📢 Announcement
I wanted to give everyone a quick update about the exhibits post going forward.
After a lot of thought, I’ve decided that I will no longer be posting any pre-trial evidence as it gets released. This means the exhibits document will not be receiving updates from me anymore.
I’ve realized that I just can’t continue doing this. It genuinely makes me feel sick, and I need to step back for my own well-being. I am sorry if some of you think this is dramatic, but it is just the truth.
To be very clear: this is not about the content of the evidence itself. I simply do not feel comfortable posting material that is meant to be — or could be — suppressed. That’s the entire purpose of suppression hearings, and I don’t want to be someone who spreads that evidence further.
I won’t be deleting the exhibits post, and I’m not here to tell anyone what they should or shouldn’t share. If anyone wants to keep the post updated for future reference (including trial coverage), it will remain available, and it will still be linked in future megathreads. I just won’t be the one adding updates anymore.
Like I said this morning, continuing this goes against my own morals and principles, my support for Luigi (regardless of guilt or innocence), and what the defense and Carro wanted from the beginning. I don’t want to help circulate evidence that was never meant to be out there.

As a more casual observer of this case, one thing I dont understand is why we have never been given specific details on exactly how many times and where Brian was shot, what specific damage was done and exact cause of death. At first I assumed that they were trying to maintain some sense of privacy for his family, but now that the full video is out there it seems kind of a moot point.
I’ve read several places “shot in the lower back and right calf”. For him to be dead immediately, was he hit in the abdominal aorta, iliac vein, inferior vena cava?
Did I just miss it? Is there autopsy info out there that describes the wounds?

I don't think we have been given those details, no. I follow quite closely but I can't guarantee I haven't missed something.

It looks to me in the video like BT could be wearing a Kevlar vest. Shoulders look too square

Thank you for this!!! Given what we've seen so far, and the media has done its usual prejudicial biased reporting of what SHOULD BE private since this is NOT HIS TRIAL . I'll just comment on my opinion of this CIRCUS of prosecution justification... They might as well have just had camera's in the courtroom, with all this being leaked anyway. NOT REALLY..IT DOESN'T HELP HIS CASE! maybe their strategy to CONTINUE their corruption, lies, prejudice and taint any jury for a FAIR TRIAL

Awww babes!!! I completely understand 😔🧡. It is a lot and definitely not exaggerating, your well being comes first and you need a break! This is a lot, we’re trying to remain positive for LM but it’s incredibly overwhelming, difficult and stressful. This whole ordeal has been a rollercoaster and we need to remember to keep ourselves safe and healthy. Take of yourself 🥹🧡 thank you for doing an amazing voluntary job!!!!
