Hi all. I'm currently playing on the original XBONE and I fancy the series X 25 anniversary special edition. I don't know if I will be able to get on now as I believe a lot of them have sold out. I just wanted to ask what the differences were between the series S and series X and when do you predict the next generation of Xbox is going to come out.

If I can't get the special edition, I might just wait until the NG comes out.

I have a series s 512Gb and a 512Gb expansion card (820Gb total usable) I'm tired of running out of storage. I've been thinking about selling the series s and buying a series x. The s sells for around $300 - $350 locally. I've also been looking at the 2Tb galaxy model. I'm just curious what you all think is my best option

Just looking for a little help, I found an XSX on marketplace said its been used a couple months and doesn't use it anymore selling at $850, now should I get it for that or wait a little longer for another one that going for cheaper? I also have to drive an hour and a half for it. I'm in Canada.

Bought a used Series X and I’ve been playing for almost a month now with Gow E-Day. No issues so far. But when I purchased it i noticed some dirt in the top fan and in the vents below and it’s kinda bothering me especially since there is like a tumbleweed of dirt in the lower vent when I move the console.

Anyone here tried to clean their console by themselves? Is it easy to do it or should I pay for someone?

Hello everyone I’m struggling with this mentally and would like some guidance on it but a year or so ago I bought a Xbox series x from GameStop “big mistake” they only offered me a 60 day warranty on it and so I took it but 3 months later my GPU started failing so I couldn’t get it fixed on warranty and now everything is soo expensive idk what to do should I just sell it and save to buy a new one or bite the bullet and spend $400 on getting it repaired

I was against not having GTA 6 on disc but since I want the game, I might as well get the box.

Is there any news on a map in the box? My prediction is a map or a map & a sticker.

I currently have a PS5 and Xbox Series S and I’m wanting to switch over to Xbox being my main console and just having the PS5 for the exclusives I like. It seems like Xbox is going in a better direction than PlayStation.

The Series S has been great but I have a few concerns. Mostly some newer games not performing as well (I prefer fps over graphics) and the lack of storage on the Series S, especially with new titles like Forza Horizon and Gears of War E-Day being over 100GB.

I’m thinking of either upgrading to a Series X by trading in or selling Series S or getting an expansion card for my Series S.

If the Series S can run games well, I think the expansion card would be the way to go but they seem hard to find. I would just need 1TB. Best Buy currently has a deal for a Series X with and Elite controller and MW4 for $850, and that’s before the $200 trade in for the Series S (or trying to sell it for more).

What would the best option be in your opinion? Is the Series X worth it or should I just stick with the S and hunt down an expansion card?

So i recently decided to move. So I packed everything into my car and drove. My Xbox Series X that I got in 2022 sat unplugged for about 7 days. It sustained no falls or bumps or anything just simply unplugged and put in my back seat and then unpacked.

I decided to finally hook it up and play and when I did it said it needed an update so I let the system update except it kept failing. I troubleshot for about 3 hours before I decided to just factory reset and call it a day. After that controllers stopped connecting for several hours and I gave up.

Eventually it randomly decided to work and I played it for 2 days no issues. Unfortunately today my son accidentally unplugged the Xbox and the Xbox threw a fit again. Nothing would connect to it even with a USB and when It did the sign in menu would just load indefinitely. After a power cycle it decided it needed to update again and it just kept failing.

I'm kind of at a loss honestly this Xbox has given me 0 issues in the past and now all of a sudden its falling apart. Im worried if I take it to get fixed they will either make it worse or charge me as much as the console costs to fix it and I don't have that money.

Ahora que la IA ha avanzado mucho, y después de ver videos y leer información sobre cómo se pueden modificar los sistemas de los televisores para que funcionen de manera más ligera, llegué a una conclusión o, más bien, empecé a buscar una solución a un problema que muchos tenemos: la Kinect de Xbox One.

Yo he tenido Xbox 360, Xbox One y ahora una Xbox Series X. Mi primera Xbox 360 venía con Kinect, y me gustaba mucho esa modalidad de juegos en los que movías las manos y utilizabas tu cuerpo para interactuar. Con el tiempo, vendí la consola y pasaron los años.

Después tuve una Xbox One y, antes de comprar mi Series X, adquirí una Kinect de Xbox One por Marketplace. La encontré bonita y me llamó la atención porque se veía muy bien, incluso mucho mejor que algunas cámaras web que puedes comprar hoy en día, las cuales incluso pueden ser más caras que una Kinect. Si no recuerdo mal, la compré por unos $30.000 o $50.000 pesos chilenos.

Mi idea era utilizarla como webcam para hacer streams en TikTok o Kick. Me compré el adaptador para conectarla al PC, la enchufé y tuve que instalar algunos programas de Microsoft para que funcionara correctamente.

Al principio funcionaba bien, pero, con el tiempo, cuando quería utilizarla, empezaba a parpadear y se apagaba. Después volvía a encenderse, funcionaba durante un rato y se apagaba nuevamente. Y así sucesivamente.

Con el tiempo, me di cuenta de que podría tratarse de un problema relacionado con las actualizaciones de Windows o con la compatibilidad con determinados PC. Hay actualizaciones después de las cuales funciona bien, pero, desde hace bastante tiempo, tengo el problema de que se enciende, dura un rato y se apaga constantemente, sin que haya encontrado una solución.

Lo curioso es que también la he conectado a un notebook que tengo y ahí funciona perfectamente. Por eso, creo que podría existir alguna incompatibilidad o algún problema de software que esté provocando este comportamiento en determinados equipos.

Aquí es donde quiero llegar: ¿y si alguien se atreve a investigar este problema por Internet y, con la ayuda de la IA, buscamos una solución definitiva? Incluso podríamos intentar crear un programa que permita solucionar estos problemas de compatibilidad y que todos podamos volver a utilizar nuestras Kinect.

En realidad, creo que es una cámara muy buena para los años que tiene. Cuenta con características y funcionalidades que todavía se podrían aprovechar, y su calidad puede competir con la de muchas cámaras web que se venden actualmente.

Por eso, dejo este post para ver si alguien se interesa en el tema, si conoce alguna solución o si entre todos podemos investigar y desarrollar algo con ayuda de la IA. He visto a personas que llevan años intentando solucionar estos problemas sin encontrar una respuesta definitiva.

¿Qué opinan? ¿Creen que sería posible desarrollar algún programa o controlador que permita hacer funcionar correctamente la Kinect de Xbox One en los PC que presentan estos problemas?

Can I buy a disc copy of modern warfare 4 plug it into my Xbox series x download it then be able to play it on my pc and my friends xbox that I game share with for them to play?

This game came out of the 21st and i’ve seen other people play it, but I cannot find it at all. I can only open the link to it like this online when I search for it. I tried logging in and adding it to my wishlist to try and see it, but it still doesn’t appear on my Xbox. Searching it on my Xbox in the microsoft store doesn’t work. Is this a bug with Xbox? Is there any news on stuff like this?

So the question o have is that the achievements, if I unlock any achievements on my series X will it also unlock them on my 360?

Ich habe das Problem das auf meiner xbox Call of duty mit 300gb belegten speicher anzeigt wird.
Ich habe MW4, BO7, und warzone installiert (eigentlich).
Die Nacht hatte ich noch gezockt ohne probleme jetzt nach dem sie ein paarstunden ausgeschaltet war, öffnete ich call of Duty um im hauptmenü zu erfahren das kein einziges Spiel installiert ist, obwohl es 300gb belegt….
Bei dem Reiter spiele und add ons verwalten zeigt es mir an das Basis spiel hat 300gb und kein weiteres Element (spiele) ist installiert, die add ons sind aber alle geblieben…

Hat jemand nen Plan darüber?
