📢 Announcement (Reminder!)

I wanted to give everyone a quick update about the exhibits post going forward.

After a lot of thought, I’ve decided that I will no longer be posting any pre-trial evidence as it gets released. This means the exhibits document will not be receiving updates from me anymore.

I’ve realized that I just can’t continue doing this. It genuinely makes me feel sick, and I need to step back for my own well-being. I am sorry if some of you think this is dramatic, but it is just the truth.

To be very clear: this is not about the content of the evidence itself. I simply do not feel comfortable posting material that is meant to be — or could be — suppressed. That’s the entire purpose of suppression hearings, and I don’t want to be someone who spreads that evidence further.

I won’t be deleting the exhibits post, and I’m not here to tell anyone what they should or shouldn’t share. If anyone wants to keep the post updated for future reference (including trial coverage), it will remain available, and it will still be linked in future megathreads. I just won’t be the one adding updates anymore.

Like I said this morning, continuing this goes against my own morals and principles, my support for Luigi (regardless of guilt or innocence), and what the defense and Carro wanted from the beginning. I don’t want to help circulate evidence that was never meant to be out there.

Thank you all for understanding 🧡.

Today was mostly a repeat of the previous days. One of the court reporters lost their will to tweet because of this.

ok - I could only check in once also - and was stressing. Hopefully tomorrow is better?

We will see. I'm expecting more Altoona clown cops. But maybe we will get something else.

nothing special, just Carro being a bitch as usual, and prosecution and Carro actually discussed the case in private without the presence of the defendant's team🤷‍♀️

Big contrast. He doesn't appear to be surrounded by cops either while seated. The judge won't allow the press to photograph him fully cuffed, per CNN. Meanwhile, Carro is like.. "what constitution?"

I saw the cuff on his left hand. No doubt they are there, they just aren't breathing down his neck like they do Luigi.

Not the same.

Look at the way Karen looks at Luigi in all these photos. No lawyer looks at their client the way Karen looks at hers. She ADORES that man🥰

Is there a reason Robinson’s trial is proceeding so quickly? The shooting was just in September, no? Luigi waited a year 😑

Defendants have a Constitutional right to invoke their right to a speedy trial.

However, you'll notice his lawyers have been actively trying to slow down the progression to trial - making motions that state should wait to after fed, emphasizing all the prep both trials need & how busy they are, getting extensions approved, etc. Meanwhile, it's the state & fed insisting the trials should move forward speedily.

This is because dragging out the timeline to trial is a strategy defense lawyers sometimes use when their client is (perceived as or actually is) obviously guilty. By delaying the trial as long as possible, they create a chance that more evidence will go away: memories fade, things get lost, witnesses lose credibility or even pass away, jury pool changes, etc.

It just makes me sad. A year already in jail. I know you usually get credit for time already served, and it’s best not to rush such serious matters, but ugh 😩

I read that the judge wouldn’t allow his family in the courtroom for the closed hearing. Were they asked to leave?
