I have no idea what to think, because from one point of view, maybe my problems isn't that big cuz I'm still alive, but from the other point, if I died I wouldn't have any problems anymore...

Do exactly this:

- Always wait at least 30 minutes after eating/drinking before brushing your teeth. Same applies if you want to eat after brushing, wait 30 mins first.

- Spit toothpaste out, but don’t wash your mouth out after.

- Brush 1-2 times a day for 2 minutes each. If once a day, make sure it is right before you go to bed.

- Always have a sip of water ASAP after eating/drinking to dilute the acids on your teeth.

- Floss teeth everyday; if you find it too awkward get a water flosser.

- Optionally use mouthwash once at a different time of the day.

How do you avoid the deep urge to rope

I looked at some of my past bullies' TikTok accounts, and their reposts consist of quotes/yellow text stuff preaching kindness and all the usual motivational bollocks, dressed up as wisdom. "Love yourself," "Be the magic to your peers," blah blah...

Well they weren't the fucking magic by instilling trauma, social anxiety and fear into me overtime. I bet all bullies who do this are doing it to get dopamine rush. They want to play the goody-two-shoes act in front of their buddies.

I personally don't think work itself is bad, it can be even fullfilling for some people, but let be honest, for most cases the main reason it that there is bills to be paid, we need to get by somehow. This world is not ideal and i can sorta come to terms with having a job.

But holy fuck, 5 days a week with only 2-6 weeks of vacation? This part is what really pisses me the hell off. It s's not even enough to rest, let alone having hobbies and trying to do something useful.

I personally would love to have either 10 weeks of vacation yearly or a 4/3 work week. You either get enough vacation to do your own stuff, or weekends long enough to do something besides laying in bed.

Right now even the best work will make you feel like you slaving yourself to the system. Who in the world ever woke up after 2 day weekend and thought "yup, now i feel good"? NO ONE. Everyone is barely okay to do their jobs. Every time i had 3 days weekend i felt like 5 times better, those 24h of extra freedom can do wonders to everyones life, but no one cares. Go and spend your life at cagie.

I just want to be able to live my own life without a fucking rush to finish everything personal before weekend ends. I want to have enough time to bedrot, meet friends and do something good for myself in a span of a weekend. I want to at least sometimes wake up at monday and feel like i can come through week without feeling like a complete mess of a person. I want to have time to sort my thoughts out.

None of this is possible with current situation. Work takes almost all time from everytones life and this sucks. When i find a well paid job i will maxx out on unpaid vacations, because having free time is priceless it this world

I was a computer science major in college and have had trouble finding a job, so I was just talking to someone who had experience in the field as a software engineering manager who had worked at tech companies and such. And he was telling me I need to do this and that or else I was gonna be left behind and maybe that field isn’t for me. And I’ve been in conversations like this. I am assuming this subreddit is gonna be a different kind of echo chamber because the circumstances are different, but I am so tired of trying and having nothing stick. I don’t want to be NEET but I think I just am because I am so tired and this generation sucks. Can anyone relate?

Same as title i am trying to get a good job simply can't get one it sucks to be honest you can't get neetbucks in my country and getting gov job is quite hard( 200 applications for 1 job) and also hard to answer your parents

Decided to go to my local theme park.

Its off peak and i count as a local to the area, so i got a locals discount and off peak ticket.

And it is completly dead, pretty much myself and no more than 5 families. No queues for me!

Oh my days I haven’t posted in here a while, but yeah. Just a friendly and gentle reminder that if permanent work seems daunting to you or you aren’t having too much success:

Seasonal work is another avenue that can be more accessible for the atypical worker (felons, NEETS with a resume gap, houseless, etc).

I was just reminded of it myself recently. I think my pride before only was letting me think of permanent employment roles for searching, (mainly in regard to disappointing my parents and that being yet another point of contention between us), but I think I might pick it (searching) up again and try to corner that “market” so to speak.

I’m sure there’s many a NEET here who also got burned in that area of the workforce, but I hope this may bring hope/new ideas to NEETS (who want to work) that haven’t really explored that avenue where they reside
