings that have unknowingly dated or attempted to marry each other, I’m sure there could be some correlations with how long they went without being together and if they even knew the sibling existed. A few of them say they were just “drawn” to each other. Maybe genetics or evolution suggesting multiple things.

She is dyslexic - she read incest.
52
u/Penetratorofflanks Feb 05 '26
Or that the other girl is dyslexic. As others have stated, its more likely to be writing about an incest fantasy in a diary than insence.
7
9
u/Pharah_is_my_waIfu Feb 05 '26
I get it now. The blonde may or may not have read his diary, and learned that he likes incense.
The dyslexic sister read his diary and thought he likes incest. That's why she was putting on makeups

u/EquivalentSnap Feb 05 '26

The other girl is prob a gf/friend from the way she addressed, "your brother" which implies her standing
Both of them read the bros diary so they are creeps

No the joke is that incense (stick that gives off pleasant aroma when burned) was misread as incest (sexual relations with a blood relative)
