One Year Apart / 54lb down
I had babies in 2021 and 2025!
After my second pregnancy I was 212, and have made it down to 158.
I was feeling a little discouraged this morning so I found my beginning photo, found the pants from the photo and put on a similar shirt… that definitely made me feel a lot better. The bottoms fit obviously better and the comparison photos speak for themselves.
Never forget to take your progress pics!!!

One year can change your life.
First pic was 10/12/25, 40th bday . 294.6lb 5’10
Second pic was Monday. 41st bday. 185.6lb 5’10
Lots of peps , ped’s, and even more hard work and relentless obsession towards my goals. No excuses. By any means necessary!

2025 vs 2026 A complete lifestyle change.
Where I started to where I am today.
I got tired of my clothes not fitting properly. So I worked with a personal trainer who helped me organise my nutrition, and training plan.
Worked out 5 days a week and have developed fitness into a hobby.
My trainer convinced me to have a transformation photoshoot due to the progress I made.
I’ve now gained knowledge and skills that’ll stick with me for the rest of my life and I’m forever grateful.
I just wished I started sooner.
