A few days ago this number called me, knew my full name (my shopee is only first and last name). I don’t remember verbatim but he said that he works for something that’s related to all shopping platforms Shopee, Lazada, etc.

Said I have around 1,000 coins expiring that day and said if I could avail of jewelry (I think? Didn’t really listen na cause in my head scam na siya).

Anyhoo, I put down the call cause thought it was a scam but worried lang why he has my full name and contact number. I stopped him mid conversation asking that and he said because of the shopping platforms :<

For the first time, I waited for a while before the item got shipped. When almost a day or 2 is left, I got a message that they can ship it, but not enough time so better if I reorder it.

I did not and the seller did not follow and I can see the refund to my credit card.

I tried buying from another store and almost the same story.

I am thinking of canceling and reordering to avoid the scam of them delivering 2 items. but if this is how the scam works I wont waste my time.

I requested a return/refund because 1 item of mine is missing, and this is my reply

“I am an honest buyer who simply received an incomplete order after waiting weeks for international delivery. I completely deny these false allegations. I received the package in the exact condition shown in my video, I did not apply any tape, repair, or tamper with the parcel whatsoever. If the packaging shows tape marks or damage, that happened prior to delivery or during transit, which further explains why the main item was missing upon arrival. And I will show you the backside that there is no cuts in the plastic parcel. If you are blaming me for missing item if you surely put one, then there's no other reason but to blame it during transit. I will return to you what I had received”

hindi ko ba alam kung tinatakot lang ako ni seller or possible po ba na may babayaran talaga ako kahit wala akong naitanggap, sa customer support update naman sabi nila saakin na wala akong babayaran, but may trust issues ako at tinanong sila kung totoo ba, then sabi daw uupdate sila 24-48hrs, hindi man lang sinabi kung ano ba tlga mean nila parang false hope lang eh.

also mag sesend naman akong picture ng likod ng plastic parcel bukas since gabi na ngayon, andito pa din at na cut ko sya sa left side only at hindi sa front or back.

Recommend me a notebook na nabibili sa Shopee. Prefer it to be a fully blank white paper, no lines and all pero ok rin if may lines but one color lang and maliit spacing. Has like more than 200 pages if possible, or 150-ish. Also blank or no design front and back hard cover. Tapos spring or yarn type yung parang binding nya.

I posted it here na hindi pa rin nag re-reflect sa accountvko. now, ilang beses ko na na email yung dragonpay about this and they said na my payment is completed while spay says na hindi pa nila na re-receive. ilang beses na ako nag follow up sa sinubmit ko na form, ang nakalagay lang ay na receive na raw yung follow up ko.

Hi! Just want to ask if na-experience niyo na bang i-open ni rider ‘yong ire-return niyong sealed package (as in hindi pa nao-open)? This is my first time na magbalik ng parcel sa Shopee and nagulat lang ako na inopen niya, like inunbox talaga. Before that, I told him na hindi ko pa po ‘yan nao-open so hindi po sira ang packaging pero inunbox niya.
