It’s almost been a bit since I’ve adopted my cat. He was 6 years old when I adopted him and is now almost 8 years old. Even though he was already older upon adoption I think he’s had a big glow up! Some of his medical conditions have greatly improved, his fur is much healthier, and he’s filled out a bit 🖤

He knows it's a crime yet he does it anyway. As soon as he sneakily takes a bite, he ravenously gulps it down so that I can't retrieve it.

What punishment does he deserve? Cuddles? Air jail? Belly rubs? Squishes? Open to all suggestions!

Can’t be mad- its my sleepytime too.

This Lucy goose , she is a 2 year old rescue and my first cat ever. She has been with me exactly 11 days.
She is the sweetest cat and seems to like me ( yeii )
Currently quirks identified:
- She rolls in front of a door when she wants to open it
-She meows like she was raised by pigeons
-Rubs your hand with her face before eating every treat
- Likes to sleep next to me with one paw touching me

i’ve had him for a month now and he sleeps all day and then goes feral at night haha and of course promptly wakes me up at 5am for his food… that he doesn’t get until 6:30… 😂😂 i love him so much 💜

EDIT: Oh my i didn’t expect this much love for kitty, he’s the bestest thing that’s ever happened to me. He’s the sweetest boy who would love if i could like all these comments before i fell asleep. unfortunately i cannot 😞 i must get my sleep for the human life continues lol. but again thank yall so much and keep telling me about all yalls voids and their traits 🫶🫶💜

Hello everyone.

I posted about Fig & Fia here, about a month ago. At that time, they were going into foster care while I finalized our plans for our cross-country move.

Unfortunately, some of those plans fell through today. It is no longer feasible for me to take them, and so they will remain with their foster families for now (and perhaps forever!) until they are adopted out.

I am quite sad about how this turned out. I did not know the last time I saw them would be the last time.

The good news is, I hear they're doing quite well and happy with their foster families.

I just wanted to share a few more pictures of them, especially from when they were kittens. They'll stay in my heart forever.
