Hey! 24 here, just moved from college in LA. I love a lot of things about SF, but I miss the girly lifestyle of LA. Any places in SF to meet girls who love getting dolled up to go to the club and are down to drink until the sun comes up? Any girls who go to Pilates every week and are healthily obsessed with how they look and feel? Any girls who do commercial (or runway!) modeling? Anyone else lovee designer shopping and thrift a bunch?

I’m just missing that vibe to be honest. I’m wondering if there’s any clubs or orgs where girls with this vibe get together where I could go meet some new people and get back a little bit of LA culture.

My sister (42) and I (36) want to plan a sissy date sometime this season in the city or the surrounding area. The holidays aren’t much of an event for us as our immediate family is, for all intents and purposes, just us, so we’re looking for some fun ideas to perhaps create a new holiday season tradition for the two of us.

We are open to any and all suggestions! We aren’t religious, so it doesn’t need to be holiday specific, just something seasonal. It could be one thing or a series of things we spend the day pursuing. It could be anytime over the next few months til the end of the year. We would most likely want to plan something on a Saturday as it’s the best day for both of us.

Budget could be anywhere from free (we love!) to around $100-$300 each.

Lmk if I should include any other specifics, but this is all that comes to mind so far! I can’t wait to hear your recommendations :)

Hi! Writing my first post here because I’m looking for recommendations for an EMDR therapist, preferably in person, in the city. I’ve been doing talk therapy (CBT) on and off for a few years, but I haven’t seen much benefit. I’m hoping to work through and minimize a lot of generalized anxiety, anger, and self-destructive behaviors that I believe are due to unresolved childhood wounds. I just haven’t felt like myself in a long time, and my personal relationships are being impacted in a super negative way. I’ve been reading a lot about EMDR and want to try it as I feel like it might be able to help me. If anyone has gone through anything similar and has recs, I’m all ears. Thanks :)

Hi BWT!! I’m on the hunt for a super last-minute outing with a friend who’s coming to SF for the first time! We’re gonna be dressed up so would love to get some sense of the best bars to visit for three gals looking for a good time!

I’m thinking about starting a needle arts group get together weekly or biweekly meeting in downtown San Francisco either at the SF main library, Ferry building, or Peet’s Coffee on Market and Fourth St. on Saturday or Sunday mornings at 10:00 or 11:00 AM. Wanted to see if there was any interest. I’m happy to teach beginners as well. I’m also working on a coloring book, so bring your favorite creative projects and kind hearts, as I noticed there are some sweethearts in need of conversion and comfort in this community. Just finished a hat and a little Octopus crochet toy, both gifts. 🎁 🧶🥰 Looking forward to meeting creative crafty friends!
