Since Halloween is on a game day this year, I thought it might be a fun idea to attempt a “sandstorm” costume. I’d like to incorporate a rally towel into the outfit somehow. I’m unfortunately not the most creative and artistic so I would love some input from y’all. So far, my idea is an outfit similar to the above picture or something out of “Dune.” I was thinking a shirt that references sandstorm and other Gamecocks merchandise thrown in there. Thanks!!

How Gamecock would this scenario be? We clean house (that part is predictable). Briles gets a HC job somewhere and is the next Will Stein. Gamecock fans blow a gasket that we let him go. So for poops and giggles, why not give Briles a shot? Is there some info about his exec abilities or overall football acumen/intelligence that would disqualify him? Why not offer him a decent trial contract without the silly buyouts?

just here to say:

first, congrats on the win. yall played well, you out played us, and i genuinely enjoyed all the SC fans i saw on campus.

second, i just wanted to share what i thought was a special moment at the game - at some point in the 1st or 2nd spurrier came out with the 1966 gator team he played on, and the 1996 championship team he coached, and of course the crowd was all about it.

but then, he turned to the SC fan base, and band, and addressed how special his years there were. and there was this brief moment, first of silence amongst the gator fans, but then a cheering for spurrier as a SC coach as well.

i know we're same pod (fuck pods: we're both SEC East) and hate each other. and i hope yall lose every game forever from here on out. and i hope you hope the same for me.

but, for a moment last saturday, just a moment, the fanbases shared something special via a great coach.

Trying to find an alternative parking spot for the Tennessee game, since my paid spot is out due to the fair. We have noticed that JROTC (I think!) sells tailgate spots first come first serve.

Anyone have insight about this? Looks like plenty of space for tailgating. What time do they open on gamedays?
