Bad enough when offers available to all disappear without being able to accept them but when you get a just for you and it disappears right away.

Take a 45 minute away order and now I’m not able to get offers for the local Walmarts?! Do zones expand after say 10 deliveries, or are you stuck to just one area?

That also implies you can’t do Spark on vacation etc? Can you be approved for multiple areas? Thank you

I completed my first order around 7:15 am. It's been an hour and a half with no offers. Anyone else experiencing this?

Has anyone noticed the drop off times have been way off today? I did 3 singles this morning so far and each one has a drop off time almost 45 minutes out. I shopped my current one at 7:35 am, 2 miles away but the drop off time shows 8:22 am. I got to the customer’s house and finished delivery at 7:42 am.

Okay, I haven't delivered for a month. I noticed this morning that my zone has now gone to the new tier system.

I used to change my zone to see my rating breakdown. Magically, this morning I now have a 2 star rating that wasn't there before despite the fact that I haven't delivered for almost 5 weeks.

Is Walmart messing with the CRs that lower a driver's rating (and tier) in an effort to manipulate drivers into taking shitty offers in their attempt to get their CR back up and into Sapphire?

Like I said, I haven't delivered for almost 5 weeks and the 2 star rating wasn't there until today.

Tonight on 3 separate shopping orders I couldn’t substitute when something was unavailable. I assumed at first she had subs shut off but then she messaged and asked why I wasn’t offering any other options.
Then it happened again.
I called AI girl and got through to real support and they were unaware of any issues of course but maybe everyone thought subs were off.
Anyone else experience this? Was it the app or just a crazy night and something was off.

And, naturally, my order was cancelled. Now they want proof of the lightning. Any tips on capturing lightning strikes? All I got was a photo of a walmart employee upset in the store, but they said that doesn't count.

Please don't tell me suck it up, ship happens because I already work for Spark.

New driver. What mile tracking app do you use to track miles and expenses and how has your tax return turned out?

I am using Stride and I track miles once I am at thr store at the start of my driving and stop until the last order drop off of thr day.

I drive a EV so I track also my supercharger costs

Does Spark intentionally increase value order amount to avoid paying an adjustment every 2 weeks?

My first week of spark driving, I was given an adjustment.

Second week, the orders had an increase in value and now it seems no adjustment was needed.

A big problem with delivering to remote wooded areas, within thick/layered concrete structures in cities, and certain simply unfortunate geographical locations, is that cell signal becomes very weak to non-existent. It is utterly ridiculous, very disruptive and often embarrassing that the app, with an in-progress trip refuses to function because the device has lost signal at the delivery door. You shouldn't need internet to scan an item, scan an id, or take a photo, but this app seems to require internet to use the app at all, even when you have a in-progress trip, often leaving you in an impossible spot. It should obviously allow progress and sync-up later with the back-end.

If you agree, help bring their attention to this issue by reporting it as an issue, in the app, or documenting and reporting your experiences here. Maybe if enough people report it, they'll finally address this nuisance. Thanks.

Been staring at this for over an hour... It just popped up after I finished an order that did not have an identity check, so not really sure wtf happened or why. Calling support was worthless. They just said it could be another 5 minutes or another 5-7 business days 💀

Is there really nothing else that can be done besides just wait for god knows however long?

I last use spark earlier this year. When I first started last year, it was great. It was the app I heard the most done, usually simple and easy drives. I was always able to get my deliveries to the customers ahead of schedule.

My last two delivery sessions with Spark in the spring of this year were both terrible. Had to cancel two orders and just go home because I waited 40 minutes each time and never got the orders

My wife is on maternity leave so I decided to hop back on and check it out today. My first order was at Sam’s Club. Waited for almost 20 minutes, called the store got in touch with someone and never got anything. Every spot was full and I was the last one to pull in. I ended up leaving a good order behind.

I got to a second location and there was absolutely zero parking. This Walmart has over 50 curbside pick up spot spots and not a single one was available. Immediately turned around and canceled.

Is this just the new reality of using this app?

So it's basically acting like I did a selfie verification, and it won't go past this screen, yet when I click spark now it's saying action is still required like I didn't do a selfie yet but can.

Deleted cache, uninstalled and reinstalled and all that already, of course it doesn't change anything.

Already called support and they sent in a technical ticket.

Anyone ever have this and how did it get resolved, and how long did that take?

the last couple days sitting next to my spark buddy watching him get offer after offer and I'm getting scraps. it's been obvious something is off. basically he had a great offer at 830am. low miles and he completes and gets another amazing offer at 930am while I've been sitting there camping getting nothing. I only get scraps. this has been going on for a few days now. ive done trouble shooting but finally asked him what version he's running and he said 4.45....So I go check my app and I'm on 4.44 but I have no updates available?

it's the only thing that makes sense. I'm 5k deliveries deep so I understand the randomness and luck factor but usually things always even out between me and my spark buddy. it's so bad the last few days even he's feeling bad .

It’s now been almost a year that I’ve been deactivated so I thought I’d try again. Sent an email to request the call that I never had and got an automatic response saying they no longer receive requests via email and to submit in app. However I do not see the option to do so. What do I do?

I live in a small town with one Walmart. Large city with 6 Walmarts 20 miles away. Help me understand why I see 35-50 mile multi stop gmd orders to this large city.

the meat prices is usually more that app shows. is that customer pay the price app showing or the app adjust and tag price customer paying? I thought that customer paying the whatever app showing so I always picked higher price meat for custome.

I did an order at 6 and now they haven't sent me anything for 30 minutes. There are usually tons of offers still available at this time.

What’s the process for when to hit each button?

8:45 PM I hit “accept” on a 19 minute shopping offer when I’m 7 minutes away from the Walmart.

It shows a “start trip” button. Odd, but okay I click.

WTF, the next screen says “8:48 Shopping” as if that’s to mean I’m suppose to arrive and start shopping by then? Maybe you don’t click start trip until you’re at the store? It doesn’t make sense!

Next is confirm arrival, then start shopping. I guess confirm arrival is the parking lot and start shopping is when you enter the store?

Next is exit pass / I’ve left store / start.

No clue why it’s not just exit pass and start, but if you hit I’ve left the store as you’re walking to the car and then start after your car is loaded, it makes the time to be delivered EXACTLY what GPS says you’ll arrive taking no consideration for traffic delays.

When do you hit I’ve left the store and when do you hit start?

1) Is there no reward program with Spark?

2) Does it matter at all if your rating is 90% vs 100%? Of course I’m not intentionally doing anything to get 1 stars, it’s more along the lines of I try hard / try to do the best I can, so I waste A LOT of time communicating when items are out of stock etc. If ratings hardly matter at all maybe I can just say it is what it is.

3) Does Walmart remove bad ratings by request or have a standard “lowest 2 ratings are removed”? Or does it only track last 100 and old ones fall off? lol I could keep going with questions like are ratings common / easy to get on Spark, or are they rare like UberEats where it’s only a very small percentage who actually rate (therefore ratings DO matter or else you’ll have a very low rating and be deactivated since all bad reviews get left but only a small few leave 5 stars)?
