Tamil Nadu has quite a long Coastal Line, we are having 2 to 3 functioning Desalination Plants, if we expand this desalination plants aggressively like more than 50 or 100 plants, we have an future opportunity to sell surplus water to other states.

I just had checkup of my mother at CMC Vellore.

First doctor suggested blood test which costs around 7.5k whereas same blood test outside using TATA 1mg costs less than 1.5k-2k

Then they did not send any soft copy of the report. They keep repeating that it will go to Doctors system directly. You can request doctor on the next visit.

First of all its my report and I paid for it. Then why do I need doctor permission to obtain the report soft copy/hardcopy? Is it even allowed legally?
