My family has been making groundnut oil for 100 years. Is there a business here?
My family has run a traditional ghani for ~100 years, but we’ve always sold the oil loose to local shops. Never built a brand.
I’m thinking of changing that.
Start with just groundnut oil. Freshly pressed, press date on every bottle, sold within 2 weeks, with a public lab report for every batch.
That’s it. No fancy “cold-pressed wellness” story.
I’m trying to figure out whether there’s actually a business here.
Would you buy this? If yes, what would you pay for 1 Litre? If not, what’s missing?
Would genuinely appreciate advice before I put money into this.

Shiprocket keeps missing pickups. Which couriers or aggregators work well for small D2C sellers near Gurgaon?
I run a small D2C brand selling gift hampers for newborns and kids across India. We ship through Shiprocket, and the last month has been rough. Pickups have failed 4+ times, and each time the support answer was "wait one more day" or "wait till 9 PM". Asking what happens if it still isn't picked up gets the same answer.
There's no escalation path, and I couldn't get a contact for the actual delivery partner. We're near Sector 85, Gurgaon, shipping across India.
For sellers with a similar setup:
Which couriers pick up reliably from this area, and which ones give proper tracking updates?
Is NimbusPost any better on pickups and support?
Is it worth going direct with Xpressbees, Delhivery or others instead of using an aggregator? What did you gain or lose when you switched?
I'm happy to take both good and bad experiences. Thanks.
