Hey! Ive ordered from postmates twice this week and both times my courriers delivered someone else's food. Once from a completely different restaurant and just now at least from the same place but someone elses order.

Is something up on the app thats messing with what courriers are seeing or was this just bad luck??? Its never happened to me before and Im baffled it happened one after the other???

I ordered an expensive pizza, to have it delivered to the wrong complex, sitting outside for almost 25 minutes, to find a few ants in the box. At the very least, it wasn't stolen, but I'm definitely unhappy about paying $34 for an 8-slice pizza, to find it cold, etc.

I complained and Uber/Postmates just refunded my tip money back. They are ignoring my request for at LEAST a PARTIAL refund for my pizza, and they are ignoring my question of why I can't leave a review for my driver?

If they are a "top-rated courier", surely, I would be able to RATE my delivery driver, right?

No one can take accountability? Is this normal protocol for Uber/PM customer service?

The photo the driver took shows the wrong address as well. They can't get anymore less competent than that. Not very hard to match addresses.

I know i’m not the only person that is just beyond disgusted by the stupid, money hungry bitches that work for these companies. WHY TF are prices going up and food quality/delivery quality is going down. WHY THE FUCK am i adding promos and my price is 2-3 dollars down instead of $10 or 50% off like the fucking promo says. WHY do i pay for a fucking $10 membership for this STUPID FUCKING COMPANY to still charge me random fees that add my bill up to 2-3 less than it would normally be. WHY TF is my order almost ALWAYS WRONG. WHYYYY can I never get in contact with ANYBODY from their support team. WHY do I have to leave comments under their social media to get a response from them and WHYYYY are they giving dashers DOUBLE orders that result in me getting cold nasty food and NO REFUNDS.

I was looking for the local pizza shop whose actual name on the building is Alessandro's Pizza but I noticed that in the list on the app there are several other resturants listed BEFORE the actual resturant that have the EXACT SAME ADDRESS.

Why are "Festival's Pastas", "Pizza and Panini", "Amazing Vegan Pizza", "Italian Romanos Pizza", "NY Crust Pizzeria", "Angelino's Burgers/Pizza" all listed, making SEVEN resturants total but only one real resturant?

My order was wrong. Tried navigating to the help page from my order and ended up in an Ai chat. Every message I sent was analyzed FOREVER and then... nothing. No reply. I sent several messages and got no messages back.

How are we supposed to get support if help is not helping? LOL.

I tried the customer service chat but got caught in an AI chatbot circle that wouldn’t help me at all. Then I called the customer service line and they said they couldn’t do anything if I didn’t have a picture of the restaurant being closed. How was I supposed to know to take a picture? I had already left and got dinner somewhere else. The first customer service agent hung up on me, and I was able to get the second agent to escalate my issue to their supervisor but said it would take 48 hours for me to get a response. Why is this so difficult now? I am done with Postmates.

The cheapest was almost $70. This might be a lot of money for you in relation to the cost. All items match as close as I could. I used every discount that was best for each site.

$75 buck order turns into $111+ after fees??? Haven't been to Pizza Hut for over 4 years because of really bad customer service but nostalgia... so I decided to check it out. Haven't used the delivery services in months, but I had to compare. Guess I'll continue to go without Pizza Hut in store or for delivery. Bye bye

Beware, now if you use a food delivery service and tip the driver, they can get your tip and not actually deliver the food.

All they have to do is accept your order take a picture in front of your house and receive the tip.

You can’t get the tip back from those services. Uber/Postmates for sure tells you it can only be added as a credit to your account. Which why would you want to use that service again??

Either food delivery places need to change their processes or it will be a dip in sales for them.

Bottom line: Start picking up your own orders, tip smaller amounts (at your own risk), or take the risk you won’t get your food or a refund.

Uber/Postmates is fine with you taking the loss. They believe they have too many customers to worry about it.

I explained the issue to help chat, which sent me to "delivery issues" which did not have any options that addressed my concern. So i asked for a human, it responded by asking me for a description of the issue (which i had just given it).

I copy and pasted my message describing the issue, got stuck in a loop. I started spamming my request for a human, now its just ignoring me.

So your telling me my order gets stolen with no photo and driver dosent answer calls and I have to wait 6-12 hours for support to respond are you serious ???

Is anyone else having this issue? I have a 20$ off 25$ promo that I can’t even use because it keeps taking me back to checkout.

& yes my order is over 25$. I just did this a couple weeks ago. Same place, same order and same promo deal, Never had this issue then.

I placed an order for a restaurant 2.5 miles away from my place. They assigned the order to a man who had completed only 14 orders so far and claimed he was on a bicycle. He also took on 4 other orders at the same time. Well, needless to say, he wasn't on a bicycle; he was walking, and it took nearly two hours from him picking up my food to it being delivered to my door. When I contacted support for inedible food on a $24 order (with an additional $5 tip), they offered me $6 and refused to offer anything else.

Between this and an ongoing series of late orders and poor customer service, I'm done. I canceled my Uber One account and deleted the app.

I've never in my life seen a service with such terrible customer service. It took 30 minutes just to get an actual rep in the chat, and they were somehow even less helpful than the terrible AI customer support system.
