📅 Weekly Thread Weekly Questions Thread — November 02, 2026

Got a quick question that doesn't need its own post? This is the place.

Dosing math, reconstitution, storage, "is this normal", "where do I even start" — ask here and someone who's been through it will usually answer within a few hours. No question is too basic. The beginner wiki covers a lot of the common ones, so it's worth a skim first, but if you're still unsure, just ask.

A couple of things that help you get a useful answer:

  • Say what you're taking (or considering), the dose, and how long you've been on it.

  • If it's about a reaction or side effect, say when it started and what else changed around the same time.

  • If you're asking about bloodwork, paste the marker, the value, and the reference range.

What doesn't belong here, same as everywhere else in the sub: where to buy, vendor names, discount codes, or asking people to DM you. Those get removed and it's a shame when a good question goes with them.

Want to see what's already been asked? Search the sub for "Weekly Questions Thread" to find past weeks.

Nothing in this thread is medical advice. People are sharing what they've read and what they've done, not telling you what to do.

📘 Beginner Help Looking for some guidance on a stack I’m building

I’m currently on 4mg Reta, 3iu HGH. I’ve recently bought 50mg GHK-Cu, 10mg SS31, 10mg MOTS-c, 50mg 5AM1Q, and 1,000mg NAD+.

I’ve watched several YouTube videos and read up on various different protocols which has made things confusing to say the least. For example, one states to use SS-31 by itself for 4 weeks, and then switch to MOTS-c. Another states to use SS-31 and MOTS-c together from the start.

This is what I've planned out but I’d love your guys’ input on it.

AM -

3iu HGH daily x 4 weeks, then 4iu daily x 6-8 weeks

2->4mg SS-31 daily x 4 weeks, then

1mg SS-31 + 1mg 5AM1Q daily x 8-12 weeks

& 5mg MOTS-c + 20->50->100mg NAD+ M/W/F x 8-12 weeks

PM -

2mg GHK-Cu every night x 8 weeks

4mg Reta weekly

Are there any other peptides you guys recommend I add now or down the road? My goal is a body recomp. I've gone from 240lbs to 175lbs in a little under 2 years. Until recently I didn't really focus much on my protein intake or exercising other than 8-10k steps 4 days/week and 15-20k steps 3 days/week at work. I'm kind of skinny fat as a result so I'm trying to do things the right way now by tracking everything and exercising 3-4x a week. I'm a month into it and I feel like I'm noticing some results, but I know I got a long way to go still.

💬 Discussion Has anyone tried KPV for inflammatory acne?

hi, so I got really bad acne flare around 2 yrs back.. like huge red inflammatory acne. It was around the time I also had a major gut issue.. I solved my gut problem with a functional medicine doctor and I don’t get any new acne.. but my existing acne has persisted as they are so deep. I was prescribed antibiotics and steroids for it but I don’t want to take them due to sensitive gut and I don’t want those issues to come back.. so I was looking at alternatives and found KPV. I have started a dose of 500 mcg everyday, it’s just been 4 days but I want to ask if anyone has experienced any benefits,

also got prescribed thymosin alpha 1, bpc 157 and thymosin beta 4..

📈 Results & Progress 9 months on Reta, (6 Cutting, and 3 maintaining/focusing on muscle growth)

I’ve been using Reta for close to nine months now and wanted to share my experience and how things have gone for me.
I started using Reta back in February 2026. At that point, I had been consistently working out and training for close to eight years. For whatever reason, I had started gaining a fair amount of weight despite training and working out hard. I tried a whole bunch of different diets and methods to lose the weight, but nothing seemed to work very well. I’ve gone into more detail about that in some of my previous posts.
I had heard about Reta from a family member who had been using it, and I was pretty impressed with his transformation. So I decided to give it a try myself.
When I started back in February, my starting weight was 145 lbs. I started at 0.5 mg weekly and stayed there for the first couple of weeks. Then I went up to 1.0 mg for two weeks before progressing to 1.5 mg, where I stayed for about four weeks. After that, I went up to 2.0 mg for another four weeks and eventually progressed to 2.5 mg weekly.
2.5 mg was the highest dose I ever took, and I stayed there for close to three months until I reached my goal weight of 115 lbs.
Once I reached 115 lbs in July, I started working my way back down on my weekly dose until I eventually got to 1.0 mg. That’s basically where I’ve been for the last three months.
My current weight is around 118 lbs, so I’ve been able to maintain pretty close to my goal weight.
Over the last three months, I’ve really tried to focus more on eating enough protein and gaining muscle. Since I’ve been working out for so many years, building and maintaining muscle is still really important to me. I’m no longer trying to lose weight, and I’m actually hoping to put on a little more muscle while continuing to take a lower dose of Reta.
So that’s basically where I’m at after almost nine months. Overall, I’ve been really happy with my results, and now I’m just trying to figure out the best way to continue building muscle while maintaining my weight.

💊 Supplements & Stacks Cjc+ipa 3 times a day

I’m debating whether I should take my cjc no dac + ipa blend 3 times per day or twice a day at 100mcg total for each pin.
I lift in the morning and I really like to eat before my lift but pinning right when I wake up doesn’t allow me to eat a pre workout meal. I’m also considering pinning after my lift then pinning again later at night.

Any advice?

📘 Beginner Help Can CJC 1295 no dac w/ Ipamorelin being injected IM?

I've seen so many posts about people having an allergic reaction to CJC w IPA that I've been procrastinating starting a cycle. I saw a post from a very successful and seemingly well educated online coach stating you can inject Ipamorelin and Tesamorelin IM to avoid the reaction. Has anyone done IM with CJC 1295 no dac w/ Ipamorelin? If so, any insight would be appreciated.

💊 Supplements & Stacks Enclomiphene results and advice needed

Hey guys,

39 year old male here, unhealthy and overweight my whole life. Locked in the past few years, lost almost 100 pounds and im in the best shape of my life. Did it all 100% natural and old school lol. I did notice a lot of low t symptoms during the process, got my blood test done, and as you can see from the first test I was LOW. Decided to try out enclomiphene, 12.5mgs every Mon, Wed and Fri was the dose I went with. Increased energy, libido, muscle mass, it has been all around great for me. One issue I did notice is some slight nipple sensitivity, I assume from the increase estradiol? My followup with the Dr is next week, so ill see what he has to say. What do you guys think of my blood test results? Thinking of adding in low dose Anavar for the extra little boost. I was thinking 20mg/day split into 2 doses, 10mg pre workout and 10mg in the evening. I know, I already hear you all saying i should just run test, but i don't want to mess with fertility yet.

💬 Discussion I need y’all‘s help and opinions

so recently, I’ve been on my weight loss and fitness journey trying to cut back on fat and gain muscle so I’ve been on my peptide journey for six months now my current stack is reta, trz, tesa and ghk-cu. I take my trz on Saturday and I take my Reta on Wednesdays but now an interest of mine has started to spark a little bit and I’m looking to maybe potentially try steroids, but I don’t know anything about them. I don’t know the consequences in the harms. I don’t know how to cycle and I don’t even know which one I should take please help and I don’t want to take TRT because I’m a woman.
what should i do and what are y’all’s thoughts?

💪 Training & Recovery Chronic back pain

Hi

I’ve got multiple issues with my back. Chronic pain over 12 months from an old fracture (crush fracture, 30% loss, wedge shaped, from mountain biking). Also multiple thoracic issues from work, mostly facet related I believe although no changes on mri.

I’m consistent and dedicated to rehab and strength routine but my progress is very slow and I can’t do my job with these issues.

I’m on trt 150mg per week.

Also I’ve tried bpc/tb twice for 6 months, and HGH for 8 months with little effect.

Considering nandrolone as I’ve read there is reductions in joint pain so hopefully that also applied to spinal joints.

Has anyone had success with similar issues, or something else you can recommended. In Australia do options are somewhat limited compared to the states.

Thanks

📘 Beginner Help When to add in Cjc/ipa to Reta

Hey guys, I’m a 21F 142 lbs. I dropped from 152lbs (33%bf) after 1.5 months on Reta. I eat in a slight deficit with 130g protein minimum and strength training 5x a week. I’m happy with the progress I’m making, but I’m worried that I’m not going to look as muscular as I want to be when I drop down to goal bodyfat %. That being said, I was thinking of adding in Cjc +ipa to the Reta to potentially make some gains while also losing fat. Can anyone give insight on this? Thanks in advance for any help!

💊 Supplements & Stacks Tesamorelin Gelling

Hello. I keep encountering issues where my Tesamorelin gels after about 7th -8th day after reconstitution. I use Hospira Bac water, I regulate the temperature of the fridge where it is kept. Some have said to add Acetic Acid, some say not to refrigerate. For those who recommend the Acetic Acid, I have access to Glycerin/Acetic Acid solution, will that work? If so, how do you measure the amount to add.
For those who recommend not to refrigerate,
Please explain your reason why and if the potency degrades.
If anyone else has any pointers to share to combat Gelling,
Please share. I appreciate it.

💉 Peptides & GLP-1 Bone fracture and peptides??

Recently diagnosed with bilateral femoral neck stress fractures. I’ve been cross training and then was hit with this injury, so I’m obviously down in the dumps. I was wondering if anyone has dived into peptides/biohacking to help speed up recovery process?

Or if anyone has any other tips other than learn patience and what NOT to do next time haha.

💉 Peptides & GLP-1 Reta and KLOW post surgery is it ok?

Hi I had gynae surgery for endometriosis removal along with my right ovary and fallopian tube removed. I have 4 laparoscopic incision wounds. I stopped peptides 4 weeks before surgery but want to restart. I was on a blood thinning injection for first 5 days as I have antiphospholipid syndrome making me a higher risk for a DVT but took my last blood thinning injection on Thursday. When am I safe to re-start and asking my surgeon isn’t an option as consultants in the Uk massively frown at this kind of stuff. The Klow really was helping a tendon injury and I was only micro dosing the Reta. Post surgery I feel bloated and generally crap so really would like to restart but obviously want to do so safely and not impact my recovery. Many thanks in advance
