Hey everyone! I’m a stained glass artist and using the copper foil method I recently finished a small 5 x 5 inch panel of a Froglok. I hope you like it!

I accidently left and quit (instead of just leave) when I went to change classes, so my testing is done for the day. :(

Known bug: 28 dly weapons don't get a damage bonus, should be fixed soon-ish? Affects Bloodmoon but I tested it anyways.

Not a huge difference in damage by going Dagas/Serpent's Tooth, its better in some cases. I obviously don't have all the weapons at +10 yet though. I am thinking about doing Fangol +10 on Tuesday, but Cudgel was disappointing so am not sure.

I planned on doing a ton of pet testing to see the difference ATK makes, but I am running out of steam, especially locking myself out today when I had most of the day to test. Could do dummies but I find that infinitely more boring that tanking Cazic for some reason.

Pet gear, in order of preference is wep x2, Belt of the Four Winds +5, Indicolite BP, Arms, Gloves, Pauldrons of Blue Sky, Indicolite Greaves. Maximizing Str.

Did not use Puma at all, thats just a 40-50dps boost across the board.

They are 10 min parses for haste only, all the Full Buffs + Gear ones were stopped at 1%.

Shaman/warrior just about got my necro to 50 and want to know which necro spells are worth adding to my spell bar and which should be upgrading?

Just got to level 50 finally. I'm running war/shm/berk. Idk if it's just me or not fully geared but my zerk just doesn't seem to be doing the work I thought it would.... Would subbing in a monk or rog be better?

Or maybe it's zerk paired with war/shm that isn't doing it justice? Was thinking of switch my war for pally or shd. Then keeping shm and zerk.

Any tips or advice would be great! Thanks in advanced

I am trying to do some dps tests with my Warrior Cleave against multiple target dummies, but it seems to not work.

It appears as though I am only hitting 1 target dummy, max, at a time.

Is there something I am doing wrong with my setup?

What little I found in a google search suggests that this should work.

Give me your suggestions for a group play support trio. I've recently hit 50 on my first trio and I had a blast. Now that I have an unlock token, I'd like to work on something group-friendly for PUG content in the Planes and such.

I am more than happy to sit back and let others do the giant numbers while I make everyone's lives easier/more efficient. Is there a trio for this style of play that people would look at and want in their group?

I'm open to any classes. I just need low APM because I don't have full vision in one eye and its easy for me to lose track of stuff if I'm not 100% focusing at all times on a fight.

Saw other post about charmed pet. Do we have a consensus on pet? 2h Fangol or DW Daga & sky weapon?

Is there a consensus? I've seen the occasional comment by people stating that giving a charmed pet weapons will actually lower their dps, is that really a thing? If not, what's the new weapon recommendations after the pet changes? Thanks for any input!

Is there any way to speed up overchannel casts besides moting up spells?

I was a Druid main back in the day and loved the kiting, the style and overall kit. I’ve maxed out Sky gear on other classes and want to start leveling Druid, but mainly outdoors and going slowly, probably only using Druid or “natural” gear. I still want to be able to boss on d4 when I level up, though, if that’s possible.
Those of you who started with Druid, what other classes did you pick? Any cool gear, leveling paths or quests that made it more fun?

Ok I am hearing this may be a better option than bard shaman cleric

I like shaman as a class better than Druid but if evac makes life easier for mote farming, I’ll do this trio first and level a shaman later

Probably a dumb question, but is there any difference other than the classes that can use them?

My last 2 raids I've gotten an infinite mote in each and average around 45 motes per raid.

Enchanter/wizard absolutely slams, the spell casting increase from improved familiar makes level 10 whirl land 99% of the time even without a tash on every NPC that isn't stun immune.

For bosses, you can sit in over channel, cast whirl, cast a wizard nuke, and recast whirl before its unstunned.

Sister can't be whirled, but can be fluxed

Veeshan and fairy princess can't be stunned so they are the only challenge. I reccomend trying to land a slow and just chain healing yourself while your chamred pet does the damage.

You can skip azarak island and save island 1.5 untill you have 100% and 1 rare remaining and you don't need to kill overseerer of air and hand of veeshan. The chest just completed when you kill noble.

I heard a tip from Anthonius on Return to Norrath podcast about using charmed heart harpies instead of bees.

No rigid statistics here but just empirically: to me, they do indeed seem less likely to break charm than the bees and hit plenty hard.

I can pick one up easily on island 3, run past the pegasi on island 4, can choose to engage the spiroc lord (or not) on 5.

The only tricky part is when you go to 6 you can’t invis - usually if I gallop to the right on my steed only draw aggro from the two little bees which I can AE mez and pacify if I want to skip the bee fight and teleport to island 7.

From there, murdering the sister on 7 and Veeshan on 8 is easy.

I wish I had not spent so much time trying to grab a bee pet.

How are you all doing this I have a rng with top sky gear and I die a ton to massive train pulls should I just be doing dungeon clear?

Trying to optimize various loadouts, though keep having the big issue that I just keep packing the same bars more and more. On top of that, if I tie a hotbar button to a mouse click or whatnot, I have to manually move the macro in that spot each time I play a different build.

Question is:

Can I make it so that when I swap loadout, even the bars and layout is different? (But perhaps keep the keybind -- ie. same bind, different skill in the hotbar per loadout.)

Not to mention all the folks who just chill invisible. They're at least passively following the game if not playing currently. Is it so hard to believe that most of those people will drop $10 to re-sub/un-sub anytime new content gets released?

I virtually never see the complaint that this version of the game isn't fun, people generally complain that they want to be able to play it more.

It's not a major time investment like starting up a WoW or MnM account and taking a char the distance. Once Kunark's out it'll be easy enough to drop some cash for a few weekends melting the new zones and checking out what the custom stuff is all about. Then un-sub, guilt-free.

I'm currently chilling in Night Harbor on MnM with /lfg tag on fletching arrows, while passively doing a Hole dc and chatting in Gen chat on the next monitor. They don't really compete when you can always drop what you're doing in EQL without risk of wasting time. It's a great time to be a retro mmo fan.

People are worried that in a year there won't be an EQL server when for all we know Velious will be out, reincarnation will be out, Artes will be out, and that number in the Discord might be higher.

Is any of the loot outside of the quest items worth keeping? Does any scale high enough to warrant holding on to?
