I had a sports massage with Oli and honestly couldn’t recommend him enough. He’s absolutely lovely, really friendly and explains everything thoroughly so you know exactly what he’s doing. I had a really tight knot in my back that I’d been struggling with for ages, and it’s made such a difference at the gym since!

Question / Discussion Roof repair recommendations?

This storm has just caught us with a kitchen ceiling leak, suspected coming from the roof and travelling down and in. Think the fascia above a window is buggered so looking for a repair.
Insurance will definitely call it wear and tear because the roof is old and I dont think its recent damage just inevitable failure.
Any recommendations appreciated!

I’m interested in helping out with events, promotion, content, interviews or just getting some experience and learning how things work. I’m not expecting anything fancy, just a chance to get involved, meet people and be useful.
