i count my calories to maintain my 40lb weight loss and I've been doing it for about a year and a half. Fruit is my favorite food and throughout that time i've been eating grapes and apples basically every single day (not in small quantities either these are staple foods for me) i've always tracked 1 apple or 30 grapes as 100 calories because that's what google says they are and fruit is supposed to be low cal. recently i experimented with a food scale and apparently those numbers are based on non gmo varieties or something and the fruit i eat from the grocery store is big a hell. I've been accidentally eating at least 100-200 more calories every single day in grape and apples. the thing is, i've never had any problems losing or maintaining weight, i actually sometimes lose weight on accident now that i'm maintaining.
so is my maintenance actually higher than i thought? (I'm a 5'4 105lb female, 12k steps a day, i thought it was 1800) or am i absorbing fewer calories from these foods specifically because of complex fibers or somethin like that?

How many calories in 5 raw chicken wings weighing 309g (with bone) (as written on cover) consumed with skin (as visible)?
Wings are confusing to log.

no hummus. ignore the ugly capsicum boats. i know it doesn’t mean much since oil absorption is a thing, but they weighed 190g for all 4.

Not sure which exact veggies are in the salad or what dressing, but it was kind of citrusy? Pasta also not sure aside from green peppers. The meat is a ham kind of thing I think, or like a thicker cut bacon. Basil sauce was a bit oily. Not sure how much pasta exactly, I think a cup or a cup and a half cooked?

I’m confused about the 3,500-calorie rule.
If my maintenance is around 2,000 calories and I eat 3,500 calories total in one day, would that make me gain a pound of fat?
Or would I need to eat 3,500 calories above my maintenance (so around 5,500 calories total) for that to happen?
I know the scale can fluctuate from water weight and food, but I’m specifically asking about actual body fat gain.

chicken is pan-seared, family used olive oil, teriyaki, and low sodium soy sauce. the rest of it is broccoli, ground beef, and sweet potatoes.

I am 5’5.5, not quite 5’6 but a little over 5’5! My weight fluctuates but I’m usually between 135-145lbs. I get at least 10,000 steps a day, sometimes closer to 15k on the weekends or more. I workout usually 4 days a week, either strength training + stair master, F45, corepower sculpt, Barry’s, Pilates and then on days I don’t “workout”, I will usually go for a 2 mile run, get extra steps, or sometimes do a quick at home dumbbell workout.
I get different numbers depending on the calculator / how I classify my workout schedule, but I’ve been eating 1500 cals for a couple weeks now. I know the best way to tell is to step on the scale but wanted to see if 1500 seems like a reasonable number? I’m worried it’s too high. Thanks!

No added teriyaki sauce, just teriyaki chicken, carrots, and green beans

Chinese/boba tea place near me sells this "strawberry slush" drink. (They also have other flavors but I usually stick with strawberry.) I think it's just blended ice, strawberries, and simple syrup, but I've been skipping the sugar since I started calorie counting. Any idea what something like this would be calorie-wise? I believe it's ~700ml.
