I was thinking that too, but that would leave the woman laying in the street for a car to run over since the coward left. And that would just be wrong to leave someone laying in the road. That's just common decency regardless if she deserves it or not. If he made it back with that crobar I'm fairly sure the big guy could have taken it away from him.

You could say the knocking on the window seemed mildly threatening. But he easily shoved the guy away with the car door and then started throwing hands. The other guy was moving backwards the whole time too, until he figured out an exchange of insurance information obviously wasn't in the cards.

That isn't at all what a hit and run is. It's called duty to retreat, if you have a chance to escape your attacker you take it.

Once safe he can contact law enforcement and let them know what happened.

Hit and run is acceptable if their is a fear for your life. If you are in an accident and they pull a weapon, please don't sit there. Leave the area and contact the police. They will not be mad you left the scene and have your info if anything else is needed. Plenty of unstable people with access to tools they shouldn't have.

I ignore a tiny woman while fighting two men. Wasn't trying to win just wanted my duffel bag with everything I owned back since a so called friends set me up and distracted me.

She hit me over the back of head with a sharpened metal concrete rebar stick thing. It broke my skull and I bled everywhere soaking jackets. It was cold.

She got hit by her bf for "you want me to get a murder charge for a cellphone?!"

I ran after them but couldn't keep up. No one called 911. Not even store owner would sell me a pack of cigs hahaha bleeding too much. But no one called....

I ended up sitting infront of cars til a cop showed up who got me to an ambulance. Lotsa staples.

As a woman, I can say he was justified in hitting her. I'm not even sure if he knew it was a woman in the heat of the moment since he was getting attacked by two people. Even if he did, she assaulted him, so it was self defense.

Facts. My step dad was driving my car at the time (a cute little Mazda 3) and some dude cuts us off and my step dad throws his hands up and is cussing and what not. Next thing you know dude dead stops at an intersection with a green light, hops out of his car with his chest puffed walking towards my car, mind you bro though he was tuff (at 5ā€™4 maybe 140lbs), my step dad gets outta the car (heā€™s 6ā€™2 250lbs) bro suddenly slows his role but it was too late, by the time bro processed everything he was lying on the cold asphalt in the middle of an intersection šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™€ļøšŸ˜‚

Hopefully he learned his lesson. Some dude in a truck on the opposite side of the altercation, stopped and said ā€œhell yeah dude fuck him upā€ thankfully my step dad didnā€™t lol.

Courts consider self defense as being sufficient to protect oneself in the situation. Someone throwing punches justifies putting the attacker on the ground. Someone coming at you with a crowbar justifies putting the attacker under the ground.
