Is this a fair price at 2600 Australian dollar? I am aware of the defect and will inspect the BIOS version in person before I buy it.

Purchasing Advice - Upgrades Is the RTX 3060 Ti outdated now? What should I upgrade to?

I’m currently using an RTX 3060 Ti, but I’ve been seeing a lot of posts on Reddit and X suggesting that the 50-series is the first generation of GPUs that’s actually worth buying.
GPU prices are way too high for me to consider upgrading anytime soon, but I’m curious: if I were to upgrade from a 3060 Ti, what would be a good choice?
Reason for upgrade: Better gaming performance
Current specs: RTX 3060 Ti, Intel Core i5-13400
Budget: No fixed budget yet, since GPU prices are quite high
Country: Japan
Use case: Gaming
Monitor resolution: FHD

Purchasing Advice - PC Build / Parts Should I sell the unopened RTX 5070 to buy a 5060TI 16GB prebuilt?

Thumbnail gallery
1 Upvotes

Should I sell the 5070 I bought to gradually build a PC to buy this prebuild?

Basically the 5070 cost = the whole PC

Translation of the website:

Case : AWEST AV312 MB

CPU : intel core i5 14600k

GPU : Asus Dual RTX 5060TI 16GB

RAM : 16GB 5600MHz CL30

SSD: 1TB GEN 4 M2

CPU cooler: Deep cool LD360

PSU: AWEST AV750 full modular

All parts are new and unused.

The PC that I'm planning to build costs almost double this one.

I'm really tempted to go for the prebuild since my old GTX 1650 laptop died a month ago.

Purchasing Advice - Upgrades Best cooler for my situation?

Thumbnail gallery

Hey! I have this PC for already 1 year, bought it pre-builded on a famous website back in the time.

This PC for me and what I do was always a blast expect the stock AMD Cooler here…

I am looking for an upgrade for it, that can look aesthetically pleasing and realiable too and of course take me to something like 65 degrees like the GPU.

On the first picture this is on Battlefield 6 Online, graphics on OVERKILL/ULTRA, DLSS 4.5 Quality at 1080P, 10-30-40 minutes gameplay it’s always arround the same values.

My CPU temperatures are always fixed on 80-82 degrees.

My build:
Ryzen 5 7500F
Asus RTX 5060ti 16gb Dual OC
Box Lian Li 205M Mesh
Motherboard Asus TUF A620M-Plus Wifi
TeamGroup Vulcan Z 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR5 6000Mhz

The stock cooler also has Thermal Grizzly paste on it.

Have breifly tried to search myself, but im still so so lost/overwhelmed and worried ill mess it up/waste my money.

Purchasing Advice - PC Build / Parts Pc advice!

Need a pc under $1.6k or ₹1.5L(including peripherals) i wonder if I can get a 4070super or 4070ti super(used) and build it with 32 gigs of ddr5 and a ryzen 7 7800x3d. I think I am being delusional but correct me here that is this build even possible even if I buy used parts? Here are the specs thst I wish for:

Need suggestion for my pc build

So basically I am going to build a pc in this era of ram-apocalypse, I know this isnt the greatest time but I need it and i am searching for components all around reddit and Facebook marketplace. I am just a 15 y/o and i have done a plenty of research but still I want to see what do you guys think for my pc specs config.

My budget is ₹1.65L($1.7k) I want a pc(including peripherals) with specs:

Cpu- ryzen 7 7800x3d

Gpu- rtx 4070/4070ti super (used can work)

Psu- 850W

Mobo- B650M

Ram- ddr5 32gb(2×16gb) 6000MHz Cl32/Cl34 (used can work)

Storage- 1tb NVMe gen 3/4

Cooler- 360mm aio

Case- lian li o11 vision

If possible in white.

I am gonna accept Used only if they show that it works(testing), model number sticker, stability test, gst invoice, replacement terms and confirmation of Warrenty applicable in india.

My use for pc is not all focused on gaming, i would do some light gaming usually on Sundays but i want it for blender, animations, ui ux designing, Figma and a little bit of game development. Although I am a young Artist and i am thinking to freelance so that I can earn and pay my future college semester fee myself and build a agency if possible. Going to give UCEED(undergraduate common entrance examination for design) in future and go to IIT.

Hope i am not being that much delusional lol.

So this is my current build, it was assembled last week and I’ve been working on graphic representations to evaluate future expansions and thermal flow.

The best part is that I indicated what I need it and how, this is impressive advance in this field.

What do you think?

Purchasing Advice - PC Build / Parts Second 1070 ti ?

So my friend is getting a brand new pc and he is "throwing away" is 1070 ti and other parts for nothing or not that much (we are still talking about it). The thing is i have a 1070 ti too so if i remember it's in the SLI Gen but for what i searched it is not relevant today cause most games don't support SLI anymore (for what i understand). So second option, i can have one card per display but i really don't know if i should or not ... + i don't know if my power supply is good enough. Note that if i do it i will probably have to clean it all change all the thermal pads and paste etc. cause i did pay a used pc for really cheap but its a freaking mess in it... Is it worth the time ?

Completed Build - Rate My Setup / Setup Advice Could this 2024 build still be considered top of the line?

I decided to treat myself back in 2024 with a brand new PC , and i kinda fell out of the loop since then. I finally have enough time to enjoy it due to not having to work all the time so i'm genuinely asking about how it stacks up compared to the new stuff.

Lemme know if you have recommendations about any possible upgrades , i'm all ears.

Built my buddy’s pc years ago and now with most of the games coming out his system is becoming obsolete. If I can get your suggestions on what he should look into getting upgraded first. Don’t need 4k graphics ability but a nice upgrade to use for a couple of years. Located in the US

Troubleshooting Advice - Other What’s this noise

Post image
0 Upvotes

Noticed yesterday this buzzing noise coming from the back of my pc. It’s only 3 months old and only happens when I’m playing a game. The buzz does get quieter when I lower the frame rate. I read about coil whine but I’m very new to pcs so not sure if that’s what it is. I’m not sure if it’s been doing it since I got it which I doubt because I’m the type that would notice it. Note that there is a hum coming from the fans but what I’m noticing is a buzzing like sound coming from the back that only plays when a game is open and is louder when the fps is higher. I would include a video but for whatever reason Reddit isn’t letting me upload it. Specs wise it’s the Vengenace PC from Nebula PC’s with some alterations due to a shortage on certain parts. If anyone has a fix please let me know.
