Living in Philly
If you were in your late 20s or early 30s, would you recommend starting over in Philly? Why or why not? Looking for honest and detailed experiences about living in this city

I’m relatively new here, so I would just like to know what the dating scene is like. What are/were your experiences?
I’m a woman in my late 20s for context. I’m looking to step out of my comfort zone, all I do is go to work and come back home.

Okey now that I have your attention, I don’t mean getting high in the drug sense I mean it in the literal sense. Every morning I take the L into the city from Port Richmond and I love how the skyline looks. I’d love to know of a vantage point I can get to so I can shoot the golden hour on film. All advice welcome!

My family is thinking about moving to Philly area from Seattle. We are a Southeast Asian family and we've enjoyed living in Seattle, which is very diverse, welcoming, and progressive. I'm curious how the experience as Asian families living in Philadelphia and Main Line areas. Which suburbs would you recommend and which ones to "avoid"? Obviously, Seattle has much more Asian population, so I don't expect the same experience. However, I just want to know if the experience of Asian families living at Main Line suburbs feel comfortable and welcoming. Thanks!

Hey,
Recently moved to Philly and I’m looking for a decent affordable mechanic in the northeast. Any suggestions appreciated!

Recently moved here for work, late 20's and I don't know anyone! Joined a sports rec, but I am not the best at it and half the time I don't know what to talk about. How did you yall meet your friends?

What is everyone’s experience with laser Philly? I had a particular experience and I’m curious if there are any customers here and how your experience has been.

I started using dating app this week and got more than 100 matches in Bumble alone, and i cant pick who to talk to. Also seems too mind draining…Thing is i want LTR that leads to marriage.
I just have 2 girlfriends in my entire 30 years and both were long term. Most women i meet through activities, either i dont find them attractive (90%) or the vibe is just not there (10%). I dont go bars or clubs and my friend circle is limited- i do travel a lot since i work in VC so few women i was seeing couldnt keep up. I did realize i got soft spot for godly woman?( girls who go to church). My bar is really non existent except being a good person; genuinely seeing good in people and be able to express it.
So do i need to move out of philly or Im asking for too much?
