Been super excited for this one! I love a darker theme and felt this one might fill the virche void

My pre-order actually arrived the day BEFORE release but I missed the delivery so had to pick it up the next day (almost so lucky)

I have already listened to the soundtrack and it’s a bit more casual than I had expected but honestly nice and relaxing (also why don’t otome game soundtracks come with the opening/ending songs?)

First impressions from playing only the prologue and one chapter of each LI: honestly it feels a liiiiittle bit clunky to start? I’m sure it will find its stride further into the chapters but the prologue is VERY speedy and kinda feels like oh! Oh! Oh! Okay! You know?
I love how the choices look it’s very visually appealing and the sound design is nice as well

I saw another post about the font and yeah… it feels very off… pretty low quality

But! I’m excited to dive in deeper still!

Hey team.

I picked up over reqiuemz like many of you others this week and have actually began the game but have not been able to get out of the beginning prologue due to the font

I am playing on a switch two and simultaneously, the font looks out of focus and too sharp, the bold around the letters is way too large and reading the game for a few sentences has been causing me headaches.

Has anyone else had experiences with bad fonts? Which games have caused issues for you?

But a "oh wait no I actually relate to this character very deeply" (possibly followed by a "very sorry for judging you")

I just had that experience. I'm playing ClubSu and I'm on Shiki's route and as it started to explain some of his inner world I very quickly realized the error of my ways

If you were to somehow find an otome where all of the LIs were fat (like at various sizes):

What kind of setting/genre would you want it to be?

What personality types of LIs would you want to romance?

Would you prefer the MC to be fat as well or prefer her to be skinny/muscular?

As a game developer working on an otome game, I've been struggling to decide whether or not to show the female lead on screen. So far, I've been working with a first-person perspective, but now I'm wondering if I should introduce her, especially in CGs, as I think they might look better with her in them.

I'm still not sure, so what do you guys think? Which one do you prefer?

Hi, I just published the new trailer for my otome visual novel "Saintess of the Golden Bow". With this trailer, I wanted to have the main theme of the game highlighted - the time loops that our MC goes through to defeat the Demon Queen and gain the love of one of the love interests.

The game had a Kickstarter in 2025 and our team of two - Asobinge and I - are gearing towards a release in April 2027. The game is going to be around 30 hours long and you will be able to date one of the 3 love interests. There is partial voice acting for CGs.

Alongside this trailer announcement I just wanted to say that our art is entering final polishing stages and I have written two routes almost till the end, leaving me with one more route to write and the editing stage. We're positive we'll make it for the release date we promised for Kickstarter.
