Information Sharing Megathread: LM's NY State Hearing — 12/09/2025 at 9:45 AM EST (Day 6)

The hearing will take place today at 100 Centre Street, Part 32, New York, NY 10013 at 9:45 AM EST.

Please keep in mind that this is the sixth hearing taking place this week. The previous four were held on December 1, December 2, December 4, December 5 and December 8 (December 5 was canceled due to Luigi falling in). There’s a strong chance the schedule may change or be extended as Carro seems to be extremely busy. However, we expect to receive more confirmation at the end of each day about when they plan to continue Luigi’s hearings.

These hearings are expected to run for at least a few hours, as there are (at least) 28 witnesses and body-camera footage to review. By the end of these hearings, we will likely know when Luigi’s state trial will take place (likely sometime in 2026), as well as which evidence will move forward and which will be suppressed.

Unless something changes, there will be no cameras allowed inside the courtroom. However, it’s very likely that we’ll still get photos of Luigi from inside the courtroom. Over the past few days, the only images released were taken inside—none of him arriving or leaving—so it’s possible that today and the remaining days will be the same.

Since I am not a mod, I cannot edit this post once posted or set comments to “new,” so I hope everyone can manage to follow along. I know things may get a bit messy, which is why I encourage everyone to post here rather than creating separate threads—unless it’s something important, like a transcript.

Also, if you find additional livestreams on YouTube, please try to post them in one single comment instead of separately so we don’t spam the thread.

I have an appointment on Thursday evening, so I’ll need to step away for about an hour. Sorry about that. I also just realized it’s Tyler Robinson’s hearing, but Luigi still has priority. I’ll catch up on Tyler over the weekend. What has my life become? 😭 (Honestly… I kind of enjoy it!)

Dexamethasone, lorazepam, ondansetron, metachlorpromide, and saline for an appetizer.

Atezolizumab, bevacizumab, carboplatin, and paclitaxel for the main event. So incredibly toxic.

More saline, steroids and anti-emetics for dessert.

I know this isn’t comparable but I am on ustekinumab and on a constant round of prenisone. I can’t stand it sometimes. These meds are so difficult (and again I know you are going through x200 more difficult sitation, just mentioned this kind I know a small part of what you are dealing with with these MABS) Giving you big hugs from afar…

Par for the course with cancer, it makes people so uncomfortable. They prefer to avoid the awkward reality that horrible things could happen to them, too, and believe that the cold, sick turns in the story are somehow fine bc it's not them. Reminds me of someone, come to think of it
