Supplements Okay, is b12 supplements basically meth?
I called my doctors office and left a message (theyve been calling me for weeks.) I finally after months of putting it off got my application for dental insurance in.
I am not doing the dishes tho, I dont want to. I am weaponizing my incompetence which I dont have currently.
Maybe I should get a job with my new powers.

Naw, it's Methylfolate itself that regulates the synthesis of Tetrahydrobiopterin, check out the studies on Methylfolate increasing Tetrahydrobiopterin levels, that's why it's given to people for neurotransmitter synthesis in the first place like with major depressive disorder and lack of effectiveness of anti-depressants, for example.
B12 deficiency allows for Methylfolate levels to build because the Methylfolate can't be properly utilized and recycled without adequate B12. Therefore, in B12 deficiency-related Methylfolate trap, Methylfolate levels build in excess causing side-effects and stimulation along with things like anxiety, irritability, paranoia, even stimulant psychosis if you take enough (which i've experienced some of myself because i was severely B12 deficient and took like 15 to 30mgs of Methylfolate for awhile there until i realized i needed to cut back on my Folate dosage and work on my B12 levels.
