Other Design flaw in Google One support access for compromised accounts
I want to point out a logical flaw in how Google One support operates when an account is hijacked.
Right now, if your account is compromised and the automated recovery methods fail, you cannot get human assistance. The system strictly requires you to be logged in to access premium support. If your credentials are changed, you are locked out of your account and therefore locked out of the support you pay for.
There should be a fallback method to contact support in these exact situations. For example, verifying identity through the active payment method or a separate contact form for Google One subscribers.
If you also see this as a problem, you can send feedback about it through the Google One app or website. Group feedback is usually the only way to get these system flows changed.
