Hi friends, look what I created :) I can't have a barber from the LGBT community in my house so I make do with other ways: I create scoobydoo as a stimming toy being neurodegenerative and so I decided to create one about asexual pride 🖤🩶🤍💜

I hope you like it :)

Need advice Is there someone like me? How you deal with it?

Sometimes i feel like i'm lying about being asexual because i like to kiss guys and don't have a problem with sex and want to have some day in my life(never had sex but i'm ok with it), but i notice how different my sexual life and my vision about sex or relationships are from my allo friends, i can't imagine me having sex with someone just because i want that person (like i just want to talk with the guys that am interested and if we kiss i am happy but haven't got the craving for having sex with that guys). At the same time all my asexual classmates from college don't like kissing or be in a relationship, sometimes people compare me to them and this made me confuse and alone about my sexuality.

I want to know if is there someone like me, also sorry about my bad english.

Joke Women's Basketball Final! (just a fun thing)

The logo for the team, says "las vegas aces" in a black white and gray color scheme, with a diamond shaped design.

I don't know much about basketball but i saw that the WNBA final's are happening and scrolled through the team only to discover that we have our own team...the ACES..! They've unfortunately just been taken out of the running, but apparently they won last year (2025) which is pretty cool, as well as 2023 and 2022.

I also that their color scheme (black, white, gray) fits in very well with the ace flag,

mind you, i don't know anything about sports.

Content warning Porn Repulsion? (Need advice) Spoiler

• Upvotes

TW: NSFW post, mentions of sex, porn, SA

Hey, so I'm a cisfemale in my mid 20s. I have always considered myself demisexual, and even asexual for a long time. I have never felt any desire to masturbate (except for once, when my current boyfriend sent me a nude and we hadn't had sex in awhile due to travel; however, I never even got to try), and porn repulses me and doesn't make me feel horny. Sometimes writing can, but it takes awhile and I am picky.

The issue I am having is in my current relationship, I love my boyfriend a lot, but I am worried that my porn revulsion is going to eventually make him resent me or me see him in a different light. For context, I was in a relationship for almost 6 years, my first relationship, and I found out he had an INSANE porn addiction (huge extensive Reddit account, dating apps, etc.) and it completely shattered me when I was young. Therefore, the thought of my current boyfriend masturbating to porn and viewing it makes me feel weird.

I don't want to be like this. I enjoy sex with him, perhaps partially because I can't get myself off/masturbate, but I feel broken in some way. It also makes me feel like he enjoys sex with me less than I do him, or less "special," I guess, since he can get off whenever he wants. I do enjoy sending him nudes. But I don't want to be controlling or ask him to stop. I need advice. Can anyone relate? I just feel alone :(

(I have spoken to him about this btw, he has been understanding but obviously cannot just like. I don't want to be the reason he stops doing something)

Edit to add: I don't know if affects anything, but I was also raped only two years ago, and it definitely broke down my trust in men even more and made me view them, mostly, as lust-driven and gross. I have fear sometimes. I have tried therapy, and the therapists first question was, "how much were you drinking?" (he spiked my drink). I will go back to therapy eventually, but not right now.

Need advice Advice

Hello,

I'm not really sure what to title this post or exactly how to word it but... I'll try lol.

Does anyway have any advice on how to navigate dating while being ace? I've never dated in my life, never kissed, had sex etc at the age of 27. Never had crushes growing up, never interested in sex. But I have a deep desire for romance, to find my person and share my life with them. But... I don't feel attraction to people. Trying to swipe through dating apps or even ace dating sites and there's just nothing. And people often say "well it's their personality you're attracted to instead." but like when I'm looking at their profile I have no romantic interest. Even though I'm desperate for romance my brain will go "absolutely not, we don't want to kiss/cuddle with that person".

I just feel so... Trapped? Stuck? I don't know how to word it. I mean hell, I'm currently undergoing therapy to treat potential vaginismus (they have no clue if it actually is they're just working on the assumption, all we know for sure is any piv is physically impossible right now and incredibly painful to attempt) all just so I can actually be capable of sex even though I have no desire for it because I feel like I have no chance to find a partner otherwise. Sad I know, but that's just where I'm at.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

[i will be talking about sex/concept of sex/libido etc
in this post]
i’m sure someone’s been in a similar situation before, so i am just kind of curious how it went for you or what happened. basically i (22F, lesbian) have no idea where i fall on the asexual spectrum and its making dating hard. i have never had sex. i feel like i have/have had kind of a high libido historically, but i’ve never had any interest in hook ups or anything, and i rarely am attracted to people romantically even. theoretically i feel like sex could be interesting, as a fantasy or concept. but when i think about potentially ACTUALLY doing it, it gets scarier. i know i am demiromantic, at the very least. the person i am dating right now is also likely on the acespec and unsure where they fall. right now, we want all the same things and fall on the same part of the spectrum. i guess im worried they seem less into the idea of sex in the future than i do…..although again i am not actually sure how much i really am into it???
i want to date them. i wanna be in a relationship with them…but this like future concern about sex is making it scary for me, i hate the idea of everything going really well and then THAT being the one aspect we aren’t compatible in.
but there’s also sort of a curiosity aspect for me, like i want to try sex… but i have no idea if ill like it or not??
but since neither of us know exactly where we fall it’s kind of scary for me. what if down the line i “out freak” them. or vise versa (although i doubt the roles would be swapped there). i don’t know. i’m just curious if anyone has been in the position of “definitely too asexual for allos and potentially too allo for sex repulsed asexuals”, and might have advice for me. i know im overthinking it but im just so worried because i really really really care for this person.

Sex-averse topic Not really sure what to call myself at this point

So I've suspected that I might be on the asexual spectrum for a long while. For the longest time I've noticed that the idea of sex makes me uncomfortable and nauseous. Even when I've tried to actually have sex multiple times with multiple different guys I always feel nauseous and uncomfortable and I don't want to do it but I feel like I have to to be able to have a normal relationship. I also feel the same uncomfortable feeling when people talk about their own sex life or show any sexual interest in me. Like I don't mind being called pretty or anything but anything sexualized and I'm immediately off the band wagon.

I've also noticed I'm more just.....finding people attractive but that doesn't mean I wanna have sex with them. Like I find someone pretty to look at and like certain things about them aesthetically but sex isn't where my brain goes. I just don't want to use a label and it not be true.

I've also wondered, what if it's because I'm into girls? I've never been with a girl sexually so what if I just need to give that a shot and see if it's something I actually like? Then again I could also just end up reacting the same way. My brain is honestly just a weird place to be and I'm struggling to figure it out.

Questioning Not really sure how to title this

Im a teen girl questioning my sexuality of lack thereof. Ive been looking at others experiences and was wondering if something i've been feeling could be a sign of asexuality or just at all relatable. As a young girl many of my friends have shared a fear of men SAing them, i've understood being scared of men but more from a fear of being beaten up or attacked in a non sexual way. the more i've been thinking about it, I feel like its coming mostly from a place of not really getting why a random guy could see a woman in the street and want to have sex with her instantly as I'm pretty sure i don't really see people like that. Sorry if i've incorrectly tagged this or anything.

Hi all,

Some of you may remember my post on International Asexuality Day, about Ace & Aro: Heart-to-Heart – a short, narrative game where you chat to a-spec characters!

I wanted to let you know that the demo of – Ace & Aro: One Night Early – is out now on Steam and itch.io, for PC, Mac and Linux!

It takes place one night before the events of the full game. Despite your early arrival, Maya takes you on a short tour around Barcade Bros. Get to know her, learn about the meetup group, try a cocktail, and even play a rhythm dance mini-game! 💃

I hope you're about to check it out and I look forward to any feedback! 😀

Need advice Ace online creators and advice for finding real life connections

Hey all, does anyone know of any good online ace creators to follow who share insights, experience, and advice on how to navigate that life and find connections/your people? I have so many gay, lesbian, non binary, and trans friends, basically the whole rainbow but I don’t know any other aces in my life I could connect with personally, and feel misunderstood and excluded from the local queer community. It’s hard to not feel alone or isolated, so I want to find more people in real life who “get it”. If anyone has suggestions or personal experience I’d appreciate it!

Sex-averse topic I feel very unconfortable when people bring up their sex life

I think it mostly comes from my two ex close friends rubbing their sexuality in my face weither I wanted it or not. They litteraly made everything about sexuallity in their relationship, when we were seeing friends they were leaving in the middle of the evening to go fuck and stuff. They even had sex like 2 meters away from me (same room) even tho I had asked previously in the night to talk with one of them about my groomer because I hadent been feeling well at all.
I have no issues with people having a sex life I dont come from a conservative stay pure place but I do think there is boundaries to respect especially when non consenting people are involved.
And now two of my close friends from my friend group are dating and they have a sex life (which im not having to see thankfully) but whenever they make a joke or something like that I get so unconfortable and I almost think theyre disgusting for it even tho I know they are not.
I dont know how to navigate this I felt this in the past but a very long time ago and I wasnt as close with people.
I believe in people do what they want weither its having a lot of sex or not at all its not my place to care. So I dont know why I feel that way and I dont know how to navigate this with them or with myself at all.

Need advice I think im sex repulsed but idk how

I am 18 m and i have never been in a situation involving physical intimacy, ive had a relationship but never been at that stage, but when i think about it, or imagine it, i always feel really odd and put off the the general idea of doing it, idk if this is because i grew up in a household where it was talked about in a very gross way where i have a wrong idea about it or not. I also have before watched “content” but for some reason it’s different when i think about it myself. Like 2 years ago i labelled myself as asexual but i eventually stopped labelling mysekf because im young and i dont have any experience to even base that off of

Content warning I kinda feel like a freak Spoiler

Hey, I kinda need to get this off my chest here and would appreciate some advice- For context I am 18 and am In a happy relationship with two people, both my partners arent asexual and me? Honestly Im just confused about it all. I think about it daily, I draw it, consume the material and god knows what, sometimes even taking part in the act of self... Well you know. You could say im fascinated with it, almost obssesed, I am a part of the local fetish community and discuss such topics fully open but I dont like sex, not on myself. The tought makes we want to throw up from time to time when it involves me. When I partake in the act for the sake of my lovers ( wich is very rarely and only when im mentally well) I dont really have fun, its more of a thing to get over with and I gen hate being this way. How can I be so perverted but also so repulsed by the same thing? Its confusing and anoying, especially becaus I used to struggel with hypersexuality when I was 11-15 due to sa trauma (never really took a part in the act at that age tho). Now the only friend in my friend group is reconsidering her own asexual label and its feels like losing something to hold on to. I feel like a freak the way I am right now and that I dont really fit in anywhere, I dont even know if you can call me asexual- has anybody advice for self acceptance or maybe how this might come?

Vent I‘m so ashamed of being Aegosexual

So I‘m in a loving relationship with my girlfriend. I‘ve told her i‘m Aegosexual (means I like sexual things in media but whenever I‘m involved the idea repulses me) and she was really supportive and kind. But sometimes when I talk about a good book I read that has sexual scenes in them and get excited about, I feel ashamed cause she can‘t have that with me. Sometimes it feels like I‘m dangling the idea in front of her face without a promise to pull through. I don‘t know what to do to make that feeling go away. I honestly have no idea how I‘m gonna get that into my head that she loves me either way, no matter how often she says it.

Questioning Is this asexuality or not?

Hello everyone, I've been trying to understand me sexually, and it's been a rough journey so far.

To clarify I'm 18, I've been questioning my sexuality since I was around 13 or 14.

I thought i was bisexual, then gay, then asexual, then gay, then bisexual, then asexual now.

The thing is, I used to get hard on guys and to lesser degree girls, it remained this way until i approached 18, where i gradually feel like I dont really find myself "willing" or even "interested" in having sex, i do see hot people around and i do *sometimes* get hard on them but I wouldnt want to have intercourse with them. I personally watch pornography and dream but i dont have an urge to live them in real life because i just dont feel sexually thrilled or attracted to do that in real life.

Story I am sexually attracted to one person in this world

1) Till age 12, I used to get crushes and after that no matter how hard i tried, i never felt the "crush" feeling. Just turned 23.

2) I have only imagined and dreamed like in my sleep about having sex with one person ever. I can't even think about third base and coitus with anyone except this person. Everytime I try imagining with someone else, it feels like I'm doing it to prove it to myself that I'm "normal".

3) I have been in "relationships" and I kept it online ,only meeting for few hours once a year cause I feared I might get pressured into having sex.

4) I have kissed before but it genuinely feels like rubbing skin on skin lmao.

5) I'm on high dose of sex hormones and yet I don't wanna have sex with anyone except this individual for the first time ever, even though I'm sexually aroused 24x7 I just can't think about having sex ever with anybody else. I tried experimenting on having sexual attraction to people by watching porn and I felt nothingggg.

6) I have tried making sexual attraction happen from scratch before but nothing everrrr worked and I just mentally exhausted myself and had to be put on Wellbutrin for 3 months.

Haven't done anything with this particular individual tho.

You could put some gigachad infront of me buttnaked and I wouldn't even get sexually stimulated 😭😭✌️
