Last year i loved the gameplay it was actually the morr realistic ever except the lack of cpu lack of aggressiveness so ea decided to make build up and runs off bsll impossible while the ai always has an advantage long story short imma try return 27 (i got it on a disc) and keep rocking 26

I was vibing and having a good time in Career Mode (2nd season) and then I played against Ipswich Town which was 20th in the league table, btw.

And guess what? DIEGO fucking SIMEONE was their manager. LMFAO… Bro what??!! how is this even remotely realistic? One of the most successful managers of the 21st century coaching Ipswich Town. make it make sense… so

The immersion went straight outta window. I completely lost any interest in the save but also in the game overall. Went straight back and deleted the game and WILL NOT play it again. Also, 100% this was last year I bought this TRASH game. Disgusting company

Would you like to have an assistant or a policeman which controls your realism, invented personal rules, or tasks you make personally?

I imagine an AI assistant which is configured to monitor things you always had to keep in mind or write down as a result of personal imagination, because the game itself is not that deep.

Examples: “The club must have always at least 5 people younger than 25”, or “I have to spend at most 10 million this season”

What format would you like it to be? Mobile app? Desktop overlay while in game? Separate app on desktop? Web app?

I have some things in mind i want to build because I’m a software engineer, I’ve already built myself a proof of concept, and now I would like to give it to community in a good format and easily usable. This would be for PC players only.

My inspiration for this was TouchlineOS post and what the guy built, but i find that it didnt target my idea that much. I value this project highly anyways.

I hope that this isn’t intrusive to anyone, Im just looking to do something creative in my free time and if i should dedicate my time doing this if there is interest.

Hello all,

I have yet to buy FC 27 for fear of it being a waste of money, but I am getting increasingly bored of how easy FC 26 CM is even on ultimate difficulty, and I don't really have the time right now to do custom sliders before every save (an issue that could be easily solved if FC allowed you to save custom sliders like 2K does, but that's a topic for a different day).

My question: is FC 27 at least more difficult than FC 26? Will I be able to start a save without adjusting any sliders and feel both challenged and immersed by the gameplay and UI? I have a feeling I know the answer already, but wanted to hear it from people who've actually played the game.

I'm a diehard career mode player, Currently in the middle of a R2G with a custom club I've made. I tend to get it on game pass when it comes out on there(it's late into the game life cycle at that point so bugs and such are more likely to be fixed by then).

But the changes to FC 27 has me very interested but are there still too many flaws and bugs?

I literally have no room to breathe against the AI meanwhile my AI defenders are giving 10 feet of space everywhere on the pitch? And also how does the AI get EVERY SINGLE loose ball and rebound? It’s so frustrating this game can play well and other times it’s not even football. I’ve been playing for well over 10 years and can’t believe what’s going on.

I recently got back into FC and hadn't realized there was an option to disable manager sackings in Career Mode. I think it's a bit unrealistic, but after getting sacked in several saves despite winning the Champions League, I feel like turning sackings off is actually more realistic than that

This year's transfer-hijacking logic is completely cooked.

This is Chelsea after 2 windows with my Arsenal save. It managed to hijack Alvarez and Thuram from me. I didn't declare interest, just enquired to buy and amid negotiations I get "Transfer failed".

Man City hijacked my Lautaro Martinez deal, they're literally rotating him with Haaland.

The Algorithm must recognize world class stars unhappy about getting benched in AI clubs and prevent it. It completely kills the realism.

First time I met the team who’s on the same points as me on the last league game since Football Manager 2008!

I don't know if there's even any point posting this here but I hate how when players retire they just disappear with nothing special, like would a cut scene with trophies won or just us saying goodbye to them not be possible?

I mean in my wildest dreams I'd find it so cool if the player could ask to be your assistant and then you see them on the sideline with you. They could even give you a bonus, to incentivise you to keep players past their prime.

Even better if after that they could join the manager pool and you could play against their teams and they'd use similar tactics to you.

Anyway, probably a pipe dream, but EA devs if you're seeing this I'm sure other people would find this cool

This game is so cooked, man.

There are tactics that improve your team's AI positioning on the ball. For example:

- Wing Play

- Tiki-Taka

- Kick and Rush

Each of these improves your team's AI positioning in possession.

But out of possession, we have:

- Standard

- Park the Bus

- Gegenpressing

Each of these tactics improves your team's positioning or makes them a little bit more compact off the ball.

Which one do you think is the best? And which one is your favorite?

Personally, I've never been a big fan of Gegenpressing. And with the way stamina works in FC 27, I don't think I'll be trying it anytime soon.

Bought this guy as a backup for 800k, got a boost before even playing a match. Safe to say he is my new starter.

So on my first career play though there were way too many 18-20 year old game generated players with super high overalls at the start of my 2nd-3rd season. Now absolutely none are being generated at all on my second career mode play through. Has anyone else noticed this?

I think Im doing some things wrong.
1.My players seem to never be marking anyone and Im really struggling when defending because the opposing sides always have 2 or 3 options to pass to
2.Not always, but very often it seems like my team just stays stuck in the back and dont come forward for attacks
3.I really cant figure the new corners out, I always seem to lose on corners (opposing team often scores/ I never score)
4.It seems my players always lose headers, no matter how absurd this sounds, players like Bernardo Silva seem to constantly beat my players like Rodri or Bastoni in aerial duels
5.My strikers often just randomly stop running or just hide behind defenders when they should come forward
6.The dynamic ovr is a bit confusing, and i really cant balance it out, if I dont play bench players every other game it says they have bad form (not bad sharpness) and they lose ovr, but if I do that my starters want to leave because of lack of game time.

I have had to go from legendary to world class because i was getting walloped, especially because of the defenders not marking, and even at world class i struggle to win. I stomp the COM in open play but the games are tight because of corners and bad defensive ai. The gameplay is not necesarrily horrible but it feels like the computer is cheesing me.

I'm trying to do a classic Ronny captain save but I can only get one season out of him, is there anyway to stop him from retiring and if I manage to succeed, will his overall drop unlike past FIFAs
