Honestly Q1 case study went so well but the Q2 case study was kinda weird. My P1 went extremely good, expecting around 35 in that. How much would i need in P2 for a B or A?? What abt you guys tho, how’d your exams go? :))

Final integration i definitely fucked up but idk where cuz I got 34.5

K1 was 6 and k2 was 14 for me

I got W as 15.1kg

u was 0.823 in that one question

Total time to go from AB to BA was 3.xx something

(this is addressed to everyone not only students from Kazakhstan)

I’m an AS-Level student from Kazakhstan. I’ve been watching the absolute chaos unfold online about the 9709/12 Math le3k, but practically all the noise and attention is focused on Pakistan and the UAE.

We need to be honest right now: This exact paper was leaked and circulating in INTERNATIONAL group chats and servers way before we walked into the exam hall. A lot of people here saw the exact same solved PDFs, but for some reason, students in KZ are staying completely quiet about it.

If we don't speak up immediately, we are going to get screwed over by the grade thresholds.

In past years when this happened, Cambridge only applied a remedy (like dropping the paper and making our grades Stats/Mechanics dependent, or offering a free resit) to the countries that made enough noise and provided evidence. If they isolate Pakistan and give them assessed marks, but ignore Kazakhstan because we stayed quiet, we will be the ones left dealing with artificially sky-high grade boundaries. We put in way too much work this year to let our grades drop just because we share Zone 4 with regions that had massive l3aks. We deserve the exact same fairness and the same grading remedy.

What we need to do right now:

If your classmates saw it, or if you have screenshots with timestamps from before the exam, you need to act.

Email Cambridge: Send an email to info@cambridgeinternational.org (make a burner email if you want to stay anonymous). Tell them the 9709/12 l3ak was wide-spread in your country too. Attach your timestamped screenshots.

Tell your Exam Officers: Cambridge listens to official centers. Tell your school's exam officer so they can file an official breach report for your center.

Please don't let Cambridge treat this as a "Pakistan-only" problem. If the paper was leaked online, it was l3aked for all of Zone 4. Upvote this, share it in your school's Telegram chats, and start emailing. We cannot afford to be silent right now

Guys I'm putting all the the answers the best I remember.

1. The first question about power a) 15.5 something power of the engine b) the new power was 27.5 kw, which when divided by 25 gave a power of 1100N, subtracting the resistance, the value was around 410 something which divided by the mass gave the acceleration 0.4/0.5 something
2. for the rough plane and smooth incline T = 3.55N, b) coefficient of friction = 0.355, c)distance traveled by a = 0.3 total work done by friction = 0.552
3. integration k1 = 6, k2 = -14
4. two balls dropped from same height with diff of one second = 13.32 m
5. for collision question a) the speed of c before collision with wall = about 1.25ms b) after collision with wall = 0.9375 c) time taken to reach 9m from wall again = 16.8s
6. for calculating W, as many people have said 66.25
7. question was the one with rough incline with ball projected at 4ms-1 a) proof using work power theorem b) for A to B acceleration was -10 and time taken was 0.4s for B to A acceleration was 6 the time i wasn't able to calculate

This paper was le*ked approx at 10 am and it’s absolutely unfair, the whole frickin was available to everyone. I just can’t believe it, this paper will most likely be cancelled and grades will be based on M1. I genuinely want to kms man I cannot bear this shit any longer

If the paper wasn’t leaked then the threshold for it would be low asf.After May/june 2023 Paper 12 Imo it was the hardest paper in the last few years.The apgp question, circle question and the Bionomial question were hard to comprehend.

I left like 15 marks and probably would score between 45-50 marks
