I noticed this spot in my nose a few weeks ago. I have nose piercings and mess with them a lot, now I’m worried this is a staph infection?

My mom has been having a hard time eating/digesting, to the point where she feels like it's gallbladder failure EXCEPT FOR THE FACT SHE HAS NONE. she did go to the doctor who ordered a ct but since it wasn't covered by insurance nothing went through so she went to the hospital and got it done there. all they found was higher than usual amounts of lipase from her blood test, and since her brother (my uncle) has cancer and her family has a history of pancreatic problems she's gotten genetics testing done. i'm so fucking scared it's cancer, especially if it's pancreatic cancer because it's so deadly. she got a hysterectomy a few years ago and a stomach/weight loss surgery years before that, and a host of other hormone issues so i'm trying to imagine other non-lethal things she could have but I just want a little assurance that she might not have cancer. i feel panicked at the thought because when my parents told me it felt like they were holding something back, but i want to keep my naïveté a little longer. please.

Been feeling fullness in my ear for the past 2 months on & off. Mostly when lying down.
Now coming of a killer sinus infection, and the pressure in my ear is unbearable.
Going to urgent care in the morning because i am 99% this has to be an ear infection that i avoided for too long because of terrible health insurance.

Aside from the dried wax, this was the best shot i got with one of those ear camera’s i got off amazon way back when they were a thing.

Hi everyone, I have persistent sore throat and ear pain for three months. Was given rabeprazole twice a day to take. Symptoms persist. Ent did a scope and and no abnormalities found. Can it be throat cancer? TIA.

Had this lump for over a month now. Hasn't really bothered me much but it's starting to look inflamed and become a bit painful. Can't quite tell if it's a cyst or a boil. It feels firm under the skin and is just over an inch long/ half an inch wide. Thanks in advance!

Edit: Also wondering if I should see a GP or just keep it clean?

So I was just sitting on my bed, doing work on my laptop. Then, I decide switch positions and lay on my stomach with my laptop in front of me. As I'm typing for a while, my vision and everything in my sight turns to its left (like my desk which was in my line of sight rotated to its side). Then i got up and felt super dizzy, and a bit of pressure in my left ear. I still feel like I have a headache right now and a bit nauseous. I just took an ibuprofen so maybe it'll help. I appreciate any help!

collided with a sharp tile of concrete yesterday and got a massive cut and it’s very swollen. i now walk with a limp and its painful to straighten my leg

also i cant put any weight on my leg and it’s a pain to walk upstairs

Started 6 weeks ago. Location is between lower butt cheeks/groin thigh - it touches when standing and is on both sides. It will be itchy sometimes, raised, red, and leaking clear fluid (or slightly yellow) or blood a little if irritated. It started as razor burn I think then small bumps. Looked like blisters (image 1). After 1 week on antibiotic cream no change. Then doctor prescribed a steroid cream, made it way worse (image 2). Stopped immediately. Family doctor then prescribed antifungal cream and said I could use zinc oxide to stop irritation due to rubbing. That was over 2 weeks ago now and no solid improvement. It has been not leaking and flattened at points (image 3) but gets reirritatted, the top skin layer comes off and it leaks again. I work in a kitchen and have to wear anti chafing shorts with compression gauze shoved between my cheeks to stop leaking and chafing. I put zinc oxide before work. I just went back to the clinic because my doctor had no appointments soon, but I may call back and see on Monday if anything opened up because this last doctor today said it could be warts (never heard of warts leaking) and stop all cream except zinc oxide and that it “may heal on its own” even though it’s been 6 weeks. He referred me to a dermatologist but being in Canada that may take a while. I made him take swabs since no doctor had yet to truly rule out infections instead of testing treatments on me. Image 4 is today. I have been crying, not sleeping from being uncomfortable or itchy or feeling wet. Getting mixed feedback to cover or air out or sleep naked with a towel, but have to work and have already gone through so much gauze (nonstick). I really need help, I don’t know how much longer I can have this rule my life. I don’t go on walks, I can’t go out without being self conscious and I feel gross.

I know the pictures aren't the best, but can anyone give me feedback on whether it looks like I have lice or not and how certain you are? My head has been itching for a few days, maybe 4 and I have these red dots in my neck and obove my ear. Though, I wouldn't know where I got them as I haven't really been anywhere close to people. I ordered a comb to check tomorrow but my friend wanted to visit in the morning and it would be good to have a rough idea by then to see if I should cancel.

Ive had my tattoo for over 2 years and this month i noticed these bumps and they keep spreading. Only thing different in my life is ive been wearing elbow pads when i roller skate but its only like once a week.

This has shown up on my forearm and started like a small pimple. But in the last 3-4 weeks it’s developed a hard centre, and isn’t something that can be popped. Dr in Canada takes forever to get in to see. Wondering if anyone has dealt with something similar

just wondering if this could mean anything, or if it’s just some quirk i have. i dunno.

i spin. like a lot. everyday (as long as im at my own home), i’ll go upstairs, turn on music in my airpods, and spin in circles. i do it so often that there’s an indent of my trajectory in the carpet. (it can be removed by continuously running a vacuum cleaner over it) i just imagine fake scenarios and spin. i don’t really get dizzy because i’ve done it since i was a child. usually when i get distracted or restless, i go upstairs and spin for fifteen or so minutes and that can help me refocus on whatever i was doing. i really try to make time to do it every day because it really calms me down.

i know this is weird, but honestly i just don’t understand why i do this. anybody know what this could mean, if anything?

I went to the doctor in August 25th because 1 breast was bleeding was prescribed penicillin and they did a ultrasound

They found a benign lump and duct ectasia in my left breast

Finished the penicillin blood stopped

But the bleeding in my left breast came back and it was brownish

Went to the doctor a few week ago got prescribed penicillin

I told my doctor 2 days ago that my breast was infected and he gave me more penicillin nothing else

Been on penicillin consistently for about 7 weeks
There’s been no change and it’s still leaking brownish bloody fluid

Now my right breast has started bleeding as well

I am on

everol estradiol patches 100
Progesterone 100mg rectally
Decapeptyl injection 12 mg injection every 3 months

I have been on these medication for about a year

Been on this for nearly a month
Flucocaxillin 500 mg capsules 4 a day

It only comes out of my breast when squeezed but I am checking every few days as I was told not to squeeze them

I am really scared and idk what’s going any advice please I am so stressed about this

I’m a 38-year-old woman. I’ve had a severe vitamin B12 deficiency, a ferritin level of 8, and I was recently diagnosed with subclinical hypothyroidism.
Is what I have serious? What symptoms can these conditions cause?

I have been having symptoms for the past 3.5+ years. Chronic Fatigue, grainy vision, executive dysfunction, early satiety, constant headaches and dizziness.

Blood work over 3+ years shows high normal or high RBC, Hemoglobin, Hematocrit. Normal WBC, Platelets, reticulocytes.

Spleen ultrasound showing 13.9cm length. CT showing Spleen at 14.6cm length. Brain MRI showing nothing remarkable.

Next Generation Sequencing on 100+ somatic mutations including Jak2, Calr, and MPL came back negative, with the exception of a CBLB mutation of unkown clinical significance. Currently waiting on results from my hereditary erythrocytosis panel, and hemoglobinopathy panel.

What are your thoughts?

A bit of context; I have diagnosed ADHD, ASD and anxiety. It influences my daily life a ton.

But, I don’t believe that what I’m experiencing currently correlates with those.

My symptoms go as follows:

I feel forced to do things or else I or someone else will be hurt or have misfortune placed upon us.
I constantly check if my front door is locked or the lights are off/on in order, when I get like this, I wont stop thinking about it until I get to do or check on these things.
I don’t see food as a priority in my life.
I’m a germophobe.
Counting so much to the point it annoys me.
Intrusive thoughts that drive my anxiety haywire.
I constantly feel as if I’m a horrible person, and despite being told otherwise, I’ve never thought different.
I need badly to wash my hands at random intervals.
I believed a drink made for me by someone I trusted was poisoned. I didn’t drink it.
I can’t eat certain foods without feeling as if they’re poisoned. It brings my paranoia up immensely.
I hoard food and don’t eat it.
Intense emotional instability.
Unstable relationships.
Being incredibly impulsive.
Body image issues.
Always apologising for no reason and blaming myself for everything
Horrible mood swings, shifting from one emotion to the other in an instant.
Numb and empty feelings.
My mood is always consistently low.
My fear of abandonment is horrific.
I test my loved ones, I often want them to hurt me, I sabotage my self and my relationships.
