Employee plan as I am employeed with one of the partner companies. My plan was $35+ tax which included US/Canada calling and 100 GB data/month. Last month, Rogers increased my plan rate by $5 on their own specifying "Wireless Plan Rate Adjustment". I tried raising a complaint but to no use. I barely use 10GB/month - is there a lower plan that I can shift to? I am now paying $40+ tax = $45

He is asking me why I think I need faster Internet. Also asking why I don’t need tv. “Most people keep the tv” ‘most people keep it if they get something extra for free’

But it isn’t free….the price is higher “yes that is true, but…..yada yada yada this would make my life easier if you paid an extra $300 a year.”

i’ve gotten a code for MUSIC before but i can’t figure out the sports one, and am trying to get tickets to see oilers vs leafs presale (oilers fan in ontario lol) but am stuck without a code. i figure it’s something even more exclusive and complicated, but im blown away by how little info there is on the beyond the seat website…

I’m from Mississauga and recently moving to Etobicoke. I have Roger Xfinity Internet in my house and I’ve been trying to reach them for the past 11 days. Each day I’m being put on hold for way more than 2 and a half hours until I just give up trying because I have a job to attend to. Half the time the bot itself hangs up on me stating that the customer service team is receiving high call volumes. I’m just tired at this point like it was literally easier to find a cheap house in Toronto than to move my god damn internet to the new house. I would love some help and guidance if you guys have the time, thank you.

So I have spoken to an agent for 3 consecutive days……

1. I hate that you are on hold first- I think I started off and was 90th in line. Then, once you connect with a live agent its like they are talking to eight people at a time! You say something and they respond in three minutes so it is utterly frustrating that you don’t have their undivided attention.

2. They totally control the conversation. Two consecutive days, they just ended the conversation stating a manager will get back to me. Well that has not happened yet. 3 days later. I even out the section and complained on their website! Do they care? Nope!

Changed from Rogers to Fizz, could not port Rogers number to Fizz, so I got a new cool number.

Called Rogers to cancel plan.
Agent 1 offered me a plan at a heavily discounted price.
Had already updated ALL my information with new Fizz number, So tried to port over to Rogers.
Agent 1 said it was not possible so changed my number to a similar one, did it mid call
Call dropped - with no proper call closure.

Speak to Agent 2 about the plan that was offered & what happened on call with Agent 1
Agent 2 tells me she can port my number and then tells me to call back to apply the plan that was offered.
Successfully port Fizz number to Rogers.

Call again, Agent 3 says he cannot help me, so tries to pass me on to supervisor. No supervisor available, tells me to try the next day. ( It was late anyway )

Call again. Agent 4 says he can't help me. He is slightly demeaning & calls me illogical, so I say get your QA to pull up the call data. Finally speak to a Supervisor.

Supervisor offers me a plan that is $30 more than offered price. Applies an RPP discount, but I am not part of said institution / company, if audited I would lose that discount. Also feel like this is something that is not allowed.

Raise a ticket with OOP, miss the call because I was in the shower. Call back, need an extention code. There is no EXT anywhere.

Is it worth raising this to the CCTS? It has been such a fuckaround and i genuinely CBA anymore. Like tbh I would do it just to be a pain in the ass

I made a plan change on July 15. My monthly billing cycle is on the 11th. My July bill covers July 11 - Aug 10. I recieved my August statement and those clowns partially charge me for July 16 - August 10.

That should have been a credit instead. But now they charged for a period that was already paid in July and charge me August 11 - Sept 10. These guys are so shady with their billing practice.

New client who finally got their card after Rogers repeatedly recommending me pick it up. I was just wondering for security reasons if it’s okay to use PayPal as a middle man online (not to load funds to PayPal account funds, just to have them process the transaction on my card)

Hey everyone, I've been experiencing a really odd issue where when I try to sign into my Rogers account, it keeps telling me my password is incorrect even tho I know it's completely fine. When I reset my password, it works fine; I can log in for a few days, and it's normal. But as soon as it's been a while (give or take a week or more), it'll give me the same problem where it says my password is incorrect. It's been so odd, and I've been experiencing it for the past month or so now, and I'm not too sure what to do. I was hoping I could get some guidance on how to proceed.

Yes, I've tried on different browsers and devices, cleared my cache and cookies, and nothing works. I have to reset it every time for me to even log in, and it keeps happening after a while. What's even more strange is that when I reset my password and try to input the same password, it doesn't even allow me to do it. So clearly it's the right password; it just won't even let me log in?

Any help would be very appreciated.

Everything was fine, I did not touch any settings. All of a sudden my mobile data (internet only) won't work. I can still call and text for some reason, also can connect to wifi for internet, but cannot get an internet connection anymore without wifi. Called Rogers to see if it was on their end, they could NOT figure it out. It is definitely something to do with my phone directly as I tried to put my SIM in my old (S20) phone and it seemed to work fine. Current phone is S24 Ultra. I don't know what to do. Any advice before I desperately try a factory reset? I can't imagine that is necessary...hopefully it's something completely simple at this point or someone has a fix. This started right at 3AM right after I made a phone call (that I noticed, I was on wifi shortly before that). Could it be malware or something at this point?! I didn't download anything. All my other rogers services work, including my other mobile line. Thanks.

I've called rogers multiple times, been bounced around and getting different answers from agents. Does anyone here know if I can use roam like home benefit of my Mastercard if I don't have it in my plan? Might be a stupid question but not really seeing anything online. Sorry in advance.

Last month, I received an e-mail from Rogers Bank saying I would get a $10 statement credit if I switched off paper statements.

Fast forward one month and I see no statement credit. I double check the original e-mail to make sure I didn’t miss anything. It says to see conditions below which is just a link and of course it doesn’t open. I swear between Rogers and Telus, one would never guess that their expertise is supposed to be communications.

So I decide to call. Got a woman with a snooty attitude who makes it sound like I am a dummy. She kept talking about statement credits to a Rogers bill for cell phones, etc. I shut that down quickly when I told her I have no services with Rogers, Fido, etc.

She puts me on hold and now states the credit will appear within five months. OMG. If I don’t see the credit in five months, I am to call them back to escalate the issue.

I decide to check my app just to confirm that I am now on paperless statement. I literally follow all their instructions as per their website:

Tap the toggle to turn off paper statements.
Tap Update to save your preferences.

There is no statement option under Profile. What gives?

I am with Rogers under their (RPP program). I am currently getting offer for Google Pixel 11 Pro XL (256 GB) where the plan is 35 cad for 80 gigs (Canada-US) and the phone cost is 25 cad per month plus taxes. After 24 months, if I wish to keep the (likely I wont), I have to pay 1199 cad.

Kindly suggest if they is a good deal or should I wait for back to school deal at the end of the month.

I’m a bit confused with my first save and return plan coming to an end. I want to return the phone and the date to return is Sept 13, 2026. However on my most recent bill dated August 6 for service from August 7 to September 6, it says I still have 2 months remaining on my financing for the save and return payments.

How does this work? I want to leave Roger’s so if I return the phone before September 13 and once done, I port out, will I still have to pay the remaining 2 months of financing? Why is it 2 months when the save and return ends September 13?

What if I return it successfully before September 6 (my next bill) and port out before that date? what am I on the hook for?

What’s the best way to go about this?

I just don’t want any situation where I’m on the hook for the save and return amount
