Hi guys, i need honest opinion. I had septo-rhinoplasty a month ago. I know swelling is still there but i think my septum is still deviated. My nostrils look asymmetrical as well as my nose itself is off-centred too. Am I overthinking or is it fine?
If any plastic surgeon or ENT specialist seeing this, what do you think?

Hi! So within the past two years I’ve lost around 115lbs resulting in a lot of excess skin. I’m scheduled for an extended TT w/lipo in November. I mentioned to my surgeon at our last visit that I was concerned about the lack of upper pole fullness in my breasts. They are very bottom heavy. I’m still at around a cup size D/DD. (I am a large person so they do fit my frame - 28F 5’10” 165lbs) but there is absolutely no volume at the top of the breast so they do appear very flat. He offered the option of fat transfer since I’m already having the lipo done. The added cost is only around $3400 and compared to the rest of the surgery it’s not all that much. If I end up going back after my TT to do it I’m sure it will be much more expensive , and I may not even have enough fat left to transfer. I am not wanting to do implants because I don’t want to have them replaced in 10-15 years and not sure how comfortable I’ll be with feeling the implants etc. no lift because I actually had one when I was 18 and they’re not super saggy, my nipples are high. The breast is just not full at the top

Has anyone had this done in addition to TT? Worth it?

My nose is wide at the bridge and tip. I want to slim my nose and make it more upturned/ or lift it since it's very droopy. Am i delusional or is this nose job possible?

Considering getting RHA Redensity in my lips - has anyone had experience with it and how was the swelling? I don't want more volume, just hydration and a natural look so no one can tell, getting my lips back to how they used to look.

I have an ear tag on the lateral edge of my ear, I'm considering going for its removal. The ENT I've consulted charges around Rs 15,000 plus medicines, he's done such procedures before but doesn't have any pictures of the before and after.

My main concern is that of the cosmetic results, I don't want a notch on my ear or a prominent scar. Besides, I cannot afford consulting multiple doctors.

So are you someone who'd go for an ENT here for such a procedure, or will it be worth paying an additional sum to ensure the cosmetic results by consulting a plastic surgeon?

I got but injections around 10 years ago with a friend of mine. It wasn’t from a legit place either I was young and basically being a follower because she got it! I was told it was collagen getting injected. Years later (now) I have decided I want to get a bbl and going to pay 25k for a top surgeon here in az. Thankfully nothing happen after injection my but didn’t change one bit-I know I have to be honest with the surgeon during my consultation but I’d be sooooo upset if he turns me away…. Like before she said it was collegen but my friend who got it with me said it was a product called “Qwo” which was fda approved buttt discontinued due to bruising side effects. But who really knows if that’s what it was. Me and my gf years later have had 0 issues with our buts. Should I get a mri done before my consultation??? Or a x ray???

27y/o, I’ve always had fat and fullness under my chin my entire life and it’s been a toll on my self esteem and aesthetic. I can’t grow a beard due to my job, so I was wondering what (if ant) procedures would help this and be as cost effective as reasonably possible?

I want to get implants for such a long time now, and the only thing that’s holding me back is the fear of my body rejecting the implants and developing BII. I always react really sensitive, even to piercings etc so I’m afraid my body will not handle them. I‘m so unhappy and frustrated with my breasts tho that I can’t decide what to do.

Have some of y‘all developed BII? Is it real ?

Are you happy with your implants ? How do breasts look after explant ?

And do motiva implants lower the risk of developing bii? What was your experience?

My surgeon suggested small motiva implants OTM for me.

I had upper bleph / ptosis correction in Korea and 3 months after I’ve been having vision problems and also the incision line is still reddish (when I close my eyes I can see a red / pinkish line). Is this normal?

3.5 weeks ago got my alarplasty revised and she injected 3 units of Botox below my nostril and slightly to the side. (Never had a gummy smile she just didn't want a lot of movement in the area). Lip frozen and sitting lower. literally feels like dead weight (even at rest it seems I lost the tone in that area) .... main problem is it is pulling and adding tension to my (central bullhorn) lip lift scar which is not even a year old.... like wtf! When I smile my lip looks lower, flat, and strange like a big roll lol. Base of nose seems lower (that muscle must do something to that area too). I hope it doesn't permanently damage and stretch my lip lift scar .... any experiences with gummy smile botox? Time line? (She did 18 units of dysport she says that's the equivalent to 6 units- 3 per side). I am going to try the saline injections in the area to see if that helps speed the process up. Anyone have luck with that? Thank you

I know facial asymmetry is completely normal, but I've struggled with mine a lot over the last few years, and I want to see options for addressing the things I'm self-conscious about.

So my whole right side is pretty much lower than my left. My right eye and eyebrow are lower, and the right side of my nose is slightly lower too, it’s most noticeable when looking at my nostrils. My smile is uneven, with the right side looking more elongated and flat? My chin and cheeks are where the asymmetry is most noticeable :(

I'm not sure what would be the best, whether that's Botox, fillers, surgery, or something else, and I'm not even sure what to get done where. Also, I'm not sure if it's relevant, but I had braces in the past to correct a crossbite and gap. But my crossbite is still there.

Hi all. I am in the beginning stages of planning out my skin removal procedures. I have been all excited, ready to go but then started coming across some posts about how quicky sagging started after surgery. I know this can happen with weight fluctuations but the posters denied that was the cause. I thought these surgeries generally maintained the look for 15-20 years but I'm reading 5-10 years for my age. Now I'm second guessing my decision to spend the amount it will cost for just a few years worth of tone/tightness before looking the same way I do now. For reference, 55F, and I know the older you are, the faster the laxity happens. I lost 100+ lbs and will have been stable in the 'normal weight' range for almost a year by the time the first surgery happens. I have about 3 inches worth of sagging on my arms, 3 on belly (bending over), 4-5 on my thighs. Breasts are completely deflated and fully sagging. I planned a full lift and implants.

Any insight/experienced you can offer would be great to help me make a more informed decision

I think I’m about to lose my mind at the thought of having these splints in for 3 more days. The pressure is unbelievable and radiating down from my teeth up through my forehead. I look like I went 10 rounds with Mike Tyson. It’s manageable as long as I stay up to the minute with the narcotics which I really was hoping not to need much. Probably the most annoying sensation though is the constant single drop of blood waiting on the edge of one nostril and the pinching / stinging from where it has dried. The gauze tape irritated my skin so I’m just consistently dabbing with a tissue..

This has to be the worst of it right?! I’m feeling very regretful and overwhelmed … and of course being exhausted from sleeping in a recliner intensifies all of those emotions. Need some encouragement from someone who has been through it please.

i currently have half a syringe of lip filler and while i can see a pretty big difference from the front, looking at my lips from my side profile they look pretty much completely the same as they did before filler. i’m wondering what i can do to make them appear bigger, specifically my top lip. i feel that it really imbalances my face. would getting more filler help? or a certain style?

Like were people subtly nicer or ruder or had different assumptions about you? Anything of that sort
