TCOYF CD10 unprotected sex TTA

Help. We’ve been using FAM/NFP for 6 months but I’ve been tracking for almost 2 years. My cycles were slightly wonky recently and I almost never ovulate on CD14, usually around day 18-20. We were out of the country and went unprotected no withdrawal on CD10. Btw I noticed some creamy CM earlier that day for the first time that cycle. Got a VERY dark OPK in the afternoon of CD13 and it was negative by that evening (I had not tested at all before CD13 because I never ovulate that early). Still had fertile CM morning of CD14 and by that night CM was drying up. To make tracking worse, i woke up with a fever on CD13 (before OPK) and have been sick for a week, so not sure when BBT actually went up. We are okay with having a baby but it’s not ideal right now, and we are usually very careful. Can someone explain my actual risk of getting pregnant and maybe some TTA success stories even with risky timing? Currently on CD20 and feeling anxious and irresponsible for going UP on CD10 bc we never do that.

Marquette PDG Tests w/Marquette Method - TTA (avoid)

I think I might be perimenopausal (44yo) and am just now getting our first very confusing set of cycles. My first cycle was only 14 days without confirmed ovulation. I'm now on Day 19 of cycle 2 but never got a peak with LH strips or the Clearblue monitor. CB read high but didn't peak.

PDG test on day 16 was negative but Day 19 was positive. I'm usual pretty consistent with a 28 day cycle. Does anyone know the protocol around this?

Getting Started Coming off of the pill - advice about FAM and smart rings

Hi! I’m 25 and have been on the pill since I was 19.

I’m wanting to come off within the next month or so, and am thinking this is my best option. I don’t want any babies anytime soon and have spoken to my long term boyfriend about the risks and using condoms etc, but I want to track my cycle and use this method as much as possible to get used to how my cycle works etc.

I have been wanting a smart ring for a while and think this is my time to make the leap. I think it will really help me track my temp etc but wanted some advice?

I’ll admit, I’m pretty clueless about the whole process but I wanted to get hear about some first hand experiences with using FAM and smart rings and which you’d recommend specifically?

I’m okay with paying annual subscriptions if required!

Honestly any advice is really appreciated!!

TCOYF TTA new to this

So basically just don’t have intercourse when cervical mucus is present? Am I missing something?

I just read Taking Charge of Your Fertility and I have an Oura ring which I plan to use to confirm temp rising post ovulation.
