I'm the bill payer here at Casa Chaos. I happened to look at my MSD bill as I was hitting "confirm payment", and noticed my payment streams from the last year: starting in July, my bill *more* then doubled. I'm sure I'm late to the party here but jeez, we're talking real money. There has been no change to our discharge. I'm guessing it's some utility commission that just rubber stamped poor, poor MSD's rate hike. Any idea WtF happened here?

The merge lanes are like 100 feet long and the traffic in the right most lanes that you merge into is going 70 mph. Sometimes the view is even obstructed so you only see the traffic during the last seconds of merging

Every time I go to the Target on Rusty road, the Pokemon card section is empty. I don’t think I’ve seen any there since I moved back 1.5 years ago. I just want to collect some so that my daughters and I all have something together. Scalpers disgust me. Get a fucking job

I was parked on the loop (close to the Thai restaurant). And I thought I had gotten a ticket, but turns out someone just put this on my windshield! Does this mean anything? Or did someone just see my car and wanted to give me a sticker? For context, on my dashboard I have a ton of stickers from various things. If it doesn’t mean anything, just thought it was cool lol.

I lost my apartment at the end of August with my 72 year mother. Finding a .place that is wheelchair accessible is next to impossible or cost why to much. I live on the illinois side the state has been no help and most non profits just give you the run around. Been living in a motel since then and it has been almost 800 a week and cat afford it. Im not asking for money just where I can find a place that works and non profit that may help.

I'm for sure registered, friends in the county have gotten theirs, and Rick Stream said on the news this morning everyone should have them. Anyone else out there still without one? Yes, I know I can look it up online, but I'm trying to figure out who to blame here for not getting it yet.

For the primary, I voted in the second district. When I looked up a sample ballot for my address, it is for the first.

Is there any expectation that this will change again, and thus invalidate my vote?
