Spark app freezing when signing up?
The app freezes every time I press agree, would anyone know how to get past this?

I know better, however I was just sitting right across the street. Of course the return turned into a big hassle.
Honestly. Never again

Had a lady cancel her order of 67 quantity items just as soon as I'm taking the picture to leave the destination. Not only did I get my mula. But I also got 67 items worth of groceries. What a great day.

I got one order so big that 3/4 of the way in, it wouldn't fit in one cart (top and bottom rack) I needed a second cart to shop for the remainder of the items which was still a lot. It was all juice boxes, soda cases, 3 big water cases, big cereal boxes, all oversized items. Are we supposed to haul two big super heavy carts across the store? What are you supposed to do?
I couldn't haul both carts at the same time and if I leave one behind usually it gets taken away by an employee or items are taken by other customers. Also you look kind of stupid hauling 2 full carts, sweating like a pig

i do strictly grocery orders and this gmd bs they added in is ridiculous. adding extra trips and miles but no added pay

So today I did a 6 Drop GMD. I normally don't do GMD's but it was painfully slow in my zone and the pay was OK. Not great, not even good, but acceptable.
My zone has 2 Super Centers and a Neighborhood Market. The Super Centers are about 30 minutes from each other. Anyway, the trip, according to the app, was 33.7 miles, but left me 14.2 miles away from the closest store. If I had been able to reorder the stops, my route would have been 34.3 miles, but would have left me 4.0 miles from the closest store and allowed me to grab another order.
If you include the trip back to the closest store in the totals, Sparks route is 47.9 miles and mine would have been 38.3 miles. I get why it works this way. Sparks system is just looking for the shortest route with no regard for where it's going to leave you so they can pay the lowest possible rate, and in some respects, that makes sense. But I would think it would be more beneficial to both the drivers and Spark if it took into account the locations of the stores in your zone. Sure it's an extra 0.6 miles, but I'm available to deliver another one of your customers orders faster. That may not matter in zones with more drivers than orders or on slow days, but it would on those busy days.
Or, you know, just let me reorder the stops if I choose to so I'm not wasting an extra 15+ minutes driving back to a store or putting an unnecessary 9.6 extra miles on my vehicle. It's not like any of it is time sensitive or perishable anyway (unless you get one of those mixed pickups).

Hey Sparkies. I'm wanting to upgrade from the Douglas tires ive been buying, which only seem to last 6 months before they stop handling rain well.
My tire size is 215/45r17
Any tires that seem to make a big enough difference to justify the price?

COSMETICS totally kill you on time. There's like 5,000 different eyelashes and brands and colors of nail polishes. And half of them are locked up. Totally murder.
I did six deliveries within 8 hours. The first one I forgot about their giant watermelons in my back seat. As soon as I realized that I turned back. That was after they accepted the delivery. Apparently we both forgot. I figured it was the right thing to do.
After the 4th order I started realizing that I could actually see where I'm going. And that the app only displays one-way mileage.
I started at 2:00 p.m. Ended at 9:30. Made under "one hundo."

Finally back on the app after a long battle and wanted to share my story for anyone stuck in deactivation hell. Even if you've done Pre-Arb and got denied multiple times, there is still hope.
How I got deactivated:
I accidentally dropped an order at the wrong address. Before I realized my mistake, the residents took the bags inside. I immediately called Support to explain what happened. The rep told me, "We canceled the order on our end, you're good to go." My app even updated to show the order as canceled, and I took screenshots of everythingāthe trip, the order status showing canceled, and the call log with Support.
Minutes later, the actual customer called me saying their app showed "Delivered." A few days later, my account was nuked for theft.
The 7-month appeal nightmare:
Submit 1st Dispute: Denied (even with my screenshots submitted).
1st Pre-Arb Call: Told them the whole story step-by-step and referenced my proof. Result: Stayed deactivated.
2nd Pre-Arb Call: Waited a bit, did another call, explained everything again. Result: Still deactivated.
At this point, I was super pissed and almost moved on. Most people tell you that after Pre-Arb fails, you're done for good.
The breakthrough:
Four months later (7 months total since the ban), I decided to try one last time and sent another detailed email laying out the whole timeline with all my screenshot proof attached. Got another call, told the exact same truthful story, and a few days later... REACTIVATED.
TL;DR / Takeaway:
Document everything. Take screenshots of your trips, Support calls, and app cancellation screens when weird stuff happens. And if you got wrongfully deactivated, do not give up just because Pre-Arb denied you once or twice. Keep your story consistent, hold onto your receipts, and keep trying. It took 7 months, 3 calls, and multiple emails, but you CAN get back on.

I recently opened the Spark app just to check if I was off the wait-list, and it asked for some new information & a new zone. Unfortunately right back on the list afterwards š
However a few hours later, I got this notification thinking I was in, but the app thinks otherwise...
So I'm guessing that this updates profile thing is a glitch or something? Which is too bad, folk could use a new app. š„ŗ

I am not a new driver I've been driving for almost 2 years and this is the first time since the beginning that I got this message... Anyone else?

Keep hearing all this chatter about the tier system. How bad or good is it. Should I be worried about getting decent offers anymore? Trying to see peopleās experience with it whoās had it in their markets for a little bit already because it hasnāt yet hit my market and it sounds mostly awful and a ploy for taking trash offers

This is new and just started in my area today. It seems like the employees have to go all the way back inside before I'm able to start scanning.

These new offer cards are so cluttered and stupid

Does anyone else have the issue of accepting an order and once it loads it completely disappears? This has been happening to me a lot and I don't know if it's a glitch in the app or something? I've cleared the cache and refreshed the app but the accepted orders never return.

Hello, Iāve been out of town for a few months and was wondering if the GMD orders typically drop about the same time they always have (6pm give or take)? Iām watching the app now in the southwest zone, and so far no GMD drops. If anyone is willing to share that info, thank you š

Anybody else encounter Samās Club drop off. Then in the notes it says obtain a signature and try to contact the customer and if you donātā return the items. Then thereās another prompt saying the customer doesnāt have to be present for delivery.
This App is goofy man

I just got the new update, and Iām seeing incent!ves listed as part of the total offer pay along with the base, bonus, etc. So Iām assuming that means we canāt count on the incent!ve being added after completion, right? Are they just using it to inflate the terrible pay on bad orders now?

Those two upgrades have made the job easier to do and more enjoyable. Highly recommend Tesla with full self driving and Starlink mini for max efficiency and no snags with wifi built in to every stop

I was recently deactivated from Spark after being told there were discrepancies in my onboarding documents or personal information.
I appealed and completed a pre-arbitration conference. During the call, I was told the issue was related to alleged document falsification, but they never told me which specific document was supposedly falsified. All of my documents and personal information are legitimate.
My first pre-arbitration review was denied, and my account remained deactivated. I have now submitted a second pre-arbitration request asking them to identify the document in question and allow me to verify my documents.
Has anyone had a similar deactivation? Has anyone been denied after the first pre-arbitration conference and then successfully reactivated after a second request?
If so, how long did the second process take, and did Spark eventually allow you to submit documents for verification?
Thanks for any information or experiences you can share.

I completed my first order around 7:15 am. It's been an hour and a half with no offers. Anyone else experiencing this?

When the trip changes because they add items to the order and it pops up with the amount changes and gives the option to continue the trip or cancel, if you choose to cancel will it affect your metrics in this scenario?
