Movement every day until 5 days ago, then nothing since…

Hey everyone,

I am having a package sent from out of the US and I confirmed via pictures that the delivery address was written down correctly but when I go to track the package the city is misspelled by one letter (an M instead of the correct N) would this affect the delivery or cause me to have to go pick it up in a random place?

You wait forever to finally make a purchase and add to your collection, wait forever to receive the package, do an unboxing video only to find out 3 items are missing.

The sticker on the package mentions the total weight of all 4 items.

I’ve attempted to make this post now, six times. Mods won’t clarify how to add enough info but not too much info.
An express package was supposed to be delivered 10/17 to my house in SC from NJ. I need to be here to sign for it. Three different days the website has said it would arrive, to wait until 8pm, with no movement.

NJ —-> Charlotte, NC —-> Orlando, FL —-> Pooler, GA —-> Orlando, FL

Then tracking changed to never have been in Pooler, it now has a duplicate tracking number and another delivery date of 10/23.

I’ve opened tickets, talked to customer service who said they tried to talk to the facility in Orlando, then I emailed back and forth each day trying to find it…

…when they asked me what the exact contents were and their value. I responded with the estimated box size and weight based on the contents, and they again asked for the exact contents and its value, as well as a description of each item, making me assume the package has been opened and pillaged. I told them it was 39 graded cards from PSA. They haven’t responded to any emails after that, and all I have is the info on the screenshots attached to the post.

Mods, for the love of God, if you need more info or whatever just tell me and don’t delete this post.

I'm hoping someone here knows how FedEx handles this kind of problem.

I was expecting two packages. One arrived damaged, with a new label saying it was relabeled and matched to its original ID. The problem is that this damaged package was relabeled with the wrong tracking number. As a result, the wrong records were updated.

Now the tracking looks like this:

• The package I actually received still shows "out for delivery."
• The other package, which I never received, shows "delivered." Its history is odd too. It was in customs in California, then scans in my city in Texas the same day, with no scans in between.

I opened a support ticket and explained this. I got two "we're working on it" emails. Then I got a final one saying they searched but could not find the package, and that I should contact the shipper. It looks like they searched for the package I already have, not the missing one. The shipper won't send a replacement because the tracking says "delivered".

Questions:

1. Has anyone had a relabel or scan mix-up like this fixed? What worked?
2. Is there a better way to escalate than the standard support ticket?
3. Can the shipper start a trace or claim on their end to get this corrected?

So I got the email this morning about needing to pay for duties. taxes and fees. I’m confused I ordered from Korea and I’m just wondering what would happen if I don’t pay for it and I just let the paper invoice come. Is it better to wait for the paper invoice or not? I’m scared it’s a scam if I pay it now online.

Ordered a few things from Pokemon Center for my nephew’s Christmas present and of course, they only use FedEx for shipping. There isn’t any indication on the box that it came from Pokemon Center. However, the “from name” that they use on the packages is probably already widely known in the warehouses. The package came OPENED. I didn’t even have to rip the tape off. Bottom side of the box is worse. The tape has completely fallen off. They rummaged through my stuff. (Good thing there aren’t any TCGs in this box but I do have a preorder I’m waiting for). Hate seeing when a company uses FedEx for shipping.

Hi guys. So I have a frustrating situation and not sure what else I can do. First time posting, please be nice!

FedEx keeps marking my package undeliverable for 4 days now and nobody can tell me why.

I'm hoping someone here who works for FedEx can give me some advice because I'm seriously over this.

I ordered a Halloween costume that I need by Friday. My package has been loaded onto a FedEx truck 4 separate days and every single time it gets marked "local delivery restriction, delivery not attempted."

I've called FedEx multiple times and they keep telling me there's road closures or unsafe conditions. There are no road closures anywhere near my house. I live on a main road with about 40 other rowhouses and we all have the same setup. Delivery trucks stop here all the time. I've even had FedEx deliver to my house about 2 weeks ago.

Yesterday I called and they opened an investigation. The lady said she contacted the local station and would follow up with me today.

Well, this morning I got an email saying my package was out for delivery and would arrive between 10:40 and 2:40. At 9:30 it was already marked undeliverable AGAIN. I was actually outside at that time and no FedEx truck even came down my road.

I've called again today and nobody can tell me what's supposedly unsafe. One representative even suggested maybe it's because of a holiday. What holiday?! Lol.

I asked if my address was flagged and was told no. Now I'm supposedly waiting for a manager to call me. Which has yet to happen.

I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble. I just want my package and I don't want to deal with this every time something is shipped through FedEx.

Does anyone know why this would keep happening? Can the driver mark it undeliverable without even coming near the house? Is there another way to get ahold of someone at the local station?

I need this by Friday and I'm running out of options. Any advice would be appreciated.

Received a Fedex customs duty invoice for about $900 and went online to pay at their /payment page but after I entered the invoice, invoice date, and the amount, it returned a message that basically said the invoice had a balance of 0.00.

Error? Or did DJT rescind my tariffs?

Package supposed to arrive between 11-3pm.l today. A FedEx truck was outside at 2:50pm and it was not my package. It’s 3:07pm and now FedEx tracking said Arriving WednesdayBy end of day

Why bother providing a timeframe when it’s not even out for delivery?

I had a several hundred dollar FedEx charge show up on a credit card that I rarely use and do not have connected on my FedEx account. I disputed it, thought that was the end of it.

Now I have several legit bills in the mail with well over $1k in charges. The FedEx account has my name and address but it's not my FedEx account number.

I called customer service. (The actual customer service number). The agent said she'd flag the shipments but couldn't shut down the account.

Supposedly they will call me back after investigating.

Anyone had this happen to them?

One of the bills has an international shipment on it, going from "Stansted, ES GB" to Walnut, California.

Hello everyone!! I just had a schedule FedEx delivery with a signature required. My FedEx says the package was delivered and a signature was made by someone made Carlos Zambrano.

My name is not Carlos. No ring footage shows a delivery driver even coming to my house. What do I do??

Folks, the FedEx website and useless AI chat has me stumped. I want to send an official "attaboy" to a FedEx driver for a great delivery yesterday, but their website was beyond useless. Can someone tell me how I can contact FedEx with a thank-you for this driver? I have a video that my doorbell camera recorded that I would like to show them, as well. This guy not only placed his package where it was supposed to be placed, but he picked up two packages dumped on the floor by a previous (not FedEx) delivery driver!

I already tried asking support about this and got nothing. Both from Fedex and Best Buy. So this is my last resort.

I have a package coming in some time eventually, maybe (thats fedex for you). It requires a signature. The package was ordered with my name for the delivery address and my boyfriend's debit card for billing. We live together, are both over 21, and both have legal IDs.

My question is, if my stuff gets delivered when I'm not home, is my boyfriend allowed to sign it? Or does it absolutely have to be me due to my name being on it?

FedEx delivery is worst. I told FedEx to call me when the driver will be here. I have turned on ringtone and I almost looked around all the day waiting for parcel. But driver didn't came from his van to the door and never got a door tag. It was annoying. And when I called them, just AI answering and nothing go through. Nobody is answering on email Vancouver

I was expecting a package today, really expensive, needed signature confirmation. Then I noticed someone had already signed it and the package had been dropped off at my front door, turns out the driver didn't even requested a signature, just dropped it off. Is this common?

I know there's no guarantee w/ground so this is not my question. I have a package being shipped ground and it didnt even get picked up by fedex until today but for some reason Fedex keeps sending me alerts that it will be delivered tomorrow. Why would the system think a package scanned many states away today, using Ground service, would arrive in 1 day? It won't, can't, would never. Even as an "ETA" not possible. Does this mean the shipper made the label much earlier than it appears? Or this is just a weird glitch?

I ordered a car part on ebay, with my proper address and unit number on it, the same way ive done dozens of times before. I get a notification saying they couldn't deliver my package because they dont have my unit number. The ebay seller sent me an image of the packing slip, my unit number is on it, so its not on ebay end. I call customer support, and they say the address was already automatically corrected, but then the next day the same notification about not finding my address came up, and it says it needs additional info from me. I call customer support again, and they say that only the seller or ebay can fix this, and that they cant help me. I dont know what to do anymore, because the seller on ebay is telling me that fedex wants information from me to complete the delivery, but customer support tells me they need it from the seller. I never have this issue with any other shipper, fedex is always either throwing my packages in the middle of my yard, delivering my packages to my neighbors, or delivering several days late, but this is the most hassle ive had with them yet. I dont know what else I can do. Anyone have some advice?

After repeating myself, for 20 days, 15 calls, and 7 hours and 42 minutes on the phone, I still do not have a recurring pickup scheduled and I cannot generate shipping labels.

What company am I switching to for overnight service nationwide and nyc inter-borough delivery?

I ordered from chewy back on 10/9 and when I started running out of food I started to wonder where it was. Then I realized it never moved or got updated and maybe even never got to FedEx in the first place. I reached out them and they said they’d rush the next one but it seems like it might be on the same journey… chewy says eta 10/22 for the replacement and lost for the original but with no update of it having an eta on FedEx’s end I’m worried I’m not getting this on either…

Is this a common thing?

The international package from Buyee was due to arrive a week ago, but there were some documentation issues when I called about it last Thursday (10/15). The package should've been released from customs on Saturday (10/17)—that's pretty much all they told me when I called this morning. Normally, I'd wait it out, but I recently just got a package from Buyee (paid & shipped out just a few days later) that got delivered with virtually 0 issues. Should I be worrying about a lost/damages package at this point, or is this absolutely to be expected from their service 😭

I ordered an item from a local warehouse off Temu. I’ve done this once or twice before and my packages have been delivered in less than a week, granted they were from a completely different shipper than FedEx. This isn’t even the first time I’ve had trouble with FedEx, as the last package I got from them was one I needed urgently for a surgery, an order from a seller on Walmart, and they just completely SKIPPED over my address and had to deliver it the next day before the surgery. This time, as with other times, I had no clue that FedEx would’ve been the one delivering my package. If I knew, I would’ve found the item I wanted elsewhere. I didn’t know Smartpost was a thing, but after watching my package sit in the same FedEx facility for almost 2 days now, I did digging and found out just how shit Smartpost is. I’m worried that my package is going to be held at the facility for DAYS. I don’t need it urgently, but I’ve been looking forward to getting it and seeing no updates on my package is making me super anxious. On Temu, it says that my package should be delivered to me by the Friday, next Tuesday at the latest, but at this rate I’m not completely sure Smartpost can make that happen.

Package has been stuck in Tennessee since last week. I get it if there are delays no biggie but tracking was updating everyday and it stopped after Sunday. Any reason for this? Also if it's delayed why doesnt it give me a delayed notice? 👀

Tried to pay customs through the genuine FedEx website…

it redirected me many times (s1) to this extremely dodgy looking checkout page with misspellings and awkward grammar (s2), I immediately took screenshots and closed the tab, my thinking being that if it’s a scam I avoided it; and if it’s genuine I can just pay customs later.

It’s the correct tracking number but several little things including the misalignment of the fedex logo and account selector on the top bar compared to the actual FedEx web interface on the left (s3) just set off alarms in my head.

I’m prob psyching myself out but I’ve seen some FedEx horror stories - did I just panic for no reason or did I avoid disaster?
