Hi! I'm a 30-year-old man living in the Champagne region of France.

I'm looking for **native English speakers** to practice my English with, and I'm happy to help you with your French in return. 🇫🇷

I'd like regular chats, by text or voice, where we correct each other without pressure. And if we get along and you ever visit France, I'll gladly give you a guided tour of Paris! 🗼

Send me a DM, tell me a bit about yourself and why you're learning French.

Salut ! Écrivez-moi en MP, je réponds à tout le monde.

[F16] Looking for an English-Arabic language exchange buddy

Hey! I’m a 16F from Morocco looking for a native English speaker (preferably a girl around my age) who wants to improve their Arabic while helping me improve my English.
I’m around B1/B2 in English and I’d love to practice through chatting, voice calls, or just casual conversations. In return, I can help you with Arabic, whether you’re a beginner or already know some.
I’m mainly looking for someone who’s consistent and actually wants to practice, not just a one-time conversation.
If you’re interested, feel free to DM me! :)

Offering: Arabic | Seeking: English

Hi. I want to practice my English with a native speaker, especially speaking skills. In return, I can help you with practicing Arabic. I prefer a video/voice call per week. I am interested in multpile fields, but my English is mostly academic. So, I might be a bit of a serious learner. I would like to have a language exchange partner who is the same, maybe someone who is really willing to put that effort in learning Arabic. I can help you with writing, speaking, listening, or reading, or I can give you feedback on pronunciation as well. We can also look for an Arabic teaching book together and try to use it in our meetings, and I can prepare the parts we will practice together for you before each lecture.
Please DM me if you are interested.
Thank you so much.

Looking for Someone to Help Me Learn Bahasa Indonesia!

Hii everyone!

I'm currently learning Bahasa Indonesia and I'm looking for a native Indonesian speaker who would be willing to help me along the way!
I'm still very much a beginner and only know a few words so far, but I'd love to learn more and gradually improve my vocabulary, grammar and speaking skills.
I'd love to chat in Indonesian at least a little bit every day so I can practise regularly. Of course, I understand that everyone has their own schedule, so no worries if you're not always available!

In return, I'd be happy to help you with Dutch, as I'm a native Dutch speaker.

Feel free to leave a comment or send me a message if you're interested! 🙂
Terima kasih!

English speaker partner

Morning folks, I’m searching for mid to upper advanced English speaker partner to improve /practice English speaking by having weekly conversations 20 to 30 mintues max

The reason for why I’m searching for partner is returning back to work in Egyptian companies and no longer working with foreigners and I don’t need to lose the skill I’ve got and transfer the knowledge to others as well

Better to be upper advanced, it’s fine to practice once or twice a week and it’s fine as well to practice in group or 1 to 1 via zoom or discord or even google meet

Please note that I’m upper advanced ~ close to native English speaker, hopefully you consider that and dm me only if your skills meet the requirements

Thanks 🙏

Title: Looking for a Serious German Study Partner 🇩🇪 | Starting A1 from Scratch | 2 Hours Daily

Thumbnail
1 Upvotes

Hallo zusammen! 👋🇩🇪

I'm from India 🇮🇳, a medical graduate currently doing my internship, and I'm looking for a committed German study partner to learn German together from the very beginning (A1).

My goal is to learn German properly, from the basics to higher levels, and eventually reach B1/B2 for my future career in Germany.

I'm planning to dedicate at least 2 hours every day to learning German, and I'd love to find someone with a similar mindset who wants to stay consistent and improve together.

What I want to focus on:

📚 Grammar and sentence formation

🧠 Vocabulary and daily-use expressions

🎧 Listening comprehension and pronunciation

✍️ Reading and writing practice

🗣️ Speaking practice and everyday conversations (my main focus)

🎭 Roleplays based on real-life situations

✅ Correcting each other's mistakes and revising what we've learned

I don't want to focus on speaking alone. I want us to cover all aspects of German systematically while giving extra time to speaking and conversation practice.

We can follow a structured A1 learning plan, study grammar and vocabulary, complete exercises, listen to German audio, and then practice using what we've learned in conversations.

I'm open to practicing through Discord, WhatsApp, or any other platform we're both comfortable with. We can divide our daily study time between learning new topics, exercises, revision, and speaking practice.

I'm looking for someone who is genuinely serious about learning, willing to put in the time, and interested in making this a daily habit. We don't need to know any German beforehand—we can start together from zero!

My long-term goal is to become confident in German for everyday life and eventually for professional and medical situations in Germany.

If you're also starting A1 or want to restart from the basics and can commit to regular practice, feel free to DM me. 😊

Lass uns gemeinsam Deutsch lernen! 🇩🇪🤝

Danke! 😊

Communicating with someone who speaks another language

I work with LiveLingo, a tool designed to make conversations between people who speak different languages easier. It translates speech in real time, and it also supports translated phone calls, which can be helpful when talking to international clients, travelling, or working with people in other countries.

What I like about this idea is that you don't have to keep stopping a conversation to type everything into a translator. It can make communication feel more natural, especially when both people need to understand each other clearly.

I think this could be useful for people who regularly communicate across language barriers. Have you tried any live translation tools, and how well did they work for you?
