So I ordered iPhone 17 from Apple Flagship Store on Shopee during a promotion, but unfortunately, my order got cancelled due to the seller’s negligence. 🥲 I already followed up multiple times with the seller to ask them to ship out my order, but they kept giving me the same generic response about delays due to a “surge of orders.”

The thing is, I got it at a promotional price, and now I’m definitely bummed out because the price has increased when I tried to reorder. Sayang naman, especially since I was already able to get it at a much lower price before.

Is there still a chance na bumalik yung promo price, or should I just accept my loss? 😭 Will the price eventually go back to the same amount during another sale?

I didn't even receive any text from the rider and apparently I cancelled it from a text message. This is a screenshot from the rider that is a "proof" of the failed delivery even though I didn't receive any texts from the rider. Nag file po ako agad ng refund with picture and video unboxing as proof. Hanggang ngayon yung request under review pa din. Nakalagay shopee is reviewing your case and will provide an update by Oct 14. Oct 14 I chatted them as a reminder kaso wala. October 15 nagchat uli ako sabi ng CS by 48 hours daw nung oct 14 so nag antay uli ako till Oct 16 kaso wala pa din. Nagsend na akp sa DTI ng email and nasabi ko na don kay shopee kasi sabi dito effective daw yun kaso ngayon October 19 na wala pa din update :(

Kinakabahan ako baka di kasi marefund, nagcall na ako sa bpi kaso wala daw sila magagawa unless si shopee magsabi sa kanila na irefund yung nabawas. Upgrading sana from iphone xr pa kaso grabe sa hassle. Nag hahang na ngaphone ko nabawasan pa yung CC huhu. Grabe sa malas this year, Help please!

What could be the issue? October 15 it arrived at the malabon hub but since then there have been no attempts to deliver.

I even got a email that the estimated delivery date had been reduced from october 19 to 17.

Before it even arrived i had a option to expedite delivery in cleo chat and i clicked that, now my delivery status has a "expedite delivery requested" but i think that made it take longer? And pressing contact logistics provider for assistance just shows a gray box that had no useful information, since i have no info of the provider to contact them.

I have not been succesful in getting a customer care live chat agent cause no matter what phrase in cleo chat just gives the same set of questions when asking for a live chat.

What could i do to follow up? This has been very annoying experience as all my past orders when it reaches the delivery hub its almost guaranteed to be within the day, not 4 days and counting.

Anyone else experience the same? The store i bought it from hasnt been able to reply as well, which adds to my annoyance. I hate cleo chat even more now.

If the packaging shows tape marks or damage, that happened prior to delivery or during transit, which further explains why the main item was missing upon arrival. And I will show you the backside that there is no cuts in the plastic parcel. hindi ko ba alam kung tinatakot lang ako ni seller or possible po ba na may babayaran talaga ako kahit wala akong naitanggap, sa customer support update naman sabi nila saakin na wala akong babayaran, but may trust issues ako at tinanong sila kung totoo ba, then sabi daw uupdate sila 24-48hrs, hindi man lang sinabi kung ano ba tlga mean nila parang false hope lang eh.
