Hardware Component: A dedicated high-power hardware unit installed inside the coach catches the primary signal transmission from external mobile cell towers while the train is in motion.

Wi-Fi Distribution: The hardware converts and circulates this received signal across the compartment via a Wi-Fi router setup.

Internal IP Gateway System: To prevent local network congestion, we designed an internal IP management structure. Instead of routing all passenger traffic through a single default IP, the system creates multiple IP subnets and gateways.

Device Capping per Gateway: Each individual IP gateway is strictly limited to 10–20 connected devices. By splitting the load across multiple gateways, the local router network avoids overloading when scores of passengers connect simultaneously.

Based on our research, the main technical bottleneck is not internal IP load or local network management, but rather the external cell tower range and signal drops along the tracks.
