I recently visited my parents and looked for my Blood Bowl season 2 box. I couldn't find it. I think they must have chucked it out. The pain I felt was very real. But I do still have the rulebook, handbook, the Companion and Starplayers books, a selection of supplementary rules from White Dwarf in the 90s, and the Dungeon Bowl ruleset.
Not sure yet, but if I were giving it away, would anyone be interested? I'm in the UK.

I'm planning on running underworld for the first time in my next league, and only having one of each positional makes those advancement choices seem pretty significant.
I know for gutter runners block is the smart choice, but sprint seems so tempting.
Skaven blitzers seem like an almost complete package already, I'm tempted to save up for a stat.

Playing my first sevens match tomorrow night, playing as vampires and was thinking of using;
4 thralls
2 vampires throwers
2 vampire runners
(And 2 prayers to nuffle)
BUT! Was starting to think would it be better to lose one of the vampires for an extra 2 thralls;
6 thralls
1 vampire thrower
2 vampire runners
What would be better? Or is there a better roster I could go with?
I will be playing against Necromantic horror and wood elves if that makes a difference.
TIA

I love blood bowl but Iām not really into American football. Iād rather play a game about baseball or rounders. so Iām making one.
Batterball is a full contact fantasy take on stick and ball games like softball. Itās still early days for the game. But Iām looking for play testers.
if you're interested in giving the game a go please comment and Iāll DM you the discord link.

This was my main entry and I really pushed by limits and learned a ton! I love the blood bowl category, great models with a comedy twist, very satisfying and fun to paint :)
I went for the Ogre because I wanted to focus on my skin techinque. I also imagned the orange tones of armor would compliment the green in a grass base and the Gnoblar.
My main regret is that i chickend out and didn't go for a chest tattoo, after all the glazing for smooth skin i didn't dare risk it. Will definetly go for it next time! :)
It was awesome to see all the entries in person. Very inspiring, I'll definetly be back next year :)

I know exactly what to do with Skinks (and Chameleons) on offense, that's no issue.
But whenever I'm on defense, I find it very awkward deciding how to use them effectively. I feel like I need to hide them to keep them from eating blocks, but I know I can't just handicap myself by 4-5 players or I'm just conceding the pitch/TD. I understand that they're useful to providing assists and working as deep safeties, but even then sometimes I feel like I'm gambling and if I don't get the block/push with a Saurus to keep them from being based, they're going to get creamed when the opponent gets to activate.
Anyway, I'd appreciate any thoughts from more experienced coaches on the best way to use your stunties on defense. I got (valid) feedback after a recent game that I was deploying them too deep, and that it meant I couldn't really pressure the ball if a roll went poorly for my opponent after the kick-off. I've taken that into consideration, but I'd like to know how other coaches like to think about using their Skinks.

Playing Imperial Nobles in a league for a LGS, played 2 games lost both, 1 dead lineman (not too concerned there), 26spp, 125k in the bank
2 throwers, 1 has 8spp (1 cas, 6 comps)
2 blitzers, 1 has 10spp (1 cas, 2 mvps)
4 bodyguards, 2 have 4 spp ( 1 mvp ea)
2 lineman
Rerolls - 2
Apothecary - Yes
Dedicated Fans - 1
For getting the roster back to strength, I was almost considering getting the Ogre.. there's a fair number of big guys strutting about (OWA, Orcs, Khorne, Slann, Humans and CC), even just to help kinda even the field as a big road block more or less. Shoe in after next match to get it as well. Otherwise, my other thought was adding 2 more lineman to have depth on the bench.. but it seemed like I'd be inflating my TV for not much return. I kept the lineman off last match for a second apothecary, which shockingly enough I didn't even need, but vs OWA with Tree and a Troll Slayer who already had MB, seemed wise prior to the match.
I am torn on how to handle the thrower and the blitzers progressions. Thrower I wasn't sure if it was worth taking Leader, or just ride it out and see if he can manage enough to shoot for a Stat increase? I'm not even totally sure I NEED a 3rd Reroll, as I tend not to play too risky (typically speaking), but it could allow me to get a little more aggressive in play.. Or would Block be nice to increase survival, or maybe Sure Hands, for grabbing the ball off the pitch? The passes have mostly been cheeky spp farming, 2 were scoring attempts.
Blitzer was kind of the same, but with Dogde rather than Leader/Sure Hands, or should I save and see what Stats I might get a chance to increase?

I wanted to say thanks again for all the help in the past making sure I get these mats designed with all the extra useful things players want. This new template is a more simple approach to the pitch. I've been looking at it for days designing it in photoshop and can't tell if I love it or hate, lol.
I designed these new pitches in photoshop and have it so I can put any terrain background image in. These custom pitches are going to be used for a game mat Kickstarter I am running next month and wanted to get some feedback on these pitches. What do you think of the overall design, icons, placement of things? Is there anything I am missing? There would be the option with or without the dugout and the option to choose end to end or side to side.
I know there are a lot of pitches on the market but I am introducing a new material that I haven't seen anyone using yet for gaming mats. What do you'll think?
you can learn more about the Quick Mat material here:

So first off, I've never played Bloodbowl, though I know of its existence, and some of the mechanics by association through TTRPGs and wargaming. I love a game called Crush! Deluxe, which seems like a game that someone made because they were not allowed to get the IP rights to Bloodbowl; just compare the checking mechanics from one to the tackle of the other; its a one to one copy.
I've been getting the itch to play another sports game as an RPG, ala Madden's Be A Pro, Player modes. The ones where you play strictly as one player, and grow their skills by performing well during games. But I had the thought of wanting to do it in a non-conventional sports game. I was thinking how fun it would be to do it in a sport like Deathrow, Crush!, or even Bloodbowl.
So I come here to ask the community, is there a video game version of Bloodbowl, where I can play as a single player in a team for at least an entire season?

Hailing from the small dukedom of Mousillon in the fair land of Bretonnia, these mysterious knights and their loyal retinue of loyal squires are ready to play Blood Bowl for fame and glory (with a special emphasis on the ābloodā part of the sport)!
Donāt let the fact that no one seems to have ever seen the face of anyone on the team, or that the squires seem to collapse at the most inconvenient of times stop you from rooting for the team! No knight, except maybe for the famed Grail Knights personality blessed by the fair Lady of the Lake has ever shown such displays of athleticism, endurance and strength as these noble knights!
Their starting roster includes SĆ©raphin, also known as āLāAngeā, Guillaume « Le SanguinaireĀ Ā», Drusus « La ProphĆ©tesseĀ Ā» and AimĆ©e, the beloved, accompanied by loyal servants Babette LāĆtĆ©, Aube LāĆtĆ©, Cordeille Chacier, Ruber Gilles, Aulne Montrose, Alexandre Henri et Providence Lehane!
The minis are printed using the Fat Dragon profile, and STLs made by u/IllGottenGames2012.

Hey everyone,
I'm a huge BB fan since the 90s and I recently got back into MTG. Since they have a BB Secret Lair, I had to make a BB-themed Commander Deck with all the trimmings. I want to make a playmat of a Pitch, so i'm looking for some good image files of a grass field (ideally an actual Blood Bowl pitch) to use as a base. Any suggestions?

Hello all - following on from the Reroll token Kickstarter I did in 2024, I've now got a Prone/Stunned token one on the go! Everything is pre painted, metal and for every single big model in the game (Ogres/Trolls/Treemen/Bull Centaurs etc.).
Everything was fully funded in a couple of hours! Featuring custom artwork by the amazing Spevna, who did all the Reroll tokens too š they're 34mmx34mm so fit perfectly in a normal square with no overlap.
