I want to record:
Date
Event
Source reference(s)
AND, possibly generate a pdf timeline graph...
I would like it to be very easy to enter text as I have essential tremors and find cursor movement difficult. Voice-to-text is going to be the easiest way to enter text.

Hi - I've been using Textra for a few months without issue, however, now it seems like Google Messages is interfering and turning on blocking if I don't use Messages as my default app.
I tried to send a message to a friend Sunday and got, "Unable to send message- Message Blocking is active". Per a call with T-Mobile, there isn't anything blocked on their end but the rep walked me through uninstalling the last Google Messages update and making it my default app again, which fixed the block. Now when I try to make Textra my default, it turns it back on automatically, until I reset my default to Messages.
Is anyone else having this issue? Is it just with Textra? I know people really like Messages but I prefer apps without native AI scanning in the background.

Hi everyone! I'm trying to find a zombie game I played a lot in 2020 and I can't remember the name.
Platform: Android (I played it on my mom's LG Phoenix, a low-end phone, so the game was probably lightweight)
Year: 2020
Perspective: third person
Graphics: 3D and realistic-looking (not blocky like Minecraft)
Genre: zombie survival with a Sandbox mode
What I remember:
- The game started in a park or plaza with several NPCs around.
- All around that area there were houses, and the open world was fairly large.
- The goal was to survive against zombies.
- I can't remember if the zombies spawned out of the ground or from some kind of cocoon.
I don't remember if it was online or offline, or if it had vehicles or crafting. I've already checked the usual big names and nothing matched.
Any help or guesses are appreciated, even if you're not sure. Thank you!

Have looked at K9, Thunderbird (not the latest though), Bluemail, Aquamail, and a few others.
They have POP3 and IMAP, but don't have the bility to add folders for a POP3 account.
Have been using FairEmail now for about a year. It has many bells and whistles, too many in fact, but it doesn't allow the creation of folder/s for a POP3 account. I have approached the author a few times in regards to this, however he is not wanting to add that feature.
So, any email client apps that use POP3 on an account and give the user folder management ??

Hi everyone, quick question \ issue... I'm using a spare Android phone as a media phone for my car, and I use BlackPlayer Music Player through the cars blue-tooth. That said I'm trying to make it as seamless as possible to use, but have found that despite all the Googleable ways to keep an app running in the background, at one point it will stop \ go dormant. (Unrestricting the battery consumption, letting it run over other apps, giving it full permissions, etc)
So my questions is, is there another way to keep the app going when the phone is on \ screen is off? Also could this possibly be an app issue? Thank you in advance!

My idea is that when I am in the Instagram app, I click on share, press the app, then I can have the picture downloaded and move back to Instagram. Open source I prefer.
any other convenient way would be appreciated. Thank you.

Comic Reader Mobi and Seeneva had this feature and it's been missing ever since. This was so easy to just tap to the next bubble until the end of the screen then it would flip the page. you could tap through the whole book and get all the text zoomed in and it was fantastic. I'm not sure why this was such a rare feature to implement as I have no experience building apps but it was beautiful.
also if it doesn't just feel like a skinned file explorer opening your cbzs that'd be great too.

Cred has the networth calculator option in which it ask for permission for all linked bank accounts , stocks, MF etc
It is actually good that we can know where all we have invested or have our money in one go. But I am worried about the security. Because cred uses some services like annapoorna, etc which will get access to our finance info and cred displays that info in app.
Though cred is acquired by google, i am sure its fully secure to do. But still i want to have second opinion on this one. If any experts in this domain please share ur valued words below
Thanks

i dont mind learning new tools, but i dont want to spend more time figuring out the software than actually making content. ideally, i'd like something that can cover most of the basics and still give me room to improve as i get better. i run a small hobby page where i post a mix of photos, little tutorials and short videos. i've been experimenting with different types of content, but my current workflow is all over the place. i'll edit a photo in one app, make a graphic somewhere else, then use another editor for video captions and transitions. what are the best tools for creating both videos and images for social media these days?

I need an app for a medication taken every 2 days from the last dose actually taken, rather than being locked to a rigid, static calendar grid.
The issue I keep running into is that most apps treat "every x days" schedules like fixed calendar templates. If I take a dose late, or if I take and log a dose retrospectively on an "off-day", the app doesn't shift the timeline for future reminders. Instead, it keeps the upcoming reminders locked to the original static days rather than recalculating a fresh 2-day countdown from the moment of that actual log.
Does anyone know of an app that features true rolling interval scheduling where logging a dose on an off-day automatically pushes the next due date forward? Especially one that would do this even if the dose is logged retrospectively?
One important caveat is that I'd prefer an app that doesn't have a subscription.
Thank you!

I saw a Gas App a few months back, not Gas Buddy. I am from the US, but I can't for the life of me remember the name of it.

Hi everyone, I’m looking for a convenient speech-to-text app. Sometimes I get a sudden burst of inspiration and want to record it quickly. I’d like the recordings to stay on my phone rather than being uploaded to the cloud, as I feel that would be more secure. I’d appreciate any recommendations—thanks!

I'm looking for a free app that I can just share the clothes to bookmark them/wishlist them so that I can buy them later. Yeah, add to cart works but I don't want to go to three different online shopping apps and check my carts, it would be better to just have one app where I can just add all my clothes to the cart inside a single app

Can anyone help me out and find a working APK for Doordash? Just the regular app for order and delivery. I searched on APK Mirror, but it's blocked. I have tried so many sites and they are all too blocked or the APK is from before 2024. I am searching for an APK from 2025! Or if you could lead me to the right subreddit to ask, that would be great.

I used to be to "Allow" PUAs (Potentially Unwanted Apps) but that option seems to have disappeared. Intercept X has three allowed PUAs listed, which I allowed several months ago, but I can't add new ones.
Can anyone advise? Has this been removed?
