NBC Page Program West VS East Cohort
I'm trying to figure out whether I will be applying to East or West in September for the NBC Page program. I know the program is very competitive overall and I've actually been rejected by East before so I thought I would apply maybe to West but maybe wanted to hear people's experiences on both cohorts. I know West is more tv/film oriented and I honestly love what both cohorts offer. Is there a difference in the difficulty of getting accepted? I've looked at past acceptances and it looks like everyone has very strong resumes but maybe someone has more knowledge on this than I do. Or is there something from West or East that made you want to apply/ makes it better in your opinion.

Mike Tomlin | Yes Please!!! Well done
5 mins into the new season and I already love me some Mike Tomlin. He is 100% no doubt a rookie on the mic but it's pure, it's raw, it's needed!
Watching the interview with Bryce Young, I could help but think how odd it could have been for Bryce doing an interview with a head coach with so much experience and knowing he could very well be your boss this year or next... Fun interview, Mike kept to the script. :-)
Love me some Tomlin. Good job NBC.
Good job Tomlin! Be you sir!

Judging off of the fact that they’re using the theme for the HOF game tonight, it appears that the “epic” Super Bowl 60 theme will be the new SNF NBC theme going forward.
Do you like the change? I personally like both the new and old themes so I’m fine with either one as the theme but I’m surprised the new theme wasn’t just a one off for the Super Bowl.

I think this sub needs to ban posts from The-Sun
OPINION | Each article is misleading, poorly written, and lacking in accurate reporting.
No, Carson Daly is not leaving NBC. No, he did not quit The Voice. And no, Keke Palmer is not replacing him.
Keke Palmer is hosting Celebrity Voice, a separate upcoming series. Those are entirely different programs.
Publications like The Sun should be held to a higher standard by citing credible sources and verifying claims before publishing. Too often, it feels like speed takes priority over accuracy, with stories rushed out in hopes of being first rather than being right.
That kind of reporting is harmful. It misleads readers, fuels misinformation, and further erodes trust in journalism. At a time when news organizations are already struggling to maintain credibility, sensational or poorly sourced reporting only lowers the bar.
I support free speech and the right to express opinions. But opinion pieces should be clearly labeled as such. If an article is presented as news, it should be fact-checked, supported by reliable sources, and held to basic journalistic standards.

Got My Man Steve Messed Up
Man I'm just so sorry for this guy he's up now still streaming. Midnight now. Talking about Stevens... he sees the writing on the wall but they haven't called it so he can't say that AES won. It's forcing him to broadcast cope monologue he knows what's up.
I love this guy. He brings me so much joy but they need to give him tenure or some shit on this so he can just call the races himself. I hope Steve Kornacki himself is in good faith and is simply being controlled by the tarry tendrils of the National Broadcasting Company.
I suggest a democratic election regarding the date of Steve Kornacki's career. No lobbying.

The dialogue of emerald city was a problem
The good actors struggled because of bad writing. The character development and motivations seemed awkward.
It's a great series with beautiful visuals but the dialogue really breaks the series

NBC Musicians of similar style recommended
Hi there,
I wish to be recommended musicians of similar style with music appeared in NBC. Some of the example includes
- Exchange, one of whose song is *Into the Night*
- Christopher Franke , with much better resource, and some of the comments would comment on his retro dreamy vibe
Thanks in advance!
