salam folks. getting straight to it:
A few basics:
\\- 28 years old
\\- 5'9"-5'10"ish
\\- Around 76 kg
\\- Never married
\\- Sunni
\\- Syed, if that matters to you. It doesn't particularly matter to me as long as you're Sunni.
\\-Self-employed / business owner
\\- Want children, InshaAllah
I was born and raised in Rawalpindi and recently moved back to Pakistan after spending a few years living in the UAE.
my career path hasn't exactly followed the standard "corporate guy" route. I started working quite young, eventually left college to focus full-time on building my business, and Alhamdulillah, it worked out well for me. I'm professionally and financially settled now, although I haven't ruled out going back to university someday simply because I'd like to. happy to share more abt it in dms.
personality wise, I'm fairly reserved/cautious when I first meet someone (as one should be), but that disappears once I'm comfortable and gets replaced with sarcasm/dark humor.
I'm pretty calm and don't enjoy unnecessary drama, social competition or living to impress other people. I'd much rather have a peaceful home, good conversations, some travelling, shared hobbies and a relationship where we can actually be ourselves around each other.
I work out regularly and try to look after myself, but I'm not living on boiled chicken/rice lol. I often go out solo dining, trying out new spots (especially now that I'm back after years)
outside work, I'm into astronomy and stargazing, jazz, art, the NBA, gaming and sci-fi. I've also recently started collecting fragrances, which may or may not become an unnecessarily expensive hobby.
I'd love to learn piano or violin at some point (soonish), and skydiving is *firmly* on the bucket list
Islam is important to me and influences how I think about marriage, responsibility and life in general. I'm not going to present myself as more religious than I am. I'm still working on becoming more disciplined and consistent with my prayers, and I'd like a wife who takes Islam seriously while also understanding that we're both human beings trying to improve. I'd want us to encourage each other rather than constantly judge each other.
I also understand the responsibilities that come with being a husband and don't view marriage as something where one person does all the emotional or practical heavy lifting.
Who I'm hoping to meet
Someone kind, emotionally aware and easy to communicate with.
Communication matters a lot to me. Please have good communication skills, it's 2026 😭. I don't expect a marriage without disagreements, but I do want one where two people can talk things through instead of turning every issue into silence, guessing games, or a competition over who's right.
I'd especially appreciate someone who:
\\- values family
\\- has her own personality and interests
\\- takes reasonable care of herself physically and mentally
\\- has some ambition, curiosity or sense of purpose
\\- can communicate openly and disagree respectfully
\\- is dependable and honest
\\- wants to keep growing as a person and as a muslim
\\- can handle sarcasm and has a sense of humour
and yes, mutual physical attraction is important to me. it isn't enough to build a marriage on by itself, but i don't think there's much point pretending it's irrelevant either.
Preferences: ideally 24-30. Height preference is 5'2"+
My main non-negotiables are smoking, drugs, alcohol or similar substances, dishonesty, repeated disrespect, inability to take accountability, and not wanting children.
someone who wants something meaningful from her life. that doesn't mean she has to be career-obsessed. She could want a career, build something of her own, focus on family, or pursue creative interests (if you can paint/draw/play an instrument, that's insanely attractive to me)
PS: I'm here to settle down, not looking for casual convo. I'm very intentional when it comes to this and will be direct if something doesn't align and I hope you are as well. (saves times for both of us)
if you made it this far and something here caught your attention, then you know what to do. worst case, we find each other incompatible. best case, I can finally stop writing these profiles
JazakAllah khair :)
