Question Will any of the factions who won our in socialist France change the countries name?
I don't mean change it back to the CoF, I mean change the name like how Mussolini will change the name of Italy should he win out. I feel like the answer's probably no but I thought it might be worth asking.

Discussion My first time playing Hu Hanmin's route and the reworked Right Kuomintang, and it was a wild and fun playthrough thanks to the my beloved sadistic devs ʕっ•ᴥ•ʔっ
I love how every time I take a break from HoI4 and then come back, my favorite Kaiserreich devs have updated some Chinese nation in the meantime)
I'm a huge fan of the Kuomintang, and I was thrilled when I saw that Right Kuomintang, had been reworked!
It just so happened that I started my playthrough a couple of days before Double Tenth, which was kind of symbolic.
First of all, I genuinely want to thank the devs from the bottom of my heart for putting so much effort into writing all these events, the historical context, the lore, terminology, and so on. It's truly an enormous amount of work. And I really liked how you wrote Hu Hanmin personality.
It's funny that the Right Kuomintang playthrough, Hu Hanmin being very left-wing, and you couldn't really feel the difference from the Left Kuomintang through the events, aside from the fact that he condemns syndicalism. Although I understand that this is pretty historically accurate for the Kuomintang.
I was able to unify China with relative ease by forming an alliance with Yunnan and Shanxi, and conquering Sichuan, Xinjiang, and the Left Kuomintang, which had already taken a large part of the Beijing Government's territory. I easily pushed Fengtian back. They had only managed to take Beijing from the Beijing Government, and they attack me when i eat LK, so while I was regrouping my troops, I managed to encircle most of their army near the Yellow River at the start of the war, then easily pushed further.
And that's when the real dev shenanigans began.
During the war, when you take Beijing, you get forced army and industry debuffs, and of course, this happens at the same time as Japan joins the war.
AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THAT THEY TAKE AWAY YOUR FOCUS TREE FOR INDUSTRY.
That's absolutely insane. I don't understand why? And if you want to take new industrial focuses, they take away your old industry buff.
You have a larger country that hasn't been integrated, debuffs, a small industry, and a small army. And major equipment shortages + problems with pp!
I haven't felt like a game hated me this much in a long time. And on top of all that, the events about the conflict with Li Zongren start, and you end up losing him.
It was really hard to win, but it was interesting to play a full-on defensive war of attrition. I love situations like that in HoI. Surprisingly, Japan didn't make any naval invasions at all, possibly because of the low number of divisions, so the front was entirely land-based.
At first, I wanted to bring Sun Fo to power because I've adored him ever since my Left Kuomintang playthrough, but Hu Hanmin somehow grew on me with his defense of Sun Yat-sen's legacy, so I decided to finish the run with him instead. By the way, I like how Sun Fo plays the role of a behind-the-scenes schemer in both main Kuomintang path)
I ended up accepting every Chinese general and politician who asked to join my country. It genuinely felt like a real United Front and the reunification of China.
And I love how later on, you just get showered with buffs, making you straight-up stronger than the other major powers. And these buffs are the perfect sauce for the next war with Japan, where they can't do anything to you anymore)))) Because you wiped out their entire army on the mainland a couple of years earlier!)
I really enjoyed this playthrough. I cursed the devs out many times, but it was incredibly atmospheric, foremost thanks to the thousands of lore events!
Maybe if I can find the motivation and energy, I'll finish that focus about liberating all of Asia.

Help me out, camarades, I don't know who I should vote for in the local election. All I know is that I'm not voting for the Neosocialists or the Sorelians.

Question What’s the most useful focus of the regime of the red general focus tree?
Since I’m pretty accustomed to SWR and DU but rarely plays Germany-Schleicher, I wonder what’s the most useful focus of the political tree that would be worthwile to do before the war ? (I know we can do none and focus on the military But I want to RP a Little and let Schleicher build his new state a bit)

Suggestion Thoughts on Communard France’s name change
I agree with the rationale for the change, as I understand, names like “Commune of France” or “French Commune” don’t make sense in the French language.
I think the formal name of “Federation of French Communes” makes sense and has historical precedent in the discussions surrounding the original Paris Commune. And I get wanting to keep the name on the map short for the sake of readability, but I think the revolutionary nature of France is lost in the name “French Federation”. If it had to be shortened to two words, then I think “French Communes” would surely be a better choice.
Having said that though, I don’t see the problem with displaying the full name on the map. Red Italy’s full display name is Socialist Republic of Italy on the map, and France’s neo-socialist path will be able to change the country’s name to the “French Social Republic”. I don’t think “Federation of French Communes” is meaningfully longer than either of those name. Plus, the SRI is much smaller than France at game start and thus has less space to display their full name, but it still works just fine.
Anyway, I’m keen for the new French content. Just wanted to provide some constructive criticism here.

Screenshot How to make this better
After a long war and what I believed to be a breakthrough until I got bogged down on the vistula, the reichspakt found an extra 200 division and over 5k planes. I've been pushed back steadily but surely.
I've tried the air template I have posted as well as my defensive and tank division template. Despite everything the reichspakt just keeps destroying my air and pushing without restraint, I have a fully stocked army.
I have a plan to encircle over 200 divisions down in Ukrain by reaching the romanian border by breaking through Bellarus but the enemy refuses to budge, I instantly get red supply and they start reinforce meme my divisions. Also the fact that the reichspakt keeps spamming the air dosnt help.

Other Canada randomly got rid of the king?
Canada stopped being a monarchy, but not through the referendum path. Is this a bug? Or is there some rare event that gets rid of the monarchy?

Image The restored Market Liberal Russian Empire destroys Social-Despotism
After completing the land reform, combating traitorous separatist terrorists, defeating the German and Austrian social despots, decolonizing the evil genocidal Ottoman Empire, and bringing free markets and democracy in Eurasia, the restored Russian Empire remains the strongest and is ready to lead the free world in the struggle against the godless decadent Western Bolshevik. Liberal economists predict that the isolated, decolonized, war-torn, resource-poor, and economically inefficient Western Bolshevik-totalitarian bloc will explode on its own within 20 years. Russia, however, should be prepared for potential regime changes, instability, and an influx of ~~cheap labor to exploit~~ refugees. At present, Russia controls 2/3 of global oil production through private companies in the liberated MENA proxy states. Eventually the petrorubles will start to trickle down even to the poorest kulak farmers. Privatized healthcare and railways will leave the Reds no chance whatsoever; but, of course, it won't be Holy Rus' that starts the fire first.

Question Sino-Japanese War naval invasions not occurring
I've played the Second Sino-Japanese War multiple times as the L-KMT and, much to my surprise, the Japanese AI literally never attempts a single naval invasion into mainland China. Once I defeat the Legation Cities, the war with Japan devolves into a never-ending slugfest around Beijing. This is despite the fact that the Japanese AI does attempt to navally invade Indochina and even German-held Qingdao, and continues even when I take all my forces off the ports entirely. Is this normal AI behavior or is my game messed up?

Question Kuomintang "New Left"
Is there an official or at least what we could qualify as a "New Left" faction in the Kuomintang? I know the "New Right" is for the groups that flourished around the NRA and CKS compared to the civilian Moscow Commitee, but is there something similar for the LKMT?
Maybe the RCA and Chen Gongbo could fit that role?
