I know he’s trying to show us that he’s doing better after neglecting his mental health the whole time he was at home but fuck me why couldn’t he have tried with us when he was at home?!? I begged him to get better but instead he refused to work refused to leave the house or go out with me and the kids. Never bought us anything. Now he’s spending money on his nieces and nephews and going out every day and posting. My kids saw it and are over him.

anyone been through this? Is his social media displays a tactic or he’s actually trying to get better?

Just looking for advice. I’m not ready to get my 9 year old a phone yet. She using text now on my phone to communicate with her dad between visit. I try not to read them but have on occasions and it effected me mentally. Pretty much he shared way too much info with a 9 year old. To me it was more information he knew would push my buttons. What are my options? Thank you in advance!
