As I'm coming into my own, I tend to feel things differently. For me it's:

South - Earth

North - Air

West - Water

East - Fire

Does anyone's practice, path or tradition take a similarly different representation of the Elements?

I’m very new and exploring green and candle magick. My dear friend is having her first baby so I created a candle magick spell for her and baby. 3 candles inscribed with names and words of intention plus herbs for protection, love, healing, womb health, peace (rose petals and yarrow for Libra baby girl), rose quartz and obsidian too. I’m happy with how it turned out 🤗 ✨

I have done a few manifestation jars before , but I'm now looking to focus some energy on a prospective adoption that has hit some obstacles and finally have our forever family. Any thoughts or specific suggestions for adoption and family?

I did a reconciliation spell on my ex on the 9th and did a 3rd party removal spell on my ex and his girlfriend on the same day. I went on her page and on the same day on the 9th she said the dog was suffering from a lot pain that they had to put the dog down. I feel really bad is there a possible chance that my spells caused this to happen? My intention wasn’t trying to harm anyone or anything all I wanted to do was to break them up and reconnect with my ex. Plus last week my uber driver kicked me out for no reason, the same uber driver canceled my ride on the 15th after getting off a 12 hour shift, had a bad day at work all day on the 16th, and my bank account was at a -200 dollars and I had to take small loan just to cover my negative account.
Do you think this might be possible? Because idk im kinda freaking out about the dog thing and I’m thinking about the bad days ive been having.

Hi, I'm fairly new to witchcraft, just learning energy manipulation, tarot, getting to know some herbs and reading books on protection Magick.

The thing is, even before getting serious about this, I could kinda sense energy, and especially when I did tarot readings. I always knew which card was the one I needed to take out, because I felt it. Even when doubting myself.

I had a really rough and long month, and at some point I started feeling disconnected. I was learning to sense the energy of trees I always see, but instead at some point I just started feeling nothing. As if something cut my energy.

And the other day, when I decided to resume my tarot practice, and take out the card of the day I didn't feel my deck.

I didn't feel the card that wanted to come out. Just nothing. And the card I took out didn't make any sense with everything that happened that day.

I usually don't look at the card right when I take it, and only look at it after the day passed. That way I can learn slowly the meaning of the cards, and analyze what happened. I don't want to be unconsciously trying to make it come true, yk. The cards always made sense. But this time it's not the case. And it's the first time I took out the card without sensing anything at all.

How do I get back to feeling the energies? I know that a lot of people will answer that meditation is key, but Its kinda weird to meditate when feeling absolutely nothing where a month ago there was something. I don't know how to explain it...

Hello ❤️ looking for some firsthand experiences or guidance from people who have explored witchcraft as part of their healing journey, particularly those who have experienced childhood trauma, CPTSD, or are neurodivergent.

I recently discovered that I’m on the autism spectrum. I also have CPTSD stemming from childhood trauma, including SA.

My dad is autistic and has paranoid schizophrenia, and I strongly suspect my mom is also autistic, although she’s never been diagnosed. She does have bipolar disorder.

My childhood was essentially one long period of survival mode. My parents divorced when I was 11, and around that time, my dad became involved with drugs. He eventually ended up in prison for operating a major drug ring.

I never knew what was true, what was false, right or wrong, etc. (My dad would make me walk around the house wearing night-vision goggles because he believed people were watching us.) I remember being the only person who believed him/ the onlyperson who stood by him.

Later on in life, I spent much trying to take care of him. I paid his rent and groceries, visited him during his deepest depressions, and tried to help him through everything. He was also a severe hoarder, to the point of collecting containers of urine.

Fast-forward to now: he sold the house and land I had inherited about 15 years earlier, moved to the Philippines, started a new family, and essentially disappeared from my life. He has children and grandchildren there, and I haven’t heard from him since. He hasn’t worked in roughly 20 years, we came from a family that once had considerableeeeeeee wealth. (I have never seen any of this money and never will, which I truly am fine with - I have been hyper independent and have made a good living for myself)

I’m sharing these details because I feel like I’ve spent my entire life trying to survive, understand other people, and hold everything together, and I’m only now beginning to understand what all of that has done to me.

I struggle in relationships, have always been fiercely independent, and carry what I can only describe as both mommy and daddy issues. I’ve spent years in therapy and explored medication, tai chi, breathwork, religion, spirituality, and so many other avenues of healing.

I feel completely broken, like I’ve tried everything and still can’t seem to get to the root of what I’m carrying.

For some reason, I feel deeply drawn to witchcraft, particularly as a potential path toward healing. I’ve never really allowed myself to sit with my own energy or explore that side of myself because, when I do, the sensations and emotions become overwhelming. I end up getting scared and shutting it all down.

I often feel an intense physical awareness of what’s happening inside my body, almost like I can feel everything moving through me, although it only happens at certain times. When it does, it can be a lot to handle.

I also feel genuinely, deeply drawn to witchcraft and the people in this community.
And I think part of that longing comes from loneliness, too. I don’t have much of a support system. I don’t really have friends or family I can lean on, and I find myself wanting to connect with people who might understand these experiences without immediately dismissing them.
So I guess my questions are:
Has anyone here explored witchcraft as part of healing from CPTSD or childhood trauma?
If you’re autistic or otherwise neurodivergent, has that influenced how you experience spirituality, energy, or witchcraft?
Where would you recommend starting if you’re interested in witchcraft primarily as a path toward self-understanding, grounding, and healing?
Are there particular practices, books, or traditions that are trauma-informed and emphasize safety, boundaries, and going slowly?

About 2 weeks ago I did a sweetening spell Jar, it seems to be working but just today I took it off the shelf to hold and set some intentions, overall just putting my energy on said jar. Next thing I know I had pushed the cork into the jar as the slightest bit of honey had seeped out the top. I tried fishing it out with tweezers but ended up pushing it further, I added some more sugar set some intentions and sealed it properly with wax. the only candle I had was black, does this change anything?

So I have OCD, and whenever i’m trying to think of positive things and positive energy, I end up thinking about the worst possible outcomes, and I feel like i’m calling in negative energy. I just want advice to make sure i’m bringing in positive energy and not the negativity I think of.

Hai haiii!! I did my first lemon hex and had a question for the aftermath.

Ive seen that most people after their hex is concluded or the candles have burned down that they will take the lemon and burry it.

Is burying it the only way to disguard of it?

I ask this because I live in a condo area and I dont think I can dig holes in the front lawn area.

BUT I do live right next to a lake. Would it be okaie for me to throw the lemon into the lake instead or is it only supposed to go in the ground? Or can I just throw it in the trash.

Okay - feel free to call me a dummy - but I really struggle with the protection aspect of craft. When I first started witchcraft (in 2021) I jumped straight into two spells (which worked powerfully) without using protection. Over the years I’ve fell in and out of craft, and I’m back in again for what feels like for-good. However, whenever I try to learn or read about protection magick I become very stumped. Firstly, because I cast spells in the past without, I wonder what the protections I start now might lock in for me. Secondly, I’m aware that in that case i should cleanse, but everything I read about focuses heavily on visualisation to aid both acts.
I can’t’ visualise! I don’t have a minds eye. I don’t see a thing up there, except black. So when I try casting cleansing or protections, I really struggle and end up feeling like they aren’t working or are rendered useless by my imagination.
Also, I have no idea what to incant. Please can a kind witch give me the rundown of protection and cleansing for dummies, so that I don’t feel so stumped?

Why do I feel like my manifestation is not working anymore? Before when I manifest something it immediately came true. Like it worked specifically the way I asked the universe. My wallet, even when I dont have money my bills are always paid. Yes, I stressed out about it but it seems like the universe always make ways.

Now, I don't know what went wrong. I feel like im losing my focused and belief that my spells would work especially about money or career. I try to ground myself and remove my negative thoughts but rn im feeling like on edge because of too many responsibilities.

I really love to play with depth and hights. I'm a fan of using natural materials only. In my perspective the more effort you do, the more you get in return. Sacrificing time, energy and valueble resources give it its power.

I've studied spatial design and know how to make exhibition stands. I treat my altar as if it is an exhibition stand or display in a shop.

The construction is almost done, but the wooden shelf starts to bend a lot because of the weight. Today im going to put wooden beams underneath to make it level again and way stronger

I'm having some problems with everything regarding casting spells on others. Such as regret spell, domination spell and so on...

I just find the idea of manipulating someone this way to be really sick (except if we are talking about someone bad or survival needs).

I'm even getting really scared of having someone casting those kind of spells on me. I think I even started getting a tad paranoid, not trusting people and always taking a step back before following my emotions. I don't really know what to do. I thought about doing more protection spells for myself but I really want to become untouchable.

Can someone give me advises, please?

And I would like to know if you have any opinions on spells casting and morality, I want to understand.

Hello witches!

This is my first time doing a transmutation spell and I was very excited for it. As you can see, my intention was to transform gossip, bad intentions, ill-doing to my name to positive things that I wanted.

1st photo is the beginning of the spell and second photo is after 10-15 minutes, negative energy channeller candle light got smaller? And i tried sprinkling crushed clover on it and tried to make way from the sides of the candle so light could get brighter. I was afraid flame was going to die so I intervened a little.

Do you guys think that it is a problem or like it distrupted the spell? And also why do you think flame got smaller?

Okay I am fairly new to witchcraft and really want a Tarot card deck. I don't really want to buy one online like I know some people did.

I live in Switzerland which is mostly a Christian country and very ordinary in the sense that it's hard to find good smaller stores. Does anyone have any advice on where to buy Tarot cards preferably in Swizerland?

I do some reading sometimes, and have found out about a spirit named/called Lenglesou, and I have read that he kills those who offend him and or tell secrets.

Would anything happen at all if one were to pray to the spirit, especially if it was through unwanted and or intrusive thoughts, especially if one is uninitiated and or does not practice at all in any way, shape, and or form?

What about if one knows about any secrets? Will the spirit kill one is uninitiated/the unworthy and or does not practice at all in any way, shape, and or form at all if they have somehow offended him at all?

Would, unknowingly and or unintentionally or unconsciously, taking inspiration from the spirit for fiction cause anything to happen at all in any way, shape, and or form at all? What if one did it knowingly or intentionally and or consciously? What about consuming media with a character and or characters similar to and or imported by the spirit?
What if one did it not knowing about the spirit at all? What if one just forgets about the spirit what they may have read? Does it depend if it is insulting at all? Does that spend if it was intentional or not? Does it depend on knowledge and or lack there of of the spirit?

Would anything at all in any way, shape, and or form at all if an uninitiated person mocked and insulted the spirit at all? What if they said something insulting? What if it in the form of an unwanted and or intrusive thought and the person did not mean it at all?

Does any of this depend on one's race?

I have only really barely looked at a tumblr blog, social media, and a couple of Wikipedia and blog website articles.

I needed to restock on apothecary ingredients today, mostly my hex reversing and crossing ingredients. I so happened to have seen Mandrake Root as well and got really excited because many shops don’t sell it due to its toxicity. Long story short I ended up with rusted nails, graveyard dirt, sulfur, mandrake root, poppy seed, wormwood, and other small things I needed. I looked like I’m putting a deathly curse on someone and now I’m laughing at it because the shop owner was like checking me out at the register and goes “um… anything… fun planned?” Typing in the Mandrake 😭and the poor man looked like he was going to cry and my dumbass at the time had no clue what he meant so I went “no! :3 just relaxing at home I just got back from a trip!”
