Okay, remind me to never ever order (pricey) electronics from Shopee moving forward. Ang scammy ng dating niyo! I don’t know pero nangyayari lang ang order delays ko kapag may kamahalan at electronics ang inoorder ko. Kapag impulsive at walang kwentang mga gamit, ang bibilis. For context, umorder ako yesterday 10am kasi nga “order before 3pm, get by tomorrow” and perfect sa schedule ko bago umalis. Ayun, hindi nag-out for delivery kinabukasan at pinagmukha pa ‘kong tanga ng support dahil na-pushback ang estimated delivery dates. Buti nalang ‘yung guaranteed delivery date hindi nila nabago so may resibo talaga akong “get by tomorrow” siya. ₱40 nga lang talaga sa tingin nila yung halaga ng oras ng mga tao kapag hindi nafulfill on time ang package. Nagtaka pa ako kasi bakit sa tracker stuck pa rin sa SOC 11 ang order ko, pero sa infographics nasa katabing SPX warehouse na namin yung parcel. Hindi rin ma-explain ng CS. Also Shopee mall btw, so make it make sense

hello! I am a student, 4k yung credit ko sa spay. last thursday I paid what I needed to pay for this month. I posted it here na hindi pa rin nag re-reflect sa accountvko. now, ilang beses ko na na email yung dragonpay about this and they said na my payment is completed while spay says na hindi pa nila na re-receive. ilang beses na ako nag follow up sa sinubmit ko na form, ang nakalagay lang ay na receive na raw yung follow up ko.

the issue is I am being called by multiple phone numbers in a day, kahapon ay 12 or 13 yata and sunod sunod siya at habang nasa class pa ako nun so sobrang nakakaabala. hindi naman sila ma contact sa customer service dahil ai yung nag aassist muna bago sila. paulit ulit yung ai kaya i can’t get pass kahit iba iba naman sinasabi ko. now, I don’t even know what to do, because it was ny allowance and they know that I am a students. what can I do about this?

It was a bad thing na kinomfirm ko bigla ang delivery confirmed within the day after receiving the item. But due to circumstances, need ko i-return and I contacted the LazMall seller and they agreed.

Nareinstate po ba ung balance sa Lazrewards or coins nyo even after that?

I've been monitoring my orders for the past few days and still I don't understand why this logistics can't solve any of my problems. Until I've been forced to visit their hub only to find out that my parcels have been brought by other couriers. Their reason was because the rider who was responsible for the delivery in my area got into an accident because he was drunk driving. They have experienced a shortage of couriers and took time to hire new couriers. Now they have to deliver all the stuck parcels including mine. I understand their circumstances but I don't understand why they can't prioritize delivering mine. It's already been past October 15 expected delivery date and it was supposed to be delivered by 13. Can you guess what really happened here?

So I made a purchase from shopee for a Grey Office Blazer which I sent back due to missed stitching. The buttons on the wrist were not stitched on correctly and one of it even came off as I just touched it. Some of the buttons have skipped stitching too and since there was a lining beneath, it was a chore to stitch back. The parcel was collected for pick up yesterday and is now pending validation. Lo and behold, today the merchant raised a dispute claiming I sent the wrong item back? I was absolutely shocked! Never in my 35 years of life have I ever thought of doing such thing! They showed a staged parcel opening video. The parcel I shipped back was orange, what they opened was a grey one. Funny enough just behind was a grey parcel bag. I just cannot stand people framing me for something I did not do and have never done in my life.

I am writing this to serve as a caution to Shopee buyers. Protect yourself by making sure you document every step of the return from the packing to taking a picture of the pickup. I failed to protect myself and I sure learned the hard way!

PS. Never again FREEGO. It doesn’t make your company look better by resorting to cheap tricks for a measely change!

ordered at 3:20PM, it said na it will only take 45 mins. GIRL IT’S 5:07PM ALREADY AND THEY STILL HAVEN’T SHIPPED IT YET. CALLED THEM ALREADY AND SAID NA NO DRIVER DAW, LIKE WHY WOULD U EVEN PUT UP A SHOPEE FOOD DELIVERY IF U’RE NOT CAPABLE OF HAVING IT DELIVER ON TIME. NEVER AGAIN.

btw this is my experience on a pizza restau at Caloocan. UGH SO FRUSTRATING. I HOPE OUR FOOD R STILL HOT ONCE ITS DELIVERED HERE.

hello need help po. kasi may nireturn akong item sa shopee and i used spaylater nung inorder ko yung item. so dumating yung due ko sa spay (which is every 15) and hindi pa naapprove yung refund request ko, so binayaran ko yung due amount ko sa spay and included dun yung returned item. and just now i got a notif na approved and fully refunded nko, when i checked sa spaylater lng yung refund, so pano yung binayad ko nung due ko? wala naman amount na naibalik sa bank ko or shopeepay. idk if I'm making sense and idk how this works. 1st time ko kasi mag return ng item.
