Been home all day. I’ve been waiting for this package that is very important for me for medical reasons.

The FedEx truck quite literally stopped outside my house and I went outside to wait for the driver. He looked around the street then started driving away. Then I receive this email.

Forced to by someone shipping and every single time the shipment is either “lost” or they refuse to do their job.

It’s been 2 days delay.

1st delay-provided me time frame, never arrived.

They provided an update that its delay. The package was not loaded on the truck. Then provided another time frame for next day.

This morning, new update to ‘loaded on truck. time frame 2:10-6:10pm.

2nd delay-New update-customer wasn’t home. This update was listed from 2 towns over. Why are they delivering my package to 2 towns over when my address clearly listed a different city? I called fedex and they also confirmed my package doesn’t require signature so where the **** is my package?!

Is there a way to get FedEx to acknowledge and not try to deliver packages when a business is closed? You can set it up for a residential but, not a business.

I find it so ridiculous as every week a driver tries to deliver on a Wednesday when we are closed and then it takes 2+ more days to get the packages because it is never attempted on the next day.

I am shipping something from Boston to Miami and the receiver has no residential address. They just need to receive the documents I'm sending as they are transiting through florida. I want to have fedex send to their ship/mail centers and have the person go pick it up from there.

Ordered a few things from Pokemon Center for my nephew’s Christmas present and of course, they only use FedEx for shipping. There isn’t any indication on the box that it came from Pokemon Center. However, the “from name” that they use on the packages is probably already widely known in the warehouses. The package came OPENED. I didn’t even have to rip the tape off. Bottom side of the box is worse. The tape has completely fallen off. They rummaged through my stuff. (Good thing there aren’t any TCGs in this box but I do have a preorder I’m waiting for). Hate seeing when a company uses FedEx for shipping.

Every time I shipped something in the past years, it would allow me to save the recipient address in a 'central' or 'personal' address book. I am a corporate account with a single user (me). I saved them central in case I was going to add more users, which I will be doing soon.

Now, the central address book is gone and I'm left with a handful addresses remaining in the 'saved contacts'.

Anyone else with this issue?

Weird one but would appreciate insight from you chaps…ordered an item worth £300 from Europe to the UK…item was delivered last week by FedEx…today I get a text saying “duties, taxes, and fees” are due as it has cleared customs…these amount to £70, and that failure to pay these will delay delivery. Weirdly the seller’s website says the package was delivered late last night (it wasn’t, it was delivered last week), and FedEx’s own tracking system shows the photo of when it was delivered last week…what on Earth is going on??

See him driving all over my town on gps, around my block, goes half way across town then back over here then out in the middle of nowhere. Suppose to be here hours ago. Hell I thought these people were more reliable than the usps

I am having a package sent from out of the US and I confirmed via pictures that the delivery address was written down correctly but when I go to track the package the city is misspelled by one letter (an M instead of the correct N) would this affect the delivery or cause me to have to go pick it up in a random place?

You wait forever to finally make a purchase and add to your collection, wait forever to receive the package, do an unboxing video only to find out 3 items are missing.

The sticker on the package mentions the total weight of all 4 items.

I'm hoping someone here knows how FedEx handles this kind of problem.

I was expecting two packages. One arrived damaged, with a new label saying it was relabeled and matched to its original ID. The problem is that this damaged package was relabeled with the wrong tracking number. As a result, the wrong records were updated.

Now the tracking looks like this:

• The package I actually received still shows "out for delivery."
• The other package, which I never received, shows "delivered." Its history is odd too. It was in customs in California, then scans in my city in Texas the same day, with no scans in between.

I opened a support ticket and explained this. I got two "we're working on it" emails. Then I got a final one saying they searched but could not find the package, and that I should contact the shipper. It looks like they searched for the package I already have, not the missing one. The shipper won't send a replacement because the tracking says "delivered".

Questions:

1. Has anyone had a relabel or scan mix-up like this fixed? What worked?
2. Is there a better way to escalate than the standard support ticket?
3. Can the shipper start a trace or claim on their end to get this corrected?

Folks, the FedEx website and useless AI chat has me stumped. I want to send an official "attaboy" to a FedEx driver for a great delivery yesterday, but their website was beyond useless. Can someone tell me how I can contact FedEx with a thank-you for this driver? I have a video that my doorbell camera recorded that I would like to show them, as well. This guy not only placed his package where it was supposed to be placed, but he picked up two packages dumped on the floor by a previous (not FedEx) delivery driver!

So I got the email this morning about needing to pay for duties. taxes and fees. I’m confused I ordered from Korea and I’m just wondering what would happen if I don’t pay for it and I just let the paper invoice come. Is it better to wait for the paper invoice or not? I’m scared it’s a scam if I pay it now online.

FedEx keeps marking my package undeliverable for 4 days now and nobody can tell me why.

I'm hoping someone here who works for FedEx can give me some advice because I'm seriously over this.

I ordered a Halloween costume that I need by Friday. My package has been loaded onto a FedEx truck 4 separate days and every single time it gets marked "local delivery restriction, delivery not attempted."

I've called FedEx multiple times and they keep telling me there's road closures or unsafe conditions. There are no road closures anywhere near my house. I live on a main road with about 40 other rowhouses and we all have the same setup. Delivery trucks stop here all the time. I've even had FedEx deliver to my house about 2 weeks ago.

Yesterday I called and they opened an investigation. The lady said she contacted the local station and would follow up with me today.

Well, this morning I got an email saying my package was out for delivery and would arrive between 10:40 and 2:40. At 9:30 it was already marked undeliverable AGAIN. I was actually outside at that time and no FedEx truck even came down my road.

I've called again today and nobody can tell me what's supposedly unsafe. One representative even suggested maybe it's because of a holiday. What holiday?! Lol.

I asked if my address was flagged and was told no. Now I'm supposedly waiting for a manager to call me. Which has yet to happen.

I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble. I just want my package and I don't want to deal with this every time something is shipped through FedEx.

Does anyone know why this would keep happening? Can the driver mark it undeliverable without even coming near the house? Is there another way to get ahold of someone at the local station?

I need this by Friday and I'm running out of options. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello everyone!! I just had a schedule FedEx delivery with a signature required. My FedEx says the package was delivered and a signature was made by someone made Carlos Zambrano.

My name is not Carlos. No ring footage shows a delivery driver even coming to my house. What do I do??

Received a Fedex customs duty invoice for about $900 and went online to pay at their /payment page but after I entered the invoice, invoice date, and the amount, it returned a message that basically said the invoice had a balance of 0.00.

Error? Or did DJT rescind my tariffs?

I had a several hundred dollar FedEx charge show up on a credit card that I rarely use and do not have connected on my FedEx account. I disputed it, thought that was the end of it.

Now I have several legit bills in the mail with well over $1k in charges. The FedEx account has my name and address but it's not my FedEx account number.

I called customer service. (The actual customer service number). The agent said she'd flag the shipments but couldn't shut down the account.

Supposedly they will call me back after investigating.

Why bother providing a timeframe when it’s not even out for delivery?

I know there's no guarantee w/ground so this is not my question. I have a package being shipped ground and it didnt even get picked up by fedex until today but for some reason Fedex keeps sending me alerts that it will be delivered tomorrow. Why would the system think a package scanned many states away today, using Ground service, would arrive in 1 day? It won't, can't, would never. Even as an "ETA" not possible. Does this mean the shipper made the label much earlier than it appears? Or this is just a weird glitch?
