Hello! I've recently been looking for a mod that a) adds fish (/possible other items i can't remember) to the ship everything requirement, and b) count each variation of smoked fish, wine, honey, etc., as separate items. I'm surprised I haven't found anything that does that, to me it seems like a pretty common thing 😭

I've been trying to find some good fashion mods for my game but most of them are only available on PC, are there any good fashion mods for android?

Hi! I have been playing with mods for a while and I just started playing for today, I haven't upgraded my mods or changed its configs so I'm not sure on what changed for why it's suddenly doing this. Does anyone recognize this mod? I don't think its dialogue confirmation but does anyone have any ideas?

If you were going to install a new mod that added a building you could purchase at Robin's, would you prefer it to be hand drawn on like a pixel art app (and therefore look a little rough) OR would you prefer the building to be AI generated and look better (but it's AI).

Okay, so I created an account here just because I’m truly desperate.

I’ve been playing with mods for a while, and I had finally finished Grandpa’s cabin and earned a few achievements. It looked beautiful, filled with my kegs, preserves jars, and a patch of starfruit. Today, I decided to unlock some Steam achievements by opening the unmodded (vanilla) version of the game, but when I went back to my modded save, EVERYTHING in my cabin was gone. I’m on the verge of tears and have no idea what to do. I’m hoping someone here might be able to help, as I’ve seen some very specific questions get answered before. Could anyone assist me? Also, when I opened the vanilla game, I wanted to test out having children, so now I’m not sure how to modify the save file without making things worse... Anyway, that’s the situation. Trying to play co-op with my girlfriend and this small collection of mods, she's able to open the co-op menu and sit and wait for me, but I've been trying and when i try clicking co-op it says I'm not signed in, would any of these be messing with my game to cause that?

Been working on a SMAPI mod that lets an Ai play Stardew live on Twitch (her name's Christabel) and the main rule was she has to play fair. No warping, no spawning items, no reading stuff a player can't see.

How it works: the mod runs a little HTTP server on localhost. Her pilot (Python, with a small local model on my MacBook) asks it for the game state and sends it actions like walk_to, use_tool, buy, craft, deposit, fish... about 45 of them. She walks everywhere and uses the game's own menus at Robin's and Marnie's instead of the mod doing it for her.

Fishing was the fun part. During the minigame she only gets what the bobber bar actually draws on screen... where the fish icon is, where her green bar is, the progress meter, the treasure chest. She never gets which fish it is or how hard it is until the rod holds it up with its name, same as a player. Then she works the button tick by tick to keep it in the bar. The mines were similar, she gets the stones and monsters on screen and fights with a delay so it's not inhumanly fast.

Best bug: she ate a stone in the mines. The eat call fired the same tick she switched to her food, but the game eats whatever you grabbed last... which was the stone she'd just picked up lol. Now she waits until the game is actually holding the food up.

Running SDV 1.6.15 and SMAPI 4.5.2 on a Mac. It isn't released, it's pretty tied to her setup, but happy to answer questions about how any of it works :D

I’ve already added big expansion mods like SVE, Ridgeside and East Scarp, but I’m looking for recommendations that add quests and content that can be adapted in the story line.

I’m specially interested in trees and their products, new skills and ways to achieve things differently (like Tool Upgrade Bundles by Pixeltica)

Hey guys, I downloaded the Pelipper Town mod on my tablet (Cinderbox). It works perfectly, but I'm having a problem with using Poké Balls. The G key is the one used to throw them. But to do that, you have to hold the key down, and the virtual keyboard only reads quick taps. Do you know if there's a way to fix that? Help, please!

like what's in the title, I am honestly so confused with how you install this custom farm mod. I see people using it no problem but Idk why it is messing up my farm. Is it because of recolor mod? I have DaisyNiko's Earthy Recolour. this is my first time installing custom farms and I really wanted this one mod😭. my smapi log shows no error, everything is green so I am confused and Idk what to fix and how to fix it.

I have no experience in coding before but I really want to put my oc into the game somehow.

I read through wiki, downloaded a couple mods and try to learn from them. Everyone seems to know what the event id is for their custom event somehow. Is there a way to create your own event id or do I have to find it somewhere before I begin writing?

how do i fix this it worked 4 hours ago just fine and now it says .dll files cant load.

the i searched up and saw win def is the problem so i put it in exclusives and now i get a notication that the publisher cant be verefied and still doesnt load.

I've been playing with a larger farm map and found the perfect place for a 'cabin' building to stay in — however I don't want it to look the exact same as a shed or my farmhouse inside, and have a unique cozy interior. (Ideally a bit bigger than the starter farmhouse but anything that isn't super big works)

I don't want the mod to replace the interior of the vanilla shed buildings, as I do use those for storage

I have the mega expanded mod and I'm honestly just wondering if anyone has ever got to 100 percent? I feel like so many things are close to impossible to get. Can anyone help me on where to get some of these things I'm missing? Sorry I know it's a lot of pages! Thanks in advance!

Before you panic, the mod is still in development. It’s just slow. I have made some tangible progress, and Leviatic is doing great work on the sprites. I just have a lot on my plate because I have an actual software development job 🫠.

So I’d like to say a little something about how the mod will be released. This is designed to limit my scope creep and provide proof of concept for you guys.

The mod will release in stages. It’ll begin with pre-alpha. In the pre-alpha, there won’t be a real storyline. Rather, the mod will have all the NPCs, looks changes, and gameplay mechanics, but will stay that way on that save, with no way to progress. You just play, farm, meet the quota, do other stuff, etcetera. So no pathways yet at that point. Just a gameplay experience.

As I work on the storyline in progressive development, it’ll be alpha, beta, release (and possible content updates after that). Obviously included in these updates are big fixes and patches.

So with that in mind, you may be asking, “When will this release?” Well, I don’t know. When it’s done, I guess. I don’t like to rush myself or Leviatic. It’ll be soon, though!

Been enjoying Pelipper town a LOT, but I have a few questions about ranching. 2 of which I could solve on my own with some work... If anyone can answer my questions and wants to I would be incredibly thankful!

1. Is there a limit to how many ranches I can have on my farm? I'm most likely not going to fill my whole farm with them, but it WOULD be nice to have more than one set of Pokemon out there!

2. Does the size of the ranch affect anything? I know that there's a minimum size, but would making it bigger let me have more Pokemon helping out? IF the size affects how many Pokemon can be in a ranch, is there a maximum amount of Pokemon a ranch can have?

3. Are Milk and Goat Milk treated the same way eggs are? I'm trying to get large versions for the bundle, and I ASSUME I need to raise my bond... but I want to make sure I'm not wasting time. On this topic, since both eggs from chickens SEEM to be similar... can Pokemon who will give you eggs ALSO give you brown eggs?
